Hey guys welcome back to my channel and thank you so much for stopping by today, I'm going to show you how to get these jumbo box braids the no nut chronometer or the nut yeah there's! No, not jumbo braids. So if you want to see how I get these gorgeous braids, then just continue watching and don't forget to thumbs up and leave me a comment down below and please subscribe. Alright, so yeah, let's just get right into it. So yeah we're going to start off by using the contour grillstone treatments and I'm going to rub this all over my hair and then I'm going to make four sections going across right and then I'm just going to secure each section with a grab clip or section Clip or whatever you guys call it just the clip and then from back to front each section is going to have two. Then three then four, then five braids so will be a total of 14 braids and for each braid I use a half a pack of here. So it's a total of seven packs of here right and the hair that I use is just the regular braiding chemical in here that I got from my beauty supply store for two dollars per pack and, as I said, I use seven packs of these. So you're. Just going to take the hair out and I'm going to use that less job to smooth it down on mine, on each braid right or in each section, alright, just to meet the braided Anita and now for starting the braid we're going to make a triangle. First. For the first section and then just split the the other and off slightly other section in two pieces right so make a triangle first and then just split the bottom piece or the other piece in two pieces and then now for the hair. As I said, half a packet here with each braid and then you're going to take some shaper and smooth it down the extension. So it doesn't start a natural or just so it doesn't start the moisture out of your natural hair. Now, what I'm going to do is do the hair just like that, just to form like a tapered hand, so it doesn't just have that blunt look and now what I'm going to do is take one-third of that here and put it over the next 2/3. Just like that, and I'm not going to explain this one, you guys I'll, let you guys watch without me trying to confuse you and then the second one I'll try to explain, and I just want to explain this part, what I'm doing right there is. I'M actually talking my natural here like in between each strong or each section of the braid in here. So you don't see my natural hair sticking out the braid, like some people use gel I've tried to gel before, but what the gel does is just activate my 4c curls and make them even stick out more so because of that, I don't put the gel in It if you're, okay, we put in the gel, go ahead and do it and put the gel on the end of your hair to help it to blend in. But this is the way I do it and it works better for me and my hair tight. This way, yeah we're just going to braid this hair out until we can't braid anymore Brit it to the end and then get started with the other braid. So what I'm going to do is already section the front in five pieces and twisted it. So I'm just gon na unravel that twist and then smooth some oil down my hair, concentrating mainly on my ends to protect them and then we're going to take the last jump and rub it on our here on the roots over here to lay it down. Now, I'm not too concentrating on my edges because I'll go back with some eco styler and lay them down afterwards, because this this, let's jump, won't hold my edges down. You know so I'll go back with a just on the gel afterwards right. So now what we're going to do is make that section in three sections: first, we're going to make on a triangular shape section in the front and then just like that and then that other piece you're going to separate it in two pieces. Now it's really important for you to do this triangular shape like that and then those two pieces, because what that does is when you put the hair in the middle, those two sections will go over it and unhide that knot right. So please go ahead and do that now we're going to take one-third of the half back of here that we're going to use so one bridge, so we're going to take one-third of that and if you're, not okay with just looking at it, just make three events Section and then just take off one piece right, so we're going to take off one piece like that and then we're going to put that one-third over the 2/3, and now we have three sections ready to braid it. Now I'm just showing you our oh I'll, hold this here now I take one section that section I put it between my pinky finger and my ring finger, and then I use my thumb and my index finger to grab the middle piece and then just the other Piece is just hanging there, and now we have all three sections separated so now we're going to bring our hand up to here and then the front piece, which is the triangular piece we're going to bring it over that middle section of extension. The piece we held between our thumb and our index finger so we're going to bring our natural here over that piece and then the piece on the left is going to fall with the piece or natural here on the left and then the extension on the right Goes in the natural here on the right now start the spreading. What we're going to do is bring the right section or the section or right hand over the middle section. The middle section is now, in your right hand, right so now you're going to bring the left section over that middle section and under the section in your right hand, and the process continues just like that. I hope my explanation helped. If it didn't just mute me and watch it and you'll get it trust me guys, it's really simple. It'S really easy to do. Your knowledge of braiding will be needed, but it's really a simple process. Once you get the hang of it like it's really a simple process and yeah just continue braiding, and if you want the section to be much tighter, I personally didn't do it in the front, because I don't want it to pull on my edges. I made the middle section a little tighter I'll, bring it a little closer to my roots, as you can see, but not for the front section honey and what I'm doing there. I'M actually just put in my natural here. The end of my natural here in between the extension are put the extension over my natural here, the ends of my natural here. So you know it won't be sticking out through the braid and then just continue braiding on till you get to the end of this. Here and now that braid is finished and I'm going to finish the other two on the other side and then I'll be back and I'm just checking it out right there like. Yes, I really love these braids but yeah. So I'm back and I'm standing because I want to show you the ends and I'm just clipping away: does that extra tail there that's unnecessary piece and then what I'm gon na do is actually dip these in some hot water. Alright. So now I'm going to take this towel and put it around me, so I won't burn myself and take a plastic container, the portion of the braids in it and then pour some hot water on it. Now be careful, be very, very careful when you're doing this process, you don't want to burn yourself now. I'M gon na hold the hair and shake it out like slowly shake it, so they don't curl up while I'm taking them out of water. Then I just use the towel and dry those braids off and yeah I'll do the same thing to the other side of your head and yeah. That'S the finished product. Those are my gorgeous jumbo braids. Like I really love this thought. This is one of my favorite braiding styles, I'm so happy. I'M able to do these raids. Yeah like it took me a while. I had to practice like I did this twice before. I actually got it yeah, that's what the braids look like. I hope you enjoyed this video. I hope you learned out to do these braids yeah. It'S really a cute and easy protective style, and then I'm going to show you the length in the front. It goes just under my breath back almost to my navel and then the back goes a little bit above my butt and thank you guys so much for watching I'll have a lot more protective styles and naturally a stars coming up. I hope you enjoyed this video. Please go ahead and thumbs up leave me a comment and please subscribe and share this video. So until then bye guys

Gina-Lee Cooper: Love it! So I tried to make no-knots box braids but I hate the feed-in method that's all over YT. And completely by chance I did exactly what you did but unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce it because I wasn't paying attention to me being a genius lol. I literally just watched dozens of videos until I finally found yours and I am SO happy I did! I especially LOVE the triangle tip, it makes so much sense! Thank you gorgeous, new subbie here!

Ethan 7250: I liked the SECOND you showed how to hold the hair, so when you do the I visible braid you just braid Iver instead of under. I'm so surprised that people made it seem impossible. Do you think you could do the rubber band method along with the I visible method? My hair is shorter and the rubber band method would make it look neater

Thelma Moore: very cute braids, how many packs did u use? like your video. u did a good job on your braids.

Janice Reaves: I would like to do this style on my natural 4c kinky hair. However, I do no want to put heat on my hair as part of my hair goals. My hair is thriving and growing thicker since I stopped all heat for a little over a year now. I plan to put in this hair after I wash, deep condition, and moisturize heavily on slightly wet hair to damp hair. I don't plan to use a gel, but beeswax which is natural and not harsh non alcohol based vs. Eco-styler and Jam. Do you think that this will work? My natural hair is now at my armpit without heat. As my natural dries, do foresee any issue? Thanks
