Um nope girl. What is your problem? This is the worst thing ever jill. We have been through this michael b. Jordan and what's-her-face deserve to be happy. No, no! It'S not that i can't use melanin hair care anymore. Oh, my god, are you? Okay? No! I'M stressed i've already reached the bottom of this ice cream, it's fat free, so it doesn't help. Well, i hate to break it to you, but you you grab the wrong one: okay, calm down, calm down! Why can't you use it anymore? I mean if it is the shipping cost, you could just pick it up at ulta. I don't know my hair's just been doing some weird things it just. It doesn't even behave the same way anymore. I haven't had any issues with it. Oh that that's wonderful thanks! I'M going to take that sarcasm as a cry for help we're going to figure this out get up. What are you doing? That was writing first things. First, did you consider yourself healthy? Well, yeah i mean i i eat right. I exercise i no longer date. Gemini men so there's that well, since this isn't a health issue, let's dive a little deeper here, have the ingredients changed at all, so you're saying the ingredients haven't changed at all, not one. Okay and you've been using the product correctly right, yeah down to the tea. So what's been going on with your hair, then it's just it's really dry, all the time and lifeless breakage a ton of breakage. I have patches in the back of my head, where my hair is just gone. It was once bouncy moisturized had a ton of volume and then one day it just didn't and do you have these issues with other products, yeah yeah? It is the same tune with each product. So why are you blaming melanin, then i'm not blaming melanin. It'S not! The product's fault - it's just it's not working anymore. I don't think i can use it girl yeah. I think, there's another issue here, when's the last time you had a physical. It is not my health. It'S these stupid products. I don't know it's the only thing we haven't truly checked. Ah fine, i will schedule an appointment, so they can tell me nothing is wrong with me again. You owe me for my copay by the way. Oh, do i look like united healthcare yeah. I'M gon na tell her about the job i just i just need to feel like she can do things on her own. You know feel like she depends on me too much she'd fall apart. If i left yeah, i know she has been obsessing about whatever it is. That'S been going on with her hair, but i'm gon na tell her about california. Afterwards, oh speaking of the devil uh, let me call you back bye-bye: hey i've been meaning to tell you you're good yeah yeah, i'm i'm i'm good! Oh okay, we're doing that thing when we say we're good, but we're obviously not going to talk about it. All right talk about what forget it, but what is going on? Vcos, hey the video's done. I guess you figured it out. Huh yeah explains a lot yeah. I bet it does don't. Act like this is the end of the world. You'Ve got your whole life ahead of you. That'S that's cute. That'S real cute! Oh! No! No! Don'T don't do that be positive. Do you want to know what my doctor said to me today that, because of this stupid hormonal disorder, i'm not going to be able to control my weight? So you know: what's right around the corner from me: heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, i'm at a higher risk for cancer now and i might not even be able to have kids. You know what the icing on the cake is. I wanted nothing more than to make this stupid, gym naturals channel something great, and what do i get in return? I am losing my hair and there is nothing that i can do about it. So don't talk to me about being positive. Okay, look, look. I know. You'Re upset okay, but we can figure this out yeah. We will figure out the diagnosis with no cure yeah. You know what i don't even want to talk about it anymore jill you can't just give up. I said i don't want to talk about it anymore: okay, okay, not good! She won't eat sleeps. All day won't come out of her room um. So my doctor diagnosed me with pcos. I was at risk for a lot of very scary things and that there was absolutely nothing that i could do to overcome this. My response to her was watch me, so you

GEM Naturals: Did you know this video is one of an entire season? Check out the full season here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLfwFO4k93P1LQa60CMAp97b8k765y_hzH ❤

Naptural85: Sis!! The acting, videography, editing! The avocado!! This was amazing all around I’m so sorry to hear about your diagnosis I can’t wait to see what you found to treat it!! Stay well sis! ❤️ And thank you for all your love! You look beautiful rocking your blue wave! ✨✨

Oluchi Assumani: You are an AMAZING actress!! I felt like I was watching a TV series. So good!

Cyn Doll: You are amazing! Please don’t give up , I’m fighting too. If I can’t walk away neither can you! We need what you have!!!!

Andrea Stephens: Wow God has truly truly gifted you with the art of storytelling, educating and entertaining. This was wonderfully made. I am not a public person, but this about to be shared on my FB and IG. God bless you girl!

