Hey I'm Irene the Queen and today I'm going to show you how to train and blow-dry your bangs. We just cut Ilia things. What like two weeks ago, something like that and she usually has a pretty deep side, part we're trying to keep her bangs in the center, which takes a pain-in-the-butt amount of time to get them trained, but blow drying with them like this will help them train a Little bit faster, if you don't blow dry, the rest of your hair, it's super important to blow-dry your bangs, otherwise you're gon na look crazy and if you do blow dry, your hair definitely definitely blow dry your banks first, because you don't want this area to have It any time to dry in whatever position it's in, so you want to make sure you put these right where you want them straight out the bat off the bat out, the bat right off the bat, yes, that off off the bed right, yes, nice! I think I guess might as oh, so I pulled her bangs out. I clipped her hair back. You could only see might not hold your hair back clipped your bangs back and the blow dryer is gon na, be loved, so you're not gon na, be able to hear me. So what I do is I'll show you a dry run. You need a fairly tight bristle brush with a lot of tension, and I hold the blow dryer here and pretty much where this goes. The blow dryer follows, and I pull all of it to one side, take a little section like that: blow-dry it that way, two or three times take another section: push it that way, two or three times and then pretty much keep going. I end up doing I don't know, maybe splitting the bangs into four or five sections once you get all the way. This way turn around and do the same thing pull more swipe a couple, pull more type a couple and keep going back and forth until the bangs are dry and then once they're, basically dry and cap, it off with a round brush just to get their shape And a little volume but you're, not gon na, be able to hear me so I'll just show you and it goes a lot faster than like sectioning it out and blow drying it so you'll see I'll, try to leave it real time and toward the end, when They'Re, mostly dry, I do go in and kind of pull it so that the brush is underneath the bangs like this and then pull down to get it to go straight and the reason you want to blow dry back and forth and not just straight down, is Because when you go this way and then this way and then you know back and forth, you confuse the root so instead of splitting, where your part was or where it normally wants to split, it doesn't know if it should go this way or this way. So it just kind of lays in the middle, so you're basically tricking your bangs into being right where you want them to be. This also goes for, if you don't have bangs and you have just long like mine - sometimes your part line just dries weird. So a lot of times even off the front of my hair I'll blow dry the front back and forth at the root. Then it gives you more control over where your part and stuff goes, and I did pull more of her hair down because we're working towards closer to a little part - and I want this to also lay right where we want it to go. Then just cap it off with some hairspray and you're good to go. If you don't wash it every day, you can use a water bottle and spray. It just make sure a lot of people will just spray the bottom and then wonder when they're reflow drying their banks lighting up cooperate. You want to make sure your whole root area is so because that's the part, that's going to split while you sleep so make sure your root area is soaked and either you use a water bottle or some kind of rehydrating spray. That'S not gon na leave. You greasy, I will pull a moisture mist from Paul Mitchell's, a good one to just rehydrate the hair without greasing it up, and then you can just below dry your bangs the next day your hairstyle can stay the same, and your bangs can be refreshed thanks for Watching this short tip tip thumbs up, if you liked it and subscribe below, and her link will be below also, we accidentally matched your best friends thanks for hanging out bye, bye,

My hairstylist told me to just go side to side with the hair dryer but that never really worked, not like this does. You're literally a life saver

María Fernanda Rébora: Great explanation! I have succeeded in training my bangs this way. However I can't seem to manage to keep it full. I mean, than an hour after I blow-dried it splits like in strands. I hope I'm clear, as English is not my first language I would appreciate your reply. Love!

Sasha Oh no: I had bangs for years (think thick, STRAIGHT across above my eyebrows) and they NEVER parted. Ever. They were always perfectly straight and never clumped together and parted unless it was oily. But then I grew them out like 4 more inches and cut them again and I can’t for the life of me get them to not part now. Smh.

M Lgx: Best tip ever! I saw this video before cutting my bangs and i was able to style them better than the hairdraisser Just a bonus tip before this, divided your bangs in 2 parts, have each part going to the contrary side (the right to the left and the left ro the right.)like an "x". Use the hair drier on minimun heat Just on the roots. then procedure the hair dry as the video demostrates to end styling your bangs.

Natalia A: I just got bangs and couldn’t figure out why no matter what I did they would still go with my part and this has helped a ton!!!

Samantha Beckwith: This has literally saved my bangs! Thank you!

Tania Santana Martín: Hello! Your video has been the most useful I've found about styling bangs! Thanks a lot :)  I just have one question though, what size should the round brush be? I've read in 90% of the internet it should be small, like 2 inches (38mm, I'm from Spain), but then my own hairdresser uses one like yours, a very big one. I just want my bangs to look kind of flat with a little bit of curve at the bottom, not like those bubble bangs for the 80s. Thanks a lot again!

rania 13: Thank you so much for this, been struggling with my bangs for a while

Hysterical: Omg this worked for me thank youuuuu. My bangs get worse with every shower. They part in the middle or on the side instead of completely covering my forehead like I want them lol. But doing this not only held them in place at the center, but they also filled in annoying gaps. So thank you SFM!

sakumas: YO THIS ACTUALLY WORKS <33 i only did it twice but pretty messily; i didnt separate my bangs from the rest of my hair while i was brushing/blowdrying it side to side but it still worked. i used the dryer on the low and cool settings so that i wont burn myself or dry my hair too fast.

Fairytalesim: My brain reading the comments: Alright, we won't get bangs. My heart who has wanted bangs since I was a kid: Maybe it will work for us! :D

give me money: This was my first time trying it, I don’t have one of the round brushes nor a spray so I don’t know if it’ll part or not but it looked really good after I tried it so I guess I won’t be made fun of at school :)

Erin Anderson: I’ve had bangs for over 10 years and struggle with my middle part every day! How have I never heard this!?!? Thank you!

Christina Ferreira: we all don’t have hairdressers to do our hair every day I wish there was a video of the actual person with the bangs doing their own hair

Maxie Fairbanks: This video really helped me at first when I got my bangs. Thanks for posting!

Meg Weale: I’m getting a fringe in 5 days and I’m scared it’s gonna go part really weird the day after the hairdressers since I have a normal side part, so I’m gonna try this!❤️

Begüm Yetişkin: Thank you this was a life saver!

Mia Meow: these gals are so gorgeous! Don't they both have the cutest noses & bright eyes?! I love their make up too...not overly done like so many are doing these days and looking like Robert Palmer girls and drag queens...they are just enhancing their features and their unique beauty. Awww, and they matched clothes coz they're besties!

KiWi Cat: I need this. My hair always gets messy everytime i go outside

Melissa Daniels: I hope you still see comments on this! Does this realistically work on cowlicks?! I want bangs so badly, but my cowlicks keep me from trying ;-; ETA: Also, a loooong time ago I was told sleeping with a strip of scotch tape where the new bang part is helps to retrain? Lol...

Wendy Lowe: to everyone saying "my bangs are going to one side" i got bangs yesterday and complained about them but my mom said that since your hair is used to your harline it wants to keep going to the side and soon it will settle down

ari: one part of my bangs dont stay down or cover the front anymore and i regret cutting them because training them doesnt help it stay in place
