Ashley Allen: I’m going to go out on a limb and say bc her “damage” was due to postpartum hormones, cutting it more frequently may not help. May also be why she didn’t cut more this time. The shedding and breakage could last for months. Plus, normal trims are recommended every 10-12 wks so she is getting them a little more frequently.

( shrinkage is resl ) Its easy to say WHY NOT cut length for healthy hair. Everybody is not ready AND we should not judge. ( my hair has always been long but not healthy ) it's easier for me now because I wear my Natural curly Hair and shrinkage is REAL and im okay with it NOW.( yes I did a big CHOP and my curls are popping )