Pamela Walker: An award performance. Can't wait for Season 2 for how one can adjust life who have PCOS.

jennifer haggard: Wow!!! This was absolutely amazing!! I kept forgetting that you are playing both parts! I love your determination and inspiration! I can’t wait to see what season 2 has in store! The time and energy that you put into your videos is just astounding!

Kim Garcia: Good for you Jill, don’t let these doctors tare you down. You will be fine, my spirit mind body and soul told me so! Can’t wait to hear your progress. Oh and has Tyler Perry called you yet.

Lucy Lemmons: You are so awesome! Your video/filming skills, along with your acting and content are beyond YouTube. This is "Issa Rae" level sh** when she started on You Tube. I wish you the best in conquering your health challenges. I know you will succeed-- looking forward to your successful future.

vicky fox: Her eyes. Tracking her. As she walked further into the room...call all the directors and tell them they have been DEFEATED. It's all we can do now.

Fine Natural Hair ROCKS: Wow, this was absolutely amazing. Such a creative way to raise awareness. I'm sorry to hear about your PCOS as well and I pray that you will find healing as soon as possible

Jason Lawrence: You are quite the actress. I had to pause the video when the reveal dropped. A few of my exes had PCOS and they all dealt with it in different ways most of which were self-destructive. You are talented, strong .and this episode was fire. While I wait for season 2 I have time to catch up with your other videos.

idk anymore: Yes ma'am, im 16 and I was diagnosed with PCOS and this video really repesented what i felt when i left the doctors office.

Ter'race : Wow!!! This just hit home for me. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS in January of this year. Thank you for this. It is quite the struggle but we will survive and be more than conquerors ❤️

Nurture In Christ: Wow This video was soooo good - sad, raw, real, powerful. The acting, editing, directing, script, and inspirational resolve to fight and overcome - made me cry… I’m literally crying and excited to see your journey sis.

Valentíno Quiñones: damnnnnn this was A+MAZING. a good reminder that we should definitely go to the doctors when something in or outside out body is acting different....its been almost a decade for me im scared AF. anyways thank you for this!!!

Faith T.: Struggled with hormonal issues for all of my life and I exposed myself to stress at one point and lost half of my hair. It was and still is dry, tangling, breaking, thin, see through, won't hold styles and lack lustre. At a point I thought what was happening to my hair was something I was doing. I kept cutting and trimming but the problem just came back. I lost a patch of my hair in the centre of my head as well. I felt so frustrated with my hair and I was like this natural hair thing is so hard. But now I realise that my hair problem is a good thing because my body uses my hair as a physical signal or alarm bell to direct me to sit up and take better care of myself. I may never be able to overcome my hormonal issues because it may be hereditary. But now, I know that when my hair acts up I should rest, eat well and stop stressing.

quietstormaps: This episode was so emotional it bought me to tears. Thank you for making my day every Thursday. Looking forward to the next season!

Jessica Bloxom: Whew this hit me because I have PCOS too and it's been a hell of a struggle. It's hard and it will be times when you feel like nothing is going right and trust me, it's so frustrating but everything will get better. Sending Love.

Tametria Brown: I have pcos, everyone experiences different symptoms but one of the things i did to help with my hair loss was cold tea rinses, black, green or moringa teas! I hope this helps, stay postive you will overcome this!! Stay postive!

MissDundada93: I'm watching this with tears in my eyes because I was recently diagnosed with PCOS as well and went through the EXACT same emotions. Totally shut down and then went on a mad hunt to see how best to cope with my type of PCOS. We are definitely friends in my head now!!

Tff C: Wow! I randomly came across this video and I’m so glad I did! You’re a phenomenal storyteller/director/ actress, and I know your diagnosis won’t hold you back ✊. When’s your Netflix show coming sis?

Eve Favorse: Omg, I wasn’t ready for that! You are amazing and have all of us cheering for you and supporting you! YOU WILL GET THRU THIS! We need you!!

Maiya Jones: I no longer date Gemini men. You and this amazing talent of story telling is an absolute blessing. Keep doing what you do!!

Nicknacks: Girlllll this was betta acting than TylerPerry ‘s “sisters”

Mimi Jessup: Yessssssssss!!! She DID THAT!!!! I was glued, and even shed a tear during the powerful scene of the defeated recap while laying in bed. Your ability to have the viewer moved to a place of empathy is impeccable! I personally don’t know anyone who has struggled with such an ugly illness, but while viewing the video I felt as if I completely understood. I’m so proud of you for walking in your calling. You are such an inspiration Continue to keep up the great work.

