Hey guys so today, I'm going to show you how to do a really quick, curly-haired messy bun. The reason I'm going to do a curly hair tutorial is because I literally have a done one and so long, I'm so sorry you guys, I know most of my subscribers do have curly hair there's not that many gurus out there that have naturally curly hair. Like I do so, you probably won't get any good hair tutorials for curly hair, so I'm going to show you guys how to do a really cute hairstyle, and this one is actually Emma Robinson inspired. There'S a picture that I found online. I thought was so gorgeous. So I'll put that in the link down below but um yeah. As for you girls with straight hair, I promise I will have some really cool straight hair updos coming up, but this one's just gon na be for curly, hair, okay. So, to start off with this is basically just what my hair looks like air-dried and I kind of blow-dried it a little bit and scrunched it with some mousse, and I straightened my things like I always do. I have like a couple videos on that. If you don't know how to do it, so I kind of teased this area in the morning, but it fell out a little bit. So you don't worry about teasing or anything. It'Ll be fine, but today we're gon na do is a kind of like a messy side bun. When you put your hair and a ponytail, especially a side bun, you want the hair to be like a little bit damp. Just like the slightest bit damp, so you're gon na want to spray. You can either spray water in it or something just on the ends of the hair, so it'll hold in the ponytail really good or with the bobby pins. But what I'm using today is actually something that is going to make the hair wet. But at the same time, it's going to be repairing your hair and it's called repair through and it's just like a spray for dry sensitized and damaged hair and it's by the brand you go and I'll put all the information below, but basically what this does it. Just prevents split ends and in breakage and it smoothes your hair out, so I'm just going to shake a little bit and spray it on the ends, only kind of scrunch it in so now the ends are just the slightest bit damp. Okay, then only other things you will need is a rubber band like this, I like to use the ones that are thin, because my hair is pretty thin. I guess for curly hair, if you have thicker hair, you use a thicker rubber band, but I just used these thin ones because I feel, like you can get it around. A bunch of different times probably might need some bobby pins might be using this teasing brush too at the end and some hairspray you can use any hairspray. You want this. One is from fire and experts calm. It'S got stuck up. The only reason I'm using it right now is because it's the only one that I have, because my Aussie hair spray is completely out, so I don't have it anymore, but um. Basically, any hair, Sparrow work so to start off with you're gon na want to have side, bangs and you're going to want to part your hair, starting from where the side bangs are all the way back. Like so see so I just took the brush and I just made a straight line all the way back and then I just kind of split the hair like that. So then you guys this should be pretty easy because it is a messy bun. So you're just going to run your hands through your hair, a little bit separate some of the pieces and just kind of finger comb, which means run your fingers lightly through your hair, and my shorter layers are right about to my ear, the above my ear. So that's where I'm going to start the ponytail, because I don't want my shortest layers to but completely come out so right about to here, you're going to pull the hair down just a little bit. So you don't want the to be so close to your head, because you want some volume, so you're gon na put it ready budget here, use the verb and I'll wrap. It once wrap it twice and then the third time you're going to pull it underneath. So that way, the hairs are sticking out just a little bit right here. So then you're just going to want to mess with it. You know pull a bunch of different directions. So then you have something like that: okay, then I'm going to tease the ends that are sticking out just a bit just grab random pieces and tease them. You can tease the bun off as well, okay, so now this is where the bobby pins come in, because it's kind of hanging you don't want to be like pinning they're all weird like that. So take random sections and pin them into your hair just completely random. So that way, it's not, you know all falling over okay, so we have this so far and now all that's left is to hairspray just lightly hairspray. Okay, then you're going to want to take some random pieces from the crown of your head, just kind of pull them out, just pull it out. Random sections like that and kind of hairspray, and my hairs are coming out over here. So I'm just going to loosely bobby, pin them back and let like one curl fall. So I'm back for another curly hairstyle tutorial and this one is going to be a romantic button. The reason why I have done a couple updo for curly hair is because I find a lot of times when I do my hair curly. It sometimes starts to get flat or dull looking and really dry. It'S just like. I feel like I'm having a bad hair day, so I do like to just kind of throw my hair up real fast, like a really quick, easy kind of thing, so I don't have to like where you want my hair and it still executes. At the same time, so this is going to be a bun, that's more romantic, so it's going to be more formal, looking and not as messy. So, let's get started, the only thing I'll be needing is hairspray and I'm going to be using this repair throw spray, and it's by you go, and this basically is like a spray and leave-in conditioner. I just wanted to spray it in because when you, when your hair is just slightly damp on the ends, it holds better in the bun and I'm not going to be using Ruby, I'm actually just gon na be using hair pins, so just kind of finger comb. Your hair into a pretty low ponytail, not too high, probably right, where right here and you're going to twirl it around into a very loose bun and kind of leave, some of the end sticking out if they are and then you're going to start by painting it Down, I'm probably only going to use three Vatican's because I want it to be messy. So, wherever the hair's falling out, it's pretty much gon na be okay! You you

