Hi everyone and welcome to today's video today, I'm going to show you how I've been achieving this hairstyle of mine ever since I've cut my hair and you've seen my hair styled like this. I'Ve gotten a lot of questions as far as like what I'm, using what I'm doing, how I'm doing it etc, and so this video is for that you're going to be amazing, you're going to be kind of like that's it at the end of the video. But that's literally what I've been doing. I only use two products in order to style. My hair, like this, the rest, is all just kind of natural because my hair is naturally wavy um and so the two products that I use, I guess kind of like help with giving it more of a curly feel rather than just like a beachy wave, and They also give it a lot of volume. You have hair like mine, that's some like wavy, like a wavy curl. This will work really really well with that um, and I think it also would work really really well with curly hair. It'S all about. You know maintaining the frizz at a minimum and adding volume to the short style in order to make it look very voluminous and just bam bam sexy, so no talking, let's jump right into it, okay, so the only thing that I've done at this point before I Get started and applying any kind of product on to the hair is just allow it to towel dry, and I will typically do this for about 30 minutes. I think I did a little bit longer today since I went ahead and I did my entire face of makeup before you know filming this, so it's been towel drying for about 45 minutes, maybe an hour, I'm not really sure, but that's typically. What I will do is just allow it to towel dry for a little while and then, of course, take it out, and I don't play with it. I don't play with my hair much at all. One thing that I'll never forget is on one occasion when I went into a Nevada store in order to look for some product that would help with my wavy hair. I was talking to one of the employees there and the thing that he said that I will never forget is that the less you do to your hair, the better it's going to look. If you have wavy to curly hair, it's not going to look as frizzy. It'S not going to look as tangled. It'S just gon na have a really nice, curl or wave so the less a you do to it the better and that's what I've always done since then. That'S what I've always done so there two things that I've currently been using in order to style my hair, the lazy way is what I like to call it. I use this or base sculpting cream and this orb a dry texturizing spray. Now these are a little bit on the pricey side, so I would recommend that if your not wanting to spend the high dollar amount that these are actually worth, which I did not know until I purchased them, because I purchased them when I went to go get My hair cut, she used this on me and she used this on me in order to add like more volume and texture, and it looks so great on my hair that I was like yes totally sold ring it up and then she rang it up, and I Was like okay, so they are pricey um, but I do just recommend using some sort of a sculpting cream and some sort of a texturizing spray, the sculpting cream. I feel really does a good job at like managing my frizz and the texturizing spray. I feel. Does a really amazing job at like adding the volume, so this one will keep my curls or my wavy hair, looking really nice and kind of soft and not as frizzy as they normally would be, and the texturizing spray like I said it just gives you a Little bit more volume, so what I'll do is I'll, just grab a good amount and it's probably more than what I should exactly, especially for the length of hair that I have, but I literally have had this since March, and it's still really pretty full. So anyway, I'll grab a little bit of that and then I'll, just kind of like gently grab at my hair, very gently so just grabbing it a little bit running it through the top, and so already you see that it's already trying to define those wavy curls. I'M just trying to come up my hair and, like all sorts of different angles, you know, because throughout the day I will be turning my hair to the left, turning my hair to the right kind of flipping it and playing it with and playing with it. So I want it to UM just maintain that curly shape it's okay. After doing that, as you can see, it's pretty it's pretty bouncy already, but in order to add a little bit more bounce and more volume, that's when I go in with the texturizing spray. Most of the outer part is dry, it's just back here, that's like still pretty damp and that I just allow to air dry. So now I take my little texturizing spray and it doesn't take a whole lot. Apply it to one side back a little bit. Then flip it over slide to the side and the top a little bit, and that is it, and then, after that I just allow my hair to air dry. I try not to touch it up a lot, but when I do touch it, I try to just go after the the root in order to really make it bounce and just give it more life and volume. As you can see, it's super easy like super super. Easy this is my lazy day hair that I love to do just simply because I'd forgotten how like wavy my hair is especially because, when I had it like down to my waist, it was really way down, and I just couldn't really see how bouncy and how Voluminous it could be um, and then I cut my hair and now I'm like really really loving it. So if you have short hair, try styling it with, like, I said, a sculpting cream and a texturizing spray, just something that's going to manage the frizz and something that's going to add texture and volume to your hair. And it's going to make such a difference. Like I wish, someone would have told me this a long time ago. I would have definitely come a hair a long time ago, because this is so much easier and it just looks so much better than anything else that I've ever tried just grab a good texturizing spray grab a good sculpting cream at your choice. It doesn't have to be these two and I guarantee that you are going to love the way that your hair looks the volume that he gets in the way that your hair feels throughout the day. So that is it it's really super simple. I really hope that you enjoyed this video tutorial and that you found it helpful as always take care, and I will see you all in my next video yeah

Jennifer G: I went short for the 1st time ever in my life some months ago and it's a hassle to find the right products for curly heads! I definitely need to invest in a sculpting cream. So glad you made this video, so simple and cute!!!

