Stay tuned, if you want to see how i achieve these natural box braids on thin transitioning natural hair, no add-ons, ladies no add-on, first and foremost products, so i'm starting with my oil dollar tree my leave-in of choice, uh cream of nature. I love that. Yes, yes, yes, then my styling foam. You always need styling foam. Everything that i do is going to inquire, styling foam and then your twist and curl pudding of choice, i'm using the creminator argan oil, so because parting is a challenge for me. The first thing i try to do is to divide all of my sections and part my major parts. I call them major parts because they're the parts that either you're gon na see or they're the parts that really matter. So i get my side part. I always try to inquire a side part when i'm doing like free form, styles and also a middle part. So you know it's versatile, like you can put it to the side. If you want, you put it to the middle and then yeah, so i part it in one two: three four parts: i do three in the front from the side part, the middle part, that's separating the side and the middle part and then the middle part. That'S on this side, so you pick which side that you want your part to be on, of course, and then you do the three parts from there and then i also do the back. So that is what i'm doing right now yeah she, my mama, like i don't know what she did with her hair but of course, i'm about to revamp it. So it is a little. You know a little dry and a little brutal right now, but we're about to revamp that, of course, when we do the next step, which is going to be leave-in, conditioner, well, water leave conditioner, detangling and oil. So let's go i'ma overexplain it. So here's the three parts you have the middle that side the side and then that so my one, two three four parts so like i said after i part my you know my sections. I go in to detangle and properly moisturize. So, first and foremost the first first and foremost water, and then i even take my sections and put them into sections just so i can make sure that it's properly combed out and properly done correctly so yeah. Here i go fast with it um. The steps that i take is water, moisturizer, oil and then yeah, so just repeat those with every section and your hair will be golden, so yeah just keep watching and y'all better, not be talking about the fact that she has those straight ends because, like i said She is transitioning okay, so, yes, she does need to cut a little some something, but she decided to transition instead of big chop, so she's taking her time with it. So i'm kind of sad, because i really wanted this to be like an information like an actual how-to braid type of video, but i don't know how to set the camera up right like y'all see, i should not be in the camera, for real, like y'all, should Be able to just see her head, but i'm gon na try my best so right now, i'm parting, my rose, and with that, like you guys see, i am not a good partner. I really am not like i'm perfecting it with every hair. I do with every head, i do, but it's just it's just not for me like come pre-party, i'm just like no i'll drink it. I'M joking come wash come pre-party come blow dry, come braid, it and yeah. Then i'll do your hair. But no that's really fast, though, like unless you want to say it for hours or you want you know, but anyway, so i um parted the sections and now i'm about to go to work. So this part i tried to zoom in for you guys, because i kind of wanted you guys to see how i started it. I did four braids on the bottom, so i take that part party as nice as i can and then i twist that side then i get to braiding. So you guys can't see anything. Why? Because i don't know how to position the camera yet, but i just take three strands and i braid it off the scalp. The more your individual braid is off the scalp, the more flexibility and more options you have when you're doing certain styles, because if you braid it onto the scalp and then braid it off it's kind of stuck, if that makes sense, so make sure you have free Range and then you just braid all the way down, i don't necessarily seal the braids, because i braid all the way down. I even do that with box braids too, because i don't like extra gel and extra um like ceiling things if i don't have to, but now i'm about to show you guys even closer, so i did the other two braids off camera. Look at me, my head is in the way yeah when i learn how to hold this thing. You know you know if you have any tips, please help me but yeah, i'm just doing exactly what i explained. I tried to show you guys a little closer but yeah. As you see, i'm not really messing with the back of my hair as much because this style is a protective style and i don't really want to put so much strain on her edges or her perimeter. In general, so yeah leave those little baby hairs alone. Okay, put some water on it and keep moving because you're trying to protect your hair, not strain it. You know that's what makes a protective style protective and now we're just about to speed it up, and now i'm just showing you guys the process. I basically just take it row by row. Um, i don't really have a method to like the size. I really just try to estimate if i'm doing the right size, but i mean if it looks similar to the other one, that's cool. I try to make them smaller, as i go up because you don't want no big chunky, braids, especially close to the part where um, the other half of the hair is meeting with this half. So i just keep going so i go all the way up and that's pretty much self-explanatory. So i just let you guys kind of watch the rest of the video. I just separated the video into sections here. I try to do the zoom in thing again: yeah. I'M gon na be in the camera. Most of the time i try so hard to show you guys. I am gon na learn how to position the camera and i'm gon na come back with a actual braiding tutorial, because braiding is honestly my specialty and i actually know how to braid very well um. I don't know how to part so don't come on this channel. Trying to look for parting tips, because the only tips i have for you is pre-part your sections that helps a lot and it actually makes things go way faster. But as far as making the parts look neat, don't ask me: that's not my specialty but yeah. So hopefully, you guys kind of get the concept if you guys want a more in-depth video of actually braiding hair. Let me know because i definitely will learn and research how to hold the camera correctly, so you guys can get that like who wants to see my arm. You see that like why? Okay, now look okay, you'll kind of see it a little bit. You see how i put it in between my hands, you you can't, you can't really see it. I tried y'all, i really tried, but okay, i hope you guys are enjoying um. This was actually fun. I actually used to do this on my hair. A lot and my mom's hair is way longer than mine has been when i started doing these type of styles, so you know be patient with yourself. You don't always have to add hair. You know, even if it's long short, uh damaged whatever the case may be. Sometimes you can just use your hair and it's beautiful that way, especially if you have thick hair. This is for the thin, ladies, because i know with thin hair because my hair used to be so so so thin. It kind of still is no lie, but the thinner, your hair is the harder honestly these styles can be, but don't give up on them. Okay, just keep trying them keep working with them, keep just experimenting with your hair, because that's what you're supposed to do as long as it's moisturized and taken care of go to limit okay, but keep watching you guys. The end will definitely show the results. Well, i showed the results in the beginning, but yeah keep watching make sure you like make sure you comment make sure you subscribe, and i hope you like today's video, so you can style it any way you want. She wanted to updo. So i tried my best to do that. Um i suck at putting your hair up. So this is definitely a challenge and we did end up like changing her hair later on, and i did my specialty with the two braids um into a bun. Sorry y'all started choking with the two braids into a bun um. I actually did that on my locs before so. If you guys want that video definitely um go look back on my page, because i did my my favorite style on my locs and it was so beautiful, but yeah you can really do any type of style with these they're, versatile and they're manageable, like just let Them dry and go for it like this. This style is what it it was it's. Well, i guess it was yeah. It was my go-to when i had longer hair, but i am actually about to start doing it since my hair got longer, i'm just tucking. The smaller pieces into the pony, well, the bun yeah, that's what y'all saw in the beginning like it's hard to like put those small pieces up, i ended up putting them down anyways, but yeah, just you know, be creative with it. Okay, your hair is your hair. Have fun with it and do your thing girl, but yeah? Okay, thank you guys for watching again subscribe, just get ready, work, work, work,

Chelby Slappy: She's so beautiful ! You did a wonderful job

Boogie To The Night: I LOVE THIS. I am a medium density woman and have a hard time with styles. Let me add that I am a struggle parter on myself as well. I spent the pandemic watching soooooo many YouTube videos that I now refuse to pay $300.00 for braids ( unless I am going to an even or out of town). Mind you I was a weekly person at the shop. Thank you for this!. My hair isn't as long as your mom's hair so I add hair.

green house fun: Nice I wish my daughter would braid my hair. Cute.

Euria Johnson: Nice

Aniexo: Haitian?