Amie Bailey: Thanks so much for this! My hair is exactly the same texture as yours, just a little longer, and every time I try to do a messy bun it just falls out - then I tried this and it was perfect! Thanks you :) <3

Nuria pinkfish: I love the second look! Looks so cute!

Zaira K: I love both updos! Thanks for the video. Im gonna use these especially for those days where i dont feel like straightening my hair haha (:

Dee8554: I did this look today and I LOVE IT!!! Thanks so much!!!

Melony Ellen: Hey girl first of all you are GORGEOUS! Also I loved both of these hairdos! Thank you so much for doing them. I have naturally curly hair that is very similar to yours only mine is even finer than yours and it isn't as long. Also I don't have side bangs. However, I mostly wear my hair up because as you mentioned, when I wear mine down it goes flat so once again thanks for this video and keep them coming!!! =-)

WaterLilySPLASH: yay! thank you so much for a curly hair tutorial, ive been in need of a good one :)

Melissa: Thanks so much for posting this video. I'm pretty dumb when it comes to cute hairstyles, but your 2nd tutorial gave me some great ideas for something other than a boring ponytail. :)

zoleoon: I kind of have the same hair as you, so this makes it so easy! Thank you

Jan's Beauty: Super cute & so easy to do. Thanks so much. Luv ya!

paula19762007: 2 fantastic looks that I definitely will try!

Kate: Your hair is so beautiful. I have to curl my thick hair and I can't use just 3 bobby pins. My hair is so thick I'd need more than 10. Great tutorial though:)

SJ: I love this! The results for me arent the same cuz my hair is not a thin as yours, but its perfect! Now i finally got somewhere to go whenever I need some help!

Sita U.: You are such an inspiration for me, thank you so much for your videos!

Teanna Dawn: idk about anyone else but... you're flawless <3

m4ryjan3: My hair is really really curly and today it looked like crap and I didn't have time to shower and do my full hair routine, which is like 2 hours start to finish. Did this style except straight in back of my head cause my hair likes to part in the middle and I don't have bangs, and it came out great. Thank you so much!

Mackenzie Parham: i always wished i had naturally curly hair...u look gorgeous

Kayla S: i love you and i love this tutorial! lol you are a life saverrrr! now i know how im doing my hair for school tomorrow!! WOOOOO!!!!! lol :D

jsparkle84: Cute styles, I wish I had thinner hair so that my hair will stay like that

Jenelle Cabot: finally a tutorial for curly hair!! btw you look like taylor swift!!

S Hussain: i LOVED it. :)

letshike_lasvegas: I have naturally thick, curly hair, and I have tried thinning it out in the past but the stylist did it too much where I had to cut off my hair to my shoulders to even out the thin/unevenness. It's starting to get too much even with layers in it. Do you or would you recommend thinning out curly thick hair?

Stephanie LaFountain: I love your hair! Unlike yours the top of mine isnt straight... i look like i have dreads its so curly!