Jenna Ew II: FINALLY someone with my natural hair type! I've been looking for styling videos like this!

Coreys Gmail: Wow! What great tips! I have short hair as well and always looking for a fast and easy way to style it! I will definitely try this out! Thank you for the tip!

MiliVanilli: Love this hairstyle on you Sarah. I love the eye makeup even more Channel keeps growing. Whoop Whoop!

Irai Rod: Hello Sarah! My hair is very much like yours. I get ZERO frizz if I dry AND scrunch my hair with a 100% cotton t-shirt or a microfiber towel. After it's about halfway dry, I apply a good amount of gel (nothing expensive: L.A. Looks Sport, Dippity Do, Kinky Curly), scrunch again, and let my hair air dry completely. Finally, I scrunch out the "crispy" cast the gel leaves using my hands or a dry cotton shirt. My waves last about 4 days, and more importantly, my hair has become so shiny and healthy since I stopped the constant blow dry/flat iron sessions! I learned those tricks from watching "curly girl method" videos. I hope you try it and get equally good results!

J D M: I love the low maintenance of your hair and the beautiful results you get! You motivated me to get a big chop in the spring. and Spring can't come soon enough! Thanks for sharing!

Carol Sturm: You are adorable! I was applying sculpting foam by running my fingers thru my hair. I tried your scrunch method and no longer have frizz. Now there's a more elongated, defined curl. I immediately received compliments. Thank you.

Laura B: I’m obsessed with this look!! :) I just donated 8” of my hair and I have very curly hair. It gets crazy frizzy so I’m hoping trying this could help.

Amanda Moore: Thank you for this video! My daughter has short wavy hair like yours and I have the world's straightest hair haha. We were able to make her hair look super cute (like yours!) for our family pictures. Your video made a 13 year old tomboy feel beautiful!

JenniferJadeKerr: Many thanks for your video! My hair is a similar length to yours and slightly curlier, but following your technique of scrunching/smoothing product on your clumps right out of the towel (or in my case, my microfiber turban towel) worked so well for me today. I used what I already had at home, a curl enhancing cream and plain old hairspray, and I'm sold! This is the best technique I've tried since I chopped my hair, and it's so fast and easy. So basically, you rock.

Rose Marie (psloverose): I have natural wavy/curly hair. I'll have to try this out. Your hair is so beautiful!

Shupti Fernando: It’s so nice to see simple routine such as this as opposed to curly girl method

sara bernardino: Your hair looks great!

Crystal R.: Your hair looks great !!

Nancy Drew: I ordered both these products based on this video, which was good. Here’s what it did for me. The cream made my hair stiff as a board...worse than a strong-hold gel. The spray made my hair sticky to the degree where my hair was literally sticking to me hands. I was very frugal using both because of the cost...over $50, so I opted for the small sized spray. Good. I do believe this company banks on the notion that stupid people, like me, would think just because it is expensive, it’s got to be good. Nope. You can always manage to sell something one time...the profit happens if they cone back for more. Well, it ain’t gonna be me! I rinsed out both products and started over again using My hair is a combination of textures; frizzy on top and b6 m6 neck; more curly on my right side, smoother curls on the left. Neither product did me any good. I don’t even know if it got rid of the freeze up top because it was too stiff to de-crunch. Awful, awful product. Huge rip-off. I’ll stick with my no-poo and sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and Joico Joywhip mousse, and a little Shea butter the 3rd day.

StephRoiz: This video is perfect! I have the same hair type. I would like to know what you do after the first day. Mine gets frizzy and kind of crazy after 2 days.

Nina Zivkovic: I just NEED to know if the internet is finally happy she said WAVY curly and not CURLY. like can yall live your lives in peace now without having to come at her with the 'its not curly thats barely 2b' comments lmao amazing video btw

Rio Deluca: Gorgeous hair! We have similar types mine is maybe 1 down from yours in terms of wavy-ness!

azkk: In my opinion your hair is perfect

Tina Marie Colombo: Thanks for the hints. I use BounceCurl creme gel, which I love (and it's not as expensive). Just wondering... what do you do to refresh your hair on the days between washings?

~Saniya: Beautiful ❤️

Kendyl Hernandez: Thanks so much! This helped me alot.

Jess N: Gorgeous!

Luck Guy: I came here for the hair tutorial, but wow you are so beautiful. Thanks for the tips.

Common Scents: I’m definitely going to try this . My hair isant curly but it’s wavy and it makes me crazy

Mia Manning: Use a microfiber towel or cotton tee shirt..towels cause frizz

Alison Haigh: I really like your hair like that. and your makeup especially your eyes look amazing xx

Ms. O: Thanks! I recently cut it and I too forgot that my hair is so wavy!!! Now the frizz!