Deja Yang: This is amazing! I have a condition that just thins my hair sometimes. It sucks, I have pictures of my hair thicker so I know my hairs potential and how it can be. It makes it even harder sometimes

Chelsea Beck: I was diagnosed with PCOS 15 years ago and it is daunting at times, hard to accept at others, but I promise you’ll find your groove and your own way to manage your symptoms! I wish someone had told me in the beginning that it would definitely be a journey to self reflection and growth, it would have made it feel like I didn’t need to tackle it all at once. Just work through it all slowly until you start to feel more like yourself ❤️

Adaobi : You snapped!!! Our hair journeys are not always length checks and deep conditioning treatments. Thanks for keeping it real you’re speaking for so many of us out there!

Shawntay Dalon: This was amazing! Slight flex on the acting tip. LET THESE FOLKS KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!! I Love you Jillian. Your talents are many and you conquer them all. Muah!!!

Tena Defiant: You got this. I have PCOS and trust me, I get it. My hair goes through it, I stay tired, anxiety and depression on deck, had horrible menstrual cycles, all of that. You are doing everything right. Heck, I even was able to have a baby(10 yrs ago lol), so keep doing what you're doing and you will be just fine

BoogerMonster: Thank you for this video. My daughter suffers from PCOS & we suspected for a long time until she was diagnosed. You're not alone.

PLJ25: I am also dealing with PCOS and all the same issues. Can’t wait to see the next season to see how you are fighting this.

Tanee Ferrell: I was so drawn in! This is so Amazing the creativity, the everything that is the spirit to have! You shall overcome it that WATCH ME had all the energy that was needed!!!! Stay positive sis!!!!!

It is also about what we don't see that you have shared with us in the past and have reminded us of in the present! Looking forward to your future in the journey and be assured that we are on it with you. Your channel is great!

Movies Over Matter Productions: Bless you girl. This episode must’ve been therapeutic in a sense. Dealing with health challenges is frustrating and scary no doubt. You expressing yourself in this episode not only shows how strong you are but also your empowered stance to understand what it is and what you have to do to keep symptoms at bay. But not only that… you also shine through ALL OF IT! May you continue to be Blessed with that strength of yours and also I wish you wellness. The way you ended this season…. Girl! I shed some tears. Good on you! And keep it up! utmost respect to you! Keep fighting Much love and again RESPECT

Marisol Ania: Wow the production and acting on this was amazing!! I have PCOS and I was waiting in that last scene like well tell us the breakthrough cure sis!! I’ve been diagnosed since I was 12 and PCOS is so common now I wish researchers would get more funding to study it more. So I love this creative way of bringing awareness!!

Tashay Leniece: This was amazing!! I can’t wait to see your name for a movie you have directed

Page Mastrogiovanni: Amazing. Kudos to you. Had a similar thing but my diagnosis was hypothyroidism, fibromyaglia, and adrenal fatigue. I was getting bald spots around my hair line and chronic fatigue and all the same things that go along with PCOS and many autoimmune and/or hormonal imbalanced disorders and menopause.

Diosa Velas: Sending you love & light! You’ll get through this. ✨ Take it a day at a time. You’re so brave for revealing this to us. I really enjoyed this series. I am looking forward to season 2

Itstimeforlife: First time seeing your channel and THIS MASTERPIECE I am subscribing!!!! This was so so so so well done. You have brought this disorder to light in such a memorable way, which is great because the information really sticks and will help so many women and perhaps even men recognise these symptoms and help them understand others or themselves better. You can overcome this! I know people who have done so. It is not impossible. GOD bless

enaruvie: Sister my heart goes out to you. I am so glad you did not treat this diagnosis as a sentence hanging over you and take things lying down and that you instead decided to fight the good fight. Like others have said on here the videography and editing were excellent. If you continue to produce I will continue to watch - everything . Good luck and I hope this is the beginning in a successful journey of discovery for you. Sending positive vibes.

tangiemo: You’re an amazing actress! You’ll get through the PCOS, but seriously you’ve got talent! Mini series , absolutely brilliant

Ona Harmony: This was so amazing! Please don't give up, doctors often don't given us enough explanations or that we can't do anything but we can. I got diagnosed with pcos this past year and have found so many of other women with it and ways to help with our symptoms. You can do it

Because of your video I went down the rabbit hole of finding more information on healing and treating my PCOS and my mind is blown. I’ve definitely learned so much, I didn’t even know it affected so much. So again, thank you

Sable 711: Very entertaining and I love the creative way in which you presented this disorder that many women have. I watch the video you linked to this as well, and the alkaline vegan diet sounds quite promising. YouTubers who promote veganism or going to turn me vegan for sure soon. :-)

Chanel Lewis: I love your content. It’s refreshing to see I’m not the only one with PCOS. I hope you are able to give updates at some point. I will be praying you get better!