Gaia C: Ok, I really love these hairstyles. I have hair quite similar to yours. Was wondering how you cut your bangs, I mean did you cut them yourself or did you go get them cut at the salon? I cant seem to decide if I want them of not! Anyways, I really just love these hairstyles. :)

chrisbenitezs: i wish i had your hair its so prettyyyy!!!!!!!!!

Xocheerkrazii143: you shoulde definitely do more curly hair videos! youre face looks like taylor swift (:

TheMay1010: wow this really nice!

Orla McNamee: pretty!<3

thisbih: @fashion4evr100 I have black curly hair, but I'm learning to love it. Mine is literally like a spring; you can put your finger inside it without winding it around you finger. And when you pull it, it bounces back super quick, like, BOING! Are we in the same boat? :)

Bethany Dennis: this is awesome you're a genius

angel girl: She looks like Taylor swift with brown hair! I ❤ theses hair styles!!!!!!

hisprincesaa: love this video!

Sofia Carlsson: more curly hair videos! :)

Kayleigh Noelle: @TheLexiMinute yep ! i always do :) sometimes my bangs come out differently-- i think it just depends on the weather lol

mypupismup: Your hair's A LOT like mine! I'm subscribing lol :P I need some help with my hair!

tyacuteful: hey! um i have a quick qustion! okay so i have curly hair and i like to scrunch it and i use both gel and mousse. but which one should i put in my hair first? i know its kinda a stupid qustion but i just wanna know:)

Kayleigh Noelle: @dedemoun yeah its just naturally straighter up there. I comb it out too only at the roots to make it even more straight.

Romi Garcia: awwww cute :) i love the first hair do ill try it out i just dont really like hairspray tends to make my hair look like it has dandruff any other spray/cream to make the style hold??

Michelle Reyes: I have naturally curly hair and the other day at the store i saw they had Garnier fructis "leave in conditioner" and a cream to tame frizz both for curly hair. Should I use both or will it be too much for my hair? My hair is like yours [a little longer] and goes completely lion like if i don't put anything lol

Kim me T: I like that, love your hair.

Kate Glass: very pretty! what camera do you have? :)

Cynthia: you can use this with straight hair too ? :D

Danielle Farrugia: Do you think the first bun would look okay if you don't have a fringe (bangs), and just do it with a side part??

Laura Lee: starts at 4:00

meridianj22: Haha I agree with you, cripticcurls. My hair is long, curly, and has a lot of volume. It is a good hairstyle though!

Yasmin Lea: beautifuuuuuuuuul girl:))

dedemoun: ok!! I have a question?? The top of your hair like the crown area is like straight and then blends perfectly with the rest of your hair that is curly. Does the top of your hair (not the bangs) just naturally straighten or what do you do? Because my whole head is curly and sometimes i look like a poodle... thankssss :D

Miriam Thomas: ur hair is just like mine:D

aholysoul: oh another way to not have your hair curly from the roots is to always do a ponytail and put gel or something for a couple of weeks and it wont be curly from the roots anymore(that's what i do as my usual hairstyle and i don't get curly hair thats up to my roots :)

Taliya Gittleman: i have naturally curly hair!!! :)

Jazzy: Mine's REALLY big curls. I get like.. different types of curls in my hair, and it get's puffy SO easy.. Blaah. But like... My roots used to be curly, but I started straightinin my hair and my roots aren't as curly, and I started putting it in a pony tail a lot.

Toronto friend: omigosh, I just had to comment thiiis you are soooooo pretty, and sooooo sweet ! :) I love you haiir, and you voiceee ! :) grreat hairstylesss ! :)

itskathy: my hair just like yours!

Kayleigh Noelle: @reinantese yeah i do. i use a big comb brush and lightly brush the hairs on the top of my head (crown section) out so its looser

deelove55: you look so much like taylor swift but a brunette version

flower353: how do you know where to put the bobby pins? i have hair that is like double the length of yours n my hair just falls out :(

Alice Bennett: My hair is a bit like yours...just MUCH more frizzy. Whats the best products for getting rid frizz but not too expensive? i tried so many products that don't work! x