Laura Vallejo: Love your hair I'm thinking of going short again!!

yayarys: Thank you for sharing! I just discovered your channel and I’m loving your reviews! I only have one question, do you color your hair? If so, what shade do you use? I have the same hair color as you but I’m barely getting some grays which I would like to cover with a shade similar to mine.

bella rosa: Your hair and makeup are beautiful.

Stephanie Wood: Great video! If you like keeping your hair natural, then you should check out the curly girl method.

Demi Tyla: Nice vid but DO NOT use a normal towel to dry if you have curly frizzy hair. It's the first NONO within the 'curly girl method' you need a micro fiber towel if you get frizz. It's all in the Curly Girl Facebook group :)

Bianka R.: Love it

Mar D: Beautyful

Meghna: I needed this video in my life.

jackie: My hair almost exactly like yours!

HalaGirl: U r so beautiful and your hair is almost like mine. I cut mine two days ago. U can get better results and more curly hair if you change towel to microfibre or t-shirt. Try to put some styling product on wet hair and squeeze from ends to roots to add definition, then leave to dry. And read about curly girl method, plopping, fitagem :-)

Bonnie Smith: looks great Sarah ...hugs

Naz Tava: Wow!!! Your type of hair is my dream hair Please appreciate it!

mcg267: You are gorgeous!

meiwolfy: Hi Sarah, Thx for the video.... your hair looks great! is there a picture of the style after it is dry? Is that it at the front of your video? Is your hair layered? I have a problem keeping the volume at the crown like you seem to have.... Any advice? Thanks much

Sweet Melissa: You look beautiful! What type of hair cute is this ? If I wanted to have this cut done what would I ask for ? Thanks

Lauren Colon: You and I have very similar hair types which one excited about after watching countless videos looking for hair inspiration! What shampoo and conditioner do you use??

Eric Smee: You should try the curly girl method ☺️ my hairs like yours. I can wake up and walk away. Lasts for about 3 days for me.

Ginger Lane: I like the style, but wouldn't want it to look wet. Can make you make your hair look like that but dry? If so, please share how.

Gift Horse: Nice!!! I watched the Deva curl way and thought this is just too involved and unnecessary. No “plopping”, “squish to condish”. You’re not trying to sell products here. Love that! Thanks for the video!

Natasha C: I have the exact same hair type/ color etc! I’m thinking of cutting my hair super short! Right now it’s 24” (too long)! How do you get your hair to not part?

mangoberrytea: I like ur hair! Have u ever tried or heard of the curly girl method? I bet you could get some awesome curls from it!

gokcemrealp: Hey love your video thanks! But what do you do after you sleep on it and the curls go crazy? Do you have a solution for that?

M: You look like Gaby Solis (Eva Longoria) on desperate housewives here. Gorgeous!

Hetal Patel: Did you just get layers?? What hairstyle did you cut it in?? I love this!

Sofia Karlsson: How often do you wash your hair and how does it look after a nights sleep? How do you style it then?

ANGIE Stojanovski: Hi thank you for sharing can you please tell me is your haircut one length or is it layered

tay5250: I have like the same hair type as you except mines a little longer and has some damaged ends. I'm chopping off my ends soon though to start on my healthy hair journey

Molly Taylor: How do you keep your hair out of your face? I have nice curls but unless I use tons of bobby pins, I look like Cousin It with a perm and a haircut!

priyank thakur: Choose GIOVANNI for curly hair, very pocket friendly.

lovely paradise: I realllly want this haircut but I feel like my face is too round for this :(((((

En la cocina de Yoly B: Hi! Name of foundation and color? Your look great, please

Sally Reade: I am trying to embrace my curly/wavy hair and I am not good at styling my hair at all, I never have been. Does anyone have any tips for a girl that is styling challenged? When I leave the salon, my stylist has my hair looking so good and I am clueless as to how to style my hair to get such nice curls like she does.

Travina Singh: Hi! What kind of haircut did you ask for at the stylist? I never know what to tell them. Please and thank you :)

La Brendis: Wish this video was CC :(

Daxa Panchal: What sort of cut is that classed as?

Old Fashion classy: Oh i didnt knw there was a difference. I have a notts nest. Curly hair is curly hair. Your lucky you have curly hair. People wish they had curly hair. You can do so much with hair like ours. Oh tresseme volume is great for curly hair also. What is that your useing you said to keep your curl shape and define the curls??

Windy Gail: What cut do you have?

Goober: Would moose work?

Kausar Sultana: Nice tips but in my country if we can't efford these products then but thanks

Deanie: You remind me of Marisa Tomei

Athanasia: 1:51 i am not a native English speaker,so i didn't understand what did she say in this time of the video. I think i heard "the last you do to your hair". Please explain to me!