Gis in Christ: Be encouraged, you can overcome this. The battle begins in the mind

Mz. King: This is awesome. Sorry for the diagnosis, but I'll keep watching. I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I've tried some of everything, but nothings working. So I can't wait for your next season. My notification bell is on. I'm happy to see someone with a channel to help people like me or us.

Kimira L.: Wow! Just wow! Such a great video and I felt every moment of it. I am looking forward to what you’ve discovered as I too deal with this disorder.

Dwuana Marie: thank you for talking about this. So many women suffer in silence feeling like nobody understands them, myself included. And so many other suffer not understanding exactly what it is or how common it is.

Rashawnda Atkinson: The tears I have...as someone who is living currently with PCOS, I can only imagine her struggle...

Train Up A Child: Sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Hopefully, you will be able to get through this. Here are a few supplements and a natural progesterone cream I would recommend: I must say that #7 should be #1 on my recommendation. PCOS 1. 4,000 IU per day (Vitamin D3). Low serum vitamin D in women with PCOS appears to be correlated with endocrine disturbances (most disruptors that negatively affect many unawares can be found in your toothpaste, deodorant and other personal care products you may be using). Please check... 2. One capsule (as standardized fruit extract to 2, 1-3 and 3 mg of aucubin) per day for 3 months (Vitex agnus-castus (VAC) is also commonly known as chaste tree or chasteberry) 3. Anna’s wild yam cream (natural progesterone cream) 4. DIM 75 mg capsules twice daily, if there is an estrogen dominance 5. Myo-inositol (Dosing: 2000-6000 mg with 100-400 mcg folic acid, twice per day, 2-3 months, or 4000 mg with 400 mcg folic acid, once per day, 3 months) 6. Cut down on sugary and fried foods. . I’m sorry to burst your bubble of eating those sugary comfort foods when depressed but you will have to ditch the ice cream ‍♀️(This is because PCOS is a condition caused in a large part due to the inability of cells to utilize insulin). 7. You have to trust GOD that he will get you through this and that He is in control of your life. The mental affects the body and if you are stressed it will not help your condition. “Proverbs 17:22 KJV A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones”. 8. Ensure that you are going to bed early by 10pm the latest. Your body repairs and secretes a hormone during the hours of 11pm to 3am. (Lord, help me as I should be in bed myself ) 9. Ensure you drink sufficient water. You can be deeply hydrated by drinking coconut water which will also give you added benefits. If not you can start the day with lemon water . It will cleanse your your organs and get your body ready for the day as well. Etc. there’s more ☺️. God bless

Keisha Rowland: You’re so talented. Thanks for another great informative video. Love it!

Shannon Havisham: An ACTOR! PCOS is tough and I thank you for your honesty about how it can really throw things off.

Erica Smith, MBA: This was amazing...I was actually a little upset when it ended...I could have watched at least another 30 minutes. I was like...what about the doctor visit scene...or the car ride back home. LOL...Anything to get some extra minutes in. A lunch scene, dinner scene...a walk to the front door scenario...something lol...This was great ☺

Sassy S: Great season finale! Great acting and you left us wanting more, more, more. When is season 2 starting?

sapmolina: Sis you are amazing. This video pulled me in. Im with you through this

CloudedTear816: I have PCOS too. I feel you. I feel like I try to lose weight and I can't. I have chest/heart problems and it's just a lot. But I'm trying to stay positive and get better mentally and physically. I have never heard of your channel before. Just found this video by random chance. Thanks!!!! Gonna subscribe! Proud of you for not letting this get you down and being who you are! I couldn't stop looking at that avocado shirt btw.

S P: I had PCOS (keyword had) and I did the research and finally figured my body out myself. First PCOS isn’t a disease it’s called a syndrome because it’s basically a group of symptoms. In western medicine they put groups of symptoms together in which they have no real explanation for and call them X,Y,Z. Check your insulin levels, androgen levels, thyroid. Go to your pantry, fridge etc and throw out everything that is processed, loaded with sugar, gluten, food coloring etc…. You have to change your way of life if you really want to rid your body of this.
