Okay, welcome back Shima girls. Now this video is gon na serve two purposes. It'S gon na serve the purpose for my newbies who don't know much about you know the beginning stages of proper black hair care. So this is gon na be an essential, beneficial videos for Mishima Grande newbies. Now for my Shima girls that have been with me for the past three years or two years or even one year with me. Basically, you know most of this already, but it will also serve as a refresher course because it's good to you know, go over these techniques and and rules and steps. Yet again, until you know, we get it right and we condition ourselves to actually apply it into our dating arrangement every single day, all right, so we want to achieve our fairytale mythical, hair length. Those we need to you know know as much as we can regarding proper black hair care. Now, there's gon na be a I'm gon na discuss, maybe six or another seven steps and techniques, and things like that: okay number, one. Ninety-Five percent of the time we need to wear protective hairstyles. Okay, protect the hair. Styles include: hair buns, French twist French braids, individual braids, kinky twists two strand twist locks and any mean dreads anything that keeps the ends of our hair tucked in, but for long period of time and moisturize with the Shema oils or your moisturizers, or also of your Choice is a protective hairstyle. I get that question still asked a lot because again we have a lot of newbies here and they really don't know about these techniques. Yet, okay, so this is gon na, be a great video for you, immigrant newbie, so pay attention, listen and apply this knowledge. Okay, when you wear the protective styles, do not wear them too tight, nor for too long meaning do not do not wear them for longer than two months, because if you went in longer than two months, it's gon na create dreaded hair growth. Okay, so remove those individual braids or that French twist after two months, you should really wear them, maybe one to two weeks time max. Then you remove them and you wash your hair. Okay, so again be careful. How tightly you wear your braids, ponytails and even weave hair they've got some of you, ladies to wait: wear weaves, but sometimes it's braided in so then too tightly and that's not good. We do not want traction, alopecia, okay, the ball being of our hair. Due to too much tension on our hair, okay number two keep heat appliances on medium to low. If time allows okay - and you should find the time for these things - okay, because if you're serious dead, serious about going longer a protection here, you yourself need to find the time to get these things done. The correct way. Okay, so set your heat appliances to medium or low and if you're using a blow, dryer also make sure you keep it in constant rotation, then just let it sit on one side for two three: four minutes: until that side is dry, don't keep it in constant Rotation, okay and you know, make sure make sure it's at least two inches or so away from your hair. If you can do that, I know that's hard as I've in the past dry. My hair would blow dry before and I keep it close because I wanted to dry just make sure it's not that close and and that the heat setting is on medium. Okay, so make sure you follow those rules, essential, ok, if you're doing that now. This is what I personally prefer that you use the roller set or simply air dry, your hair, these these are the healthiest and less harmful ways that we can dry our Apple ticket here with the roller sets and let it air dry. Okay, now some people say not to sleep in rollers, but this is something I have to admit that I have done a lot, but I always came out on top meaning that I didn't suffer any hair damage because I trained myself really well to do what I Thought I've done throughout the years, but you know, since your beginner, don't do that? Don'T sleep in the rollers in the plastic rollers! You know, because I was sleeping in the Jumbo sized fast Acronis. You know if you gon na wear the rollers. You know wear them during the day when you're it's when you're still away - and you know, walk around the house or what I do. I just sit next to a fan: get a book start reading it or watch my favorite TV show or a movie until the room is dry, but I get up really early in the day for that or after I'm done with my daily activities before I actually Go to sleep, you know I. I also do that. You know I haven't. I haven't slept in rows in a long time, because you know I have more time in the day to be able to dry my hair in the daytime without actually going to sleep. This time, okay, but this is a healthier alternative to drying on hair roller sets and air dry. Okay, now there's some, ladies, that do you sleep in satin, hair rollers? These are less uncomfortable. I guess you know. That'S that's cool! If you want to sleep inside and rollers, I approve okay, you can sleep in your satin road, it's because it's not jumbo. It'S not Plastics! My heart at your head is, you know, you know, sticking up or nothing like that is satin and and it flattens against your pillow okay, so you can use the satin rollers when you go to bed. Okay. Now, let's look at number three and it's very important that we pay close attention number three, this pose of all old, damaged, raggedy, styling tools. This means that your curling irons have a missing, but in that is essential to keep control of the heat or escape with master hair pile if from moms, if not properly King it off. I have one right here this this curling iron is so old. It'S not even funny it's, it has all the defects that I just explained its cake in massive hair products throughout the moms. It'S missing see it's missing a little plastic thing here. When you put your finger, so you won't get burned. It'S missing that it's! It'S wrapped! In tape, because the handle popped off, you see it totally popped off and that's dangerous because the cables inside you know it would wind up when the when the iron is hooked on to the socket the cables inside. Could this dangerousness it get a short-circuit? So this is totally totally should be wiped out of your bedroom. Okay, do not use. This is just an exaggerated version. You know most most times the curling iron probably doesn't