The Best Curly Hair | Curly Hair Routine | Blending Leave Out | Hairareus & Shwaxx | Peyton Rodge

Hey youtube: it's your girl, peyton and i'm back with another video. So i know y'all, probably looking at me right now like what's going on with your hair, but i'm in the mid process of doing my infamous curly hair. Look y'all and i know a lot of my subscribers have been wondering like what the hair details was, and so a quick disclaimer is, i kind of had this plan. I had this whole plan y'all. It definitely failed and a lot of other stuff happened. So my i just kind of changed like direction and kind of just that was like the least of my worries, so i never really got back to being able to do what i wanted to do for you guys. So i thought today would be perfect. I'M going to give you guys all the details on the hair, the type of install that i have and i'm going to show you guys, like the transformation of like when you first get the bundles compared to like once you wash it and moisturize it. And you know: go through your whole curly hair routine, so i'm gon na have that all for you guys today. I know you guys been waiting for all the details, so i got y'all like let's go okay y'all! So i'm out of the shower and as y'all can see, the curl pattern is drastically different, like it's definitely loosened up and it just looks a lot different, so okay y'all. So this is hair, rs hair. This is the brazilian curly pattern and right now i have three bundles of 18 inches of the brazilian curly hair. So i'm going to show y'all like what the website looks like hair rs is probably the top number one human hair company. All i have been using this company for about like four years and actually y'all, i'm going to show you all the website and on the website. When you go to the brazilian curly product, y'all you're, going to see a girl on there. I worked with hair rs before and i just always loved hair mess. Y'All like it's this, it's the top brand literally so right now i have a flip over install. So currently the only thing that's out: that's my hair are my edges and let me also make another disclaimer so the last time i did a curly hair routine, it was blending natural hair. So back then i had natural hair, and now i have a relaxer. I grew, i grew up on a relaxer like since i was a kid and then before i went to college, i went natural and it did not work for me so um right when quarantine hit and we had to leave school. I got another relaxer, but um mostly before that i was always had. I always had a relaxer. So, most of the time when i was doing my curly hair, so once i had a relaxer, but that last video i made for you guys or the only video i made on, like my curly hair, i had a. I had natural hair, okay y'all. So what i used in the shower to wash my hair was schlecks y'all, so swag's company just came out with a botanical line, so i used the schwaxx botanical extract shampoo, and then i also use the schwaxx moisturizing conditioner and y'all. It smells amazing. I love it like. I absolutely love it so much y'all. So that's what i used to wash it and then um conditioned my hair with and as y'all can see like it brought out the texture, but just wait till we define the curls y'all like we haven't. Even defined the curls yet so right now i have a flip over install y'all, and so the flip over method that i use is the iv flip over method and i'm gon na have her video link below she does the flip over method and basically, what happens Is okay y'all here was me attempting to explain what the install was, but i think it's a lot smarter if you just click her link and see her whole process because yeah i was struggling, y'all can kind of see the difference between defined curls y'all, see that And by the way, y'all i'm using swag and i'm using a hair mask a lot of the times with my curly hair i'll, put like a deep conditioner in or like a regular conditioner in instead of like a leave-in. I don't know why i do that, but i just think it defines the curls a lot more. So i'm using the schwaxx hair mask and that's the botanical extract one. I'M gon na have these linked in my description box y'all. You already know i'm gon na have y'all, so these products will be linked in the description box, so let's moisturize the other side and define these curls okay y'all. So now i've moisturized all my hair, and so what i think i want to do first is, i think, i'm going to put like a gel cast in okay. So normally it's like. I really don't have like a direct science to this y'all, sometimes i'll. Just like cut it wet and sometimes i'll cut it dry, but being that i'm doing this video for y'all, i think i kind of want to dry it first before i cut it, because i just want this to be the most accurate as i can. I want to be the most accurate, so a lot of the times i'll wear this hairstyle with a bang. So, as you can see right here, like my, my leave out is out right now and since i have relaxed hair is straight and honestly you could try to blend it out, like i mean yeah, that's this definitely works like if you're trying to blend it out, Like you could do this, but i typically have a bang y'all, so i really just pull my curly hair over, so i really just like shape it into how i want it to look. So i pull enough hair to kind of like create a bang, okay, y'all. So if you wanted to leave your hair like long and curly, you would keep it here. Y'All, but y'all know i'm about to get the little after looking, okay y'all. So when it comes to shaping my hair y'all, there's literally like no exact formula for this y'all, i literally just like eyeball it. I do it while it's wet and then like once it's dry i'll, like fix it up a little bit, but with curly hair. If you want that, like outlook, you have to like cut it so that it's like around, like the top, has to be like. How do i put this like it has to be like at a certain like angle, so it gives you like out instead of just down and low, so you're, just gon na watch me kind of like work with it. I don't really know like the exact words to give y'all but, like i think, y'all can kind of like get a gist. If you watch me do this, so i'm