2023 Simple Wash Day Routine For Type 4 Natural Hair

Foreign, I start off by pre-rinsing my hair, that is just using plain water and rinsing my hair from root to tips. So now it's time to shampoo and I focus on the perimeter of my hair first and then I go all throughout my hair and make sure that I'm especially focusing on my scalp, because that is where I get the most product build up as well as the Perimeter of my hair, as you can see, I'm really getting in there yeah yeah. Now, I'm rinsing all of that shampoo out foreign. This is my first wash day for 2023, so I have to start off the new year right by doing a hair mask I'm sectioning, my hair and detangling at the end of this I'll have six twists in total three on each side, foreign. Once I'm done, I slap my shower cap on and this mask will stay in my hair for about 15 minutes foreign, sometimes depending on how the spirit leads me I'll, add rinse out conditioner after I've deep conditioned, and today was one of those days, foreign making sure That all the conditioner is out foreign, my hair in six once again, and this makes it easier once I'm ready to moisturize my hair off camera. I applied a leave-in, hair and scalp treatment to my hair. If you use this product use only a small amount on wet hair, alright, so some time has passed and my hair did a little air drying. I know it's time to moisturize section by section I'm going in with leave-in conditioner today, I'm using the Cantu for kids, leave-in, conditioner and trust me. Don'T sleep on kids products. I find that I get the best products when I buy kids, so I buy kids version. Leave in conditioner, don't judge me laughs once that leaving is distributed, I detangle from ends to root now it's time to sealing all that moisture and I'm using my own blend of oils. This is my little portion and I go ahead and work that in our third section foreign, this particular section felt a little dry. So I'm using my continuous Misty Mr spray bottle from Beauty and the go to Just hydrate. That section apply some oil to my edges, because in 2023 our edges are full and thriving, and that is how I moisturize my hair after washing it, but just get into these twists. Please look at moisture, look at hydration giving everything. So I pulled my hair back and I'm putting on my Bonnet until I figure out what I'm going to do with my hair next, and that is it.