have a doubt. That'S working. So if the dial is not working well, you can set it in medium and low, like I want you to throw it away, throw it away also, if your bobby pins are missing the tips of the top, throw it away. Okay, now these are brand new bobby pins. Are there okay yeah? They all have the tips on the top all right. You don't have to do this away. If you have homes that are missing the teeth, any teeth missing or crack or jagged throw them away. Okay, we don't want um black hair destroyers. If you haven't seen that video you're missing out go find my black hair destroy this video, so you can see all those black hair, destroyer and hair accessories that I don't want to use it, because it's just gon na damage your hair and keep giving you setbacks. Okay, it's just gon na keep, giving you setbacks. Alright number four use, mostly natural hair products, use natural hair products that we place lost protein, moisture and nutrients, and good stuff like that. Okay, the natural hair products also protect the hair cuticle without stripping its natural oils. Alright, so that's good good news, good news to use natural hair products again. Remember my Shima oil contains loads of natural good hair products for our application, hair like soybean oil, almond oil, rosemary oil, coconut oil and there's even bite in to help our hair grow thicker. As it goes longer, so you know you got this in your possession, good news, good news for you and your hair, alright, okay, number five use protein, slash, moisturizing shampoos and conditioner, now mishima, hurry. / shampoo, of course, is a protein treatment. Alright, so you can use this once a week, though okay, well, whether your hair, not now the protein that is infused back into our hair with these protein /, moisturizing, shampoos and conditioners, will repair and further protect our hair against breakage or or moisturizing conditioners. They protect the hair against breakage as well. Okay, not, for example, for the best penetration benefit, apply the Shema hearing pay shampoo by using a heating cap. You know set the heating cap on medium, also, okay and leave it on for at least 30 minutes or 40 minutes max. Then you wash out the shampoo or conditioner if you're, using just a big conditioner as well, but if using the Shima Harry patient pool, you know, follow those steps and then you can proceed to roller set or air dry. Your hair remember, you can also use a simple conditioning plastic hat for this technique. Okay, you can use a simple conditioning plastic cap for this technique. Alright, and you can walk around the house with it on for the next 30 minutes or 40 minutes as well. Not that technique will also help. You know penetrate the shampoo even deeper into the hair cuticle as well. Okay, so you can do this once every two weeks after you have removed your protective styles once you protect the stuff after two weeks, you know proceed to wash your hairs. If you already have my whole system go. This is the first thing you usually use to wash your hair with the Shema hair repair shampoo. Alright, now, let's look at number six number six make sure to follow it with a leave-in conditioner. Okay, if you had a Shema hair repair, leave-in conditioner, that's the second step after the Shema here weekly shampoo, you use the gene, my hair repair, leave-in conditioner. Now, let's, let's understand the reason why a leave-in conditioner is essential to use after we finish I'm going on here. The reason why living conditioners are very important is because they provide lubrication and protection when we're styling our hair. However, in the case of mishima Hair Repair, leave-in conditioner, not only does it provide lubrication and protection when we're styling our hair, but it is also instrumental in helping us to easily the tangle out here, while it is wet. Remember when I here is wet, it's it's very fragile and we lose the most hair in the bathtub when we're washing our hair because we're combing it through and we're not. You know we haven't been trained. How to call me correctly, especially the newbies. We haven't been trained how to comb it correctly and all the hair just comes out in the head and in the in the hair comb. You know chunks chunks, something I'm not just talking a few strands. Chunks of hair come out, okay, so anything its instrumental in helping to easily detangle my hair okay. So when we're getting ready to roller, set our hair or blow dry, our hair or or even you know, air dry. Your hair and some ladies actually like to do the wrap thing to get their hair dry as well. Okay, so it depends on your particular hair care regimen. Alright, it's like at number seven I've seen a lot of people who like to give up on things. After just say two weeks of barely trying, you know because they said: oh, it didn't work for me. Oh, I wonder why it'd just be two weeks to give it a shot. Alright, so there's your situation right there. You can't expect to see waste and hair in two weeks out. Ladies alright, I don't it doesn't work like that. You have to give the product and yourself alright and yourself a chance more than two weeks. Okay, you got ta, keep trying keep trying alright, that this is why it's just thinking essentially to keep motivated. That'S why I give you these videos? That'S what keeps you motivated, because I know that's what you really need: okay, to keep yourself not motivated with all this black hair care, knowledge, you're learning! You know that you use. You also need motivation as well. So I'm happy that I have motivated so many of you, you know pushing more girls and you haven't given up after just two weeks. Okay, so let's give ourselves time for this to work. Alright, alright, okay. I hope that once again, everything that I just discussed in this video is gon na help. You, ladies, you know for Heights in your favourites of mythical hair name trends: okay, if you have any more tips or any suggestions of your own feel free to post, that's why I will be here: okay, she was gon na. HoneyLemonTee: Great video Shima! You are always a positive influence. I learned so much from the ''Black Hair Destroyers" video that you made. I never thought to consider the accessories that I put in my hair, but I do now thanks to you!

