Hey guys, it's me, and i am back with one of my favorite transitioning hairstyles now this was one of my go-to hairstyles over the 15 months i transitioned to natural, and it's actually a style that i love to even wear. That know that i am fully natural and it's super easy to do all i did was section my hair into four parts right, two in the front two of the back and then in the back. I used five flexi rods on this side. Five on this side, then four in the front here and four in the front here and i did a combination of braiding and then using a flexi rod on the set on the section. So each small section i braided and then i added one of my flexi rods to the ends of my hair. If you'd like to see a detailed tutorial, then please do thumbs up this video and leave a comment below and i'll get that out to you guys enjoy the video hey guys. As you notice, i have been winding the flexi rods off of each section like i'm doing now, and if you watch any number of youtube videos with folks using flexi rods or even perm rods, you'll notice that some people wind them off as i'm doing and other Folks use like a rotating motion to remove their flexi rods or perm rods. So i'm going to take this opportunity to kind of show you um the difference between taking them out and the results in terms of curls. So with this section, as you can see, the curls are very defined, still very spirally, and now i'm going to demonstrate the rotating motion. As you can see, that curl is also very defined and, once i finish undoing the braid you'll be able to see the definition of the curl. I don't really notice any difference between the two methods. I think it's probably just a matter of preference. What works best for you, but there it is still very springly, springy and spirally and, as you can see, the benefit of braiding is that from one flexi rod you get three sort of spiraled sections and then, if you want, you can further separate from there. But that's why i like to braid and then put it on the flexi rod just because you get more curls with less effort. Foreign

Esha Renee: Girl I live you, I google transitioning fine natural hair styles and your video was the first. I seen heatless and curls and I'm automatically thought about my flexi rods. I jumped for joy because I ran to look and I still had them, then came back to my phone and here you are with the same in your head. God is good because I have to work tomorrow plus I have a face to face interview and although I was told I have the job over the phone I still have to go in looking FABULOUS snap snap! Lols.

SWEETGA BROWNIN: Gorgeous curls!
