Hey sis Antonette Shea, so today I'm going to be showing you guys, which Barrel curler, I kind of prefer the most and I'm going to be showing you guys what each of these types of curls look like. So I'm going to do a curl on each side. In the front, so that way, you can see what this curler looks like and what this curler looks like and can you guess which one I used on today's look, let me know down below before you continue with the rest of the video. Let'S get into it. Oh, so it is the end of the year and I feel like I do, owe you guys an updated video, I'm going to be curling my hair today. So this is the yummy extensions Cambodian wavy elegance and I'm going to be using two different Barrel, curlers to curl my hair. So I'm going to do a few curls on each side of my head, so you guys can kind of see um. You know how the curls look when I use one curler versus the other, I'm going to be showing you guys both of the curlers. I am going to be using the baby list, the bad list Pro then I'm going to be using this hot tools curler. I believe this one is like one and a quarter of an inch and then this one is like one and a half inches, but I'll show you guys both of them up close, so you can kind of see the difference. So this one is a little smaller and this one is a little bit wider, um, so yeah, while that's heating up, you know, since it is New Year's well New Year's Eve. I do have my little bottle right here, so I'm drinking some Riesling and I have it in this little. This is really a champagne flute y'all, but I kind of like this glass better than my wine glass. So this is what we're going with today um. I did just do my lashes and a little bit of makeup. You know because I'm staying in that house um. So if my voice does sound a little scratchy, please excuse me I'm sitting in the house. My throat is like really really dry, itchy they'll know why? But yeah so I still figured like I could still get cute and you know just chill with myself. So that's what we're going for doobie round brush. I use this when I blow dry, but I kind of like to use it to brush it out. Sometimes I also have a fine-tooth comb, and then I have the white tooth comb just so you guys know like these are the primary styling tools that I use when I do my curls, depending on how I want it to look um if I wanted to have Like a blow out, look after I curled it where the curls are very, very soft and just extremely loose. You want to use a fine tooth comb when you comb it out when you're coming back when you curl your hair, and you want a lot of volume, you still want it to be big. You always want to use a wide to comb such as this one. Um it just like Combs, the hair out separates the curls, but it gives it that added volume and then, if you use this you're kind of going to get a similar effect as using this or more Sublime look so let's get started. My hair is not flat. Ironed at the top, so I'm and I don't have any more plugs for the flat iron. So what I'm going to do is just fix my part and use one of the curlers to kind of just flatten it out a little bit so, and I am somewhat in need of a wash, but we gon na stretch this quickly for a little bit. Okay, I'm just gon na go ahead and comb it out. I had curls from like earlier this week and my hair is just yeah, so I'm not gon na curl, an entire half and half with two different curls, because I got ta shoot a video um. I'M gon na start off with some curls like in the front, so on this side, I'm going to use this curler and then on the right, I'm going to use the blue one. That way, you know which side is which - and I like to part my hair in the front and like a diagonal, triangular kind of section and then comb it. This way that way when I curl it, it has like that nice fallback, so foreign iron um Hot Tools gets really really hot. In case you haven't known, I feel like I'm learning about Hot Tools long before the babyless one um and yeah. I just it's. The glass like it heats up a lot quicker, it definitely does definitely does, and I feel like the Hot Tools when I use this one um and not because of the size of the barrel, but I feel like because of the the type of metal. I don't know, but it just the curls are just way better. I don't necessarily clip My Curls up and set to set it in place like how a lot of people do. I just kind of let it cool in my hands, scrunch it and I just let it drop like that. So just so, we can get a close-up view. Here'S what the curl looks like and then we're going to do the same thing on this side and try to get the same amount of hair, also, okay, okay and again like this one, it gets hot, but I feel like the one on this side: the Hot Tools, oh baby, the Hot Tools gets hot. The hot tools don't play no games when it comes to heating up. So do I feel like this is the best curler. I wouldn't say it's the best. There are better on the market, but she does the job and then I'm just going to let it cool a little bit scrunch it in my hand, it's hot okay and then I Let It Drop um. I'M gon na try to clip my hair away. So you guys can kind of see because, like I said, I'm not going to curl my entire head with two different curlers on each side, so I'm gon na. Maybe you should see if I should zoom in Okay. So, as you all can see, oh I look cute. I look like Dorothy so, as you can see um besides the fact that I use a little bit of a longer piece over here or not even this curl appears shorter and that's because this Barrel um, that's because I use this barrel and it's a lot tighter. So you get a curl like this and then over here you can see this curl is a little more elongated and that's because the barrel over here is a lot. It'S I don't want to say it's a lot wider. Let me not lie, but it's wider. So it's not going to curl as tight and then when I go to comb it out or brush it out. This hit. This side is gon na um. The curl is gon na drop a little bit more, whereas the tighter, the smaller the barrel, the tighter the curls and I feel like it, takes longer for the curl to drop. So when I want my hair to like really last in curls, I always go for my hot tools. Just she do the job, but when I kind of want you know, I mean this. One still holds the curl when it's over on this side, the curl will still hold, but it'll definitely fall a few days sooner. If you get what I mean so take a close-up look. This is like the one in 1 4 inch, and this is like the one and a half inch. I'M pretty sure my measurements is accurate if not I'll, leave a link down below but yeah I'll calm each piece out. So you can see what it looks like combed out, really quickly foreign. So so again you see, and then you see this one like I combed it out, but you see it's more. It'S like loose, it's looser, not that loose, but it's pretty loose so yeah um. I look funny but yeah, so that is what the two of them look like. I'M gon na continue to curl my hair and because I want my hair to last a little longer and I'm going to be recording, I'm actually going to be I'm going to continue. Curling, my hair with the Hot Tools curling iron and yeah foreign of me, using the Hot Tools, one in like a quarter inch barrel, curler um. I really like how it came out. Super duper cute and short. It gives me Princess Vibes, but if you like how my hair came out, please leave a comment down below. Let me know what your favorite hair tool is and I'll see you in my next video Happy New Year.
