Hey best friends with kyndra here, miss Kincaid. Thank you guys so much for tuning into my channel. So today I'm gon na be showing you guys how I did these Jumbo rope twists using the rubber band method. So, as you can see, my hair has been washed conditioned and I have stretched it. I blow dried it out and I have already pre port sectioned it off into these triangles and the items that you're gon na be needing is rubber bands, of course, and then the hair. So let me tell you guys all about this hair. This is my first time trying it it's easy twin Grade, and this hair is pre-cut. Pre-Picked in the ends are already tapered for you, so you don't have to worry about taking the time out to do that. So the great thing about this hair is that it's made with 100 % TOI alkaline fibers, which gives it a more realistic look. It kind of resembles natural hair pressed and it just no tangles. You guys, like. I ran my fingers to this hair with ease. So I am using an ombre color and the color is RT 27 I'll put all of the information in the description box about this hair color. So I'm gon na go ahead and start off with one of the sections I'm gon na moisturize, my hair, like crazy. I'M just gon na take my favorite moisturizer and I'm going to apply that to my hair. Then I'm gon na take some sort of gel or edge control, and I'm going to put that all along the part where I parted each section. This is gon na give me a nice sleek. Look it's going to keep the flyaways down next, I'm going to section my hair into two: I'm basically going to split it in the middle and then I'm gon na take a nice size. A large chunk of the hair and I'm just gon na position it in the middle of where that part is so. I'M gon na take my two pieces of hair and I'm going to rubberband them together, and the great thing about the rubberband method is that you can make this as loose as you want it or as tight as you want it. Just by simply pulling the hair or loosen up the rubberband and that's what I love about it and it's so secure. So now I'm gon na split my hair and I'm gon na add a half of my hair with the braiding hair on each side and I'm just going to be gay but B. But I'm just going to begin to twist my hair and basically this is like a Havana twist and I'm just gon na twist and then I'm going to begin to create the rope. So as I'm twisting my hair, I'm also twisting each leg if that makes sense. So you can see me kind of turn my fingers as I twist the ends, the two sides around each other and I'm gon na place a clip right on the root because, as I was twisting, it was kind of turning and it was putting tension on my Edges - and you definitely don't want that, so I'm just gon na continue to twist all the way to the end. Until I get to the bottom and and some twists, I did braid the bottom and others. I just twisted all the way down and, as you can see, this is very secure and it's movable. So if I want to put my hair up, it's not going to cause any unnecessary tension. So I'm just gon na repeat these same steps. On the remaining section of my hair, I'm going to apply a generous amount of moisturizer, because I want to make sure my hair is nice and moisturized while it's being protected and I'm going to just slicked down those edges. Honey apply some edge control all over the part. Just to make sure I get a nice sleek look and then I'm just going to section my hair part it straight down the middle section it off, so I can get ready to apply the hair I'm gon na. Take a large amount of hair and I'm just gon na place it right in the middle, and then I'm gon na rubberband, my hair to each other and basically make it as loose as I want it or as tight as I want. It doesn't have to be that tight enough. Great. Also, the great thing about the rubberband method is that your hair can be short. You can still be able to do these Jumbo rope twists so yeah, I'm just gon na rubberband it together and then I'm going to pull it to tighten it or you can pull it to loosen it, whichever you prefer and then I'm gon na. Just simply start. My rope so I'm gon na twist each side of the hair and I'm twisting it in the same direction. Keep that in mind, because if you twist them in the opposite direction, you're not gon na get a rope. You'Re gon na get basically a finger coil. So then, I'm gon na start wrapping the two sides around each other to create this rope effect and I'm going to go ahead and twist it all the way down to the ends. I'M also going to be applying some edge control where I need to apply, and I did apply it mainly where my hair stop just to make sure my hair is nice and tucked into the twist and then I'm going to continue the same steps on the remaining Sections of my hair, I did seal my ends by dipping them into hot water. So then, I'm just gon na add these go tubes to my hair. Just add a touch of jewel to it and I'm going to be laying my edges with some edge control, and this is my final look, so I love this style so much. The hair is super soft and it's easy to style. I love that it's 100 % toyokalon fiber, because it's so natural looking and these toyokalon fibers do not cause my hair to itch. So you know a lot of times when we're doing protective styles, the hair inches, and I'm so glad that I was able to use this easy braided hair, because it does not each at all. Keep in mind that I used four and a half packs of this hair, only only four and a half packs of this hair to complete all of my jumbo twists, and I will have all the information in the description box about how many twists I have installed. The information on the hair and you can also find information on this hair by visiting tio Collins Facebook page, and I will also link that information and the description box. Let me know what you think about this style in the comment section below and I'll talk to you guys on the next video bye

Nique Carter: Glad I found your channel, I'm not paying nobody else ($165) for twist or box braids.... Your method is so easy thanks for sharing

Kendra Kenshay: Hey Frans!!! So I installed a total of 28 twists. I got about 6-7 twists out of each pack of hair. Hope you guys enjoyed!!

Aurora Autumn: I’m not a stylist and I’ve done this many times in my hair using Marley hair. I’ve loved it each time and it last for about a month. My hair grew and my stands did not break.

Rhionna Gaal: GIRL, I've been watching videos on the rubber band method trying to figure out how to position my hands when I do this because my hair always slips and this is the first time I've ever seen anyone split it THEN secure it. I'm shook. Thank you!!!!

Thank you for being one of them!

Naturally_miss: Security at its finest this is the first time I've seen it done like this

zuzama2: Thank you! This is so perfect & looks so easy!! Can’t wait to try this!! I’ve been paying to get twist & braids...now I’m going to do them myself!!!

April4th: If your hair is longer, you can put the rubber band first, then pull the braiding hair with a crotchet hook, divide your onw hair into two then twist. I find that this to be way faster. Tfs

Julia O: Gurrrrl for someone who loves having beautiful hair but is quite lazy doing my own hair (naturally long and too thick ) you've made my life so much easier such a simple technique. I'm subscribing
