So as for communication with the brand, they always reply back in a timely manner within 24 hours and awesome next, the packaging. Now this is the packaging. It'S a nice pink box. I love when packaging is really cute and professional. It also came with some lashes lashes that I will actually use came with a wide tooth comb and then in one of these sleeves, this is like um. This is a sleeve that you can use. It'S not like one of those like plastic sleeves that you like. Throw out immediately this one, you can actually store their hair and if you want to take your equipment out and whatnot now to get onto the actual hair, their hair came and I'll put in clips of how the hair came. It came very tightly tightly coiled in it. When it first came, it looks very thin. Now I got the 20. The 120 gram set of 22 inch kinky curly hair. That is what I got this in. My hair is one set of 120 grams, but let me tell you, let me tell you when it first came. I was just like immediately. This is not gon na be enough for my hair, like I just knew it. I knew the look that I was going for. I knew what would have looked good and I just knew that it wasn't going to be enough one, because I have curly hair too, because I wore weave before, and I know how things go. If you get them same as you guys can see in the video, it was really really like together now, since it is kinky curly here, will you pull it apart after you wash it and stuff, it does look bigger! That'S how I got this look right here from that here at you see, oh, so I had to cut it a lot. I had to cut it a lot, but now that I told you about the hair, I'm gon na tell you my hair experience. The hair was very soft. Now I wrote I did not wring my hand through it, because if you have curly hair, who know do not run your hands to it like, I wouldn't run my hands through my regular curls. Unless I wanted to take the curls out and make my hair frizzy, if you know how to take care of curly hair, you'll know how to take care of this hair and it'll be very easy. It was also very true to length. I asked for a 22 inch. I got a 22 inch, but I got a 22 inch with totally different intentions. Another Pro that I want to say about this hair is the pricing. I understand that this hair was sent to me, but even if I pay for it, I wouldn't be mad, because one is actual good hair. This hair looks good it blends with my hair texture very well. I wouldn't be mad because I would get this much plus. 22 imagine this was 22 inches in the 22 ended up like right here on me. For all of that, for this, just one set for all of this hair 22 inches would have only been 107 dollars. Are you kidding me like? What are you kidding me now? Granted I haven't worn this here for months, so longevity is not too short, but the short amount of time that I have worn it. I really really like it. It'S a very beautiful hair. It acts very nicely. This hair reverts back to being curly after you manipulate it do twist out you wash it some some curly hair, just like washes right out and doesn't get that curl back, but this hair. I know it can take a lot like I can tell it can take a lot of like styling and manipulation I get minimal, shedding, which I will show you, because I know how to take care of curly hair. You do not want to take curly hair while is dry and comb it out. That'S not what you want to do is gon na break, even if it was on my head. My hair would break if I combed it out when it was dry. That'S why I never call my. I only pull my hair out when it's saturated in conditioner, and this is not even the company's fault. This is my fault, because this is what I asked for. I got 22 inches of clippings thinking that it was thicker. I saw a girl doing views and I thought like the way she did her hair. I thought it was with one set and she actually had two when I went back and went to see the video she actually had two different sets so me going off that video initially and seeing her description box, which it only listed one set. I thought this one set would be enough of my hair. I was up till 6 o'clock in the morning trying to put this in and make it look good, and I had I didn't get it to look good until today, 6 p.m. like I'm so serious this. This hair was so hard to like blend and make look good just because I got it at the wrong length only have a little bit of leave out in my hair right now, because I had to braid it. It was the only way it would look good. I had to braid it and only leave a little bit of leave out in now. I cannot wear this hair outside and I cannot wear this hair up. I couldn't only wear this hair like this and in videos unless I get more hair, because let me show you the back so this is and you can see well, here's like my braids came out cuz. My hair is very thick and very long, so it was hard to break here under clippings and clip it up properly. But this is how the hair looks from the back now. You can see a whole bunch of tracks and stuff like it's just not enough here. If I only had a few clippings Plus this, it's like a bomb type look because this is the only way again that I can make it look good and again, if I had just like a few more clippings or like just a few more tracks, I can Make this look like something like I can finesse, but the actual hair. I would really add it especially for I hear texture the way this is my natural hair and it blends right into this hair. So I really like that, once it's in your hair is just like easygoing. I do like that here. The only thing is, if you're, looking at the reviews, that's already out be aware that they don't always list the right things that they got and they don't always say the right things that they got now. One thing would be enough if you were to wear like say if I want to braid up most of my hair, and I was to have some my hair up, but the way the way my hair is set up, because it's so short - and I wanted a Longer look: my hair wouldn't look right with most of it out. If I want this longer look, but for me to have more length, I have to pin up more my hair cuz. Most of my hair would just be like this short and then the hair will be this warm and if I only have a few tracks that looks so weird but yeah we'll have the links to this hair in the description box, along with everything that I've got And I will be coming back to do like a follow-up review later on, after where they here even longer give this video a thumbs up.