gon na just kind of like play with it y'all. This is exactly what i do and i know sometimes like working with expensive hair. You don't really want to have to like mess it up or whatever, but i would say just to be careful. Don'T do it too short, yet like work, your way up as you go so like i'm gon na work, my way up with the length to see if i even want it too short, because i'm gon na do something different this time. I always have it like shoulder length, i think, but i could try to keep it like this. Maybe this time i don't know we're gon na see i'm gon na just work with it, but my tip with this is to just start small like don't cut off too much and then like need more. You know it's always best to do less so that, if you want more done, you can have that. You know what i'm saying so. Just watch me work with it: okay, y'all! So like i'm in like the middle process right now. This is not where i want it, but i think i'm gon na put the blonde in and then i'm going to dry it and then i'm going to finish up cutting just so i don't do too much because sometimes i'll mess it up. Y'All might still like it or whatever, but sometimes i kind of think it's just a little too short for my liking. So i'm going to add some of the blonde in and then i'm going to diffuse it y'all. So i can dry it. So, let's go in and add some blonde yeah i'm going to use some color wax. So let me go get that okay y'all, so the color wax i'm using is mofo jang, and i have this in my amazon store, so y'all know i always have my amazon store link below so i'm gon na have um this product and also the schwax products Included but i'm gon na just apply this blonde hair to my hair y'all. I meant this blonde wax to my hair and y'all. This wax is just so like messy, but i love having little blonde streaks y'all, so we're gon na just roll with it. So i'm about to just apply this to my hair right now: okay y'all, so i have added all the wax to my hair yo. This is a really messy process with all the hair on the floor and then this gold everywhere. I need to do a little cleanup so hold on y'all before i drop my hair, i'm about to clean up a little. So i'm about to diffuse my hair and we're going to see how it looks dry. The crazy thing is, i kind of like how this looks. Y'All i've never really done um. This length like this is more of a bang and then the rest is the same. Normally i have like a layered look. We'Re just gon na see how it looks, but if i do decide to go to my little normal, like short style, we'll see, but i might do something different y'all, it's a new, it's just new time. Now, let's, let's do some new things. Let'S do a different look, you know so, let's go diffuse, my hair, okay y'all. So this is what the shape is. Looking like right now, and i think i just have to touch up a few things. I kind of like this length and i think i might do something a little bit different. Okay, so see the thing that i just really enjoy. Having on my curly hair is kind of like that outwardness. So, let's see what we can do here, i'm actually liking. The way it looks, though, so it's somewhere up here, that's like not bringing like together a balance if that makes sense, okay, y'all so also after you um diffuse your hair y'all. I recommend using like the oils, i'm gon na use the oil elixir from schwex, and this is what it looks like and i'm just gon na use the serum on my hair, okay. So right here, i need to define where the bangs are so okay y'all. So i need to trim this side because, like as y'all can see, this is forming a shape because of like the way it's cut in the dimension. So we need to shorten up the front up here and that's kind of how, like you gauge whether like that's how you gauge the shape. It'S like the front parts are like shorter and then like the middle parts, are longer it creates like this like mushroom. I guess kind of and like with curly hair, you kind of like that mushroom. So it's like i'll take my hair from the side and like go like you want the top to be a little bit shorter than like the middle. If that makes sense see now it's starting to create like that rounded shape, i guess that's what i was looking for. Y'All know: people begin like diva cuts and all that, like gon na, be like a certain shape. So that's all i'm doing really. We need to cut the front some more stuff, okay, y'all, so i think i'm gon na try this shape, just because this is something kind of new. Like i mean i normally have this like in a general sense, but, like i don't know, normally have it. This long, so i'm gon na try to like pick it out now kind of mess with it and just get it looking right. But once you get to this part, y'all like this is pretty much it and like y'all. This is the most the most convenient hairstyle ever y'all. You can wear it in the brain. You can wear it in any weather y'all. You really aren't touching your leave out the way that i do it. I don't really like leave my leave out to be touched. Like i kind of conceal my leave out so that all you're, seeing is the curly weave so like this is the best like protective style or whatever. But i'm going to just kind of work with it, because this is kind of like a new new kind of look, so i'm going to try like pick it out, maybe cut some more pieces but other than that. Y'All like this is pretty much it. I think i'm gon na show y'all like a final thing once i do my makeup and y'all kinda, like kind of see like the final look all together, but i'm gon na just keep working on it and then i'll come back to you guys when i'm officially Done so stay tuned, okay, y'all. So this is how my hair turned out. I absolutely love it like. This did not look like this in the beginning. That'S for sure, but i just love this hair and i love the products that i use on my hair and i just really hope it helped y'all and the funny thing about it is when i was filming this video somebody commented on one of my old videos And was like: we didn't forget about that, video where you didn't link the hair, and i'm just glad i was able to like do this on the perfect timing and give you all the details to it, and you know just clear up that mishap.