N: sometimes the finish on the bobbypins chips too so I have to toss them. I like the pins with the really slick finish rather than the more matte ones because it is less friction.

TheVonvon13: Thank you Shima, Your hair is beautiful!

Snoopdoggydog: Shima girl you got some guns on you. Keep the vids coming. As soon as I get some mad money I am getting your oil and moisturizer.

NaiaKirra: What do you do if your hair is to short for the protective styles? How do you protect your ends?

amayou1: Shima can you provide the PH levels for your products?

Pookiechan463: try wrapping the hair. then wrap it in the opposite direction in the morning for abt 5 mins (or while u put on ur make up) and it should be straight. Ur hair will thank u for it and you will feel better knowing u didnt go off track or cheat ur regimen!

👑PRINCESSFRMALMIGHTY 👑: thanks for the motivation

DarlingNikki2: Throw it AWAY, LOL! Shima, love ya girl (and I have watched your Black Hair Destroyers video--that's why I subscribed)!

LasV£gas702W£stFo®ever™: its so hard for me to put down the flat iron!! lol i got sad when she said medium heat

Yesenia PF: hello new sub can you tell us how you do the search and Destroy method ( do you part your hair in a certain way?)

JackieT: I love the thickness of your hair! ! ! !

Ashley Ciera: I think the newbies should also know the importance of protecting their hair at rest.

MisatoSan360: Love your vids! I have an off-topic question: where are you from? Your accent sounds so familiar, but I can't figure it out.

Pookiechan463: because of the nature of the material. plastic rollers can stress ur hair and the edges or other small portions of hair can come out when u wake up in the morning. expecially when u toss and turn in bed. hope that answered ur question! :)

sisterinlove123: luv u shima.....

Rena Rich: y cant i sleep in plastic rollers
