Hey friends in this video, I'm going to show you how I did Sakura and Safari's hair when they had a dance recital. So I started off by making sure her hair wasn't a nice crisp bun and they wanted her hair to the ponytail to be in the middle of her head. So I tried to do that and then I took the hair and it looks like this. I wish I still had the packaging, so you can kind of know what it looks like when you go into the store if you've never been into a hair store. But all you have to do is when you go into a hair store, just say that you're looking for a hair, weave and they'll show you and then they'll you'll see that it comes in a clear package. So you'll be able to see what type of Hair It Is and then I took a hairpin and I just stuck it at the end of the hair there. There was a little bit of hair left at the end, but that's okay and I like to use a hairpin just because it's so much easier to get into the bun and then you're gon na secure that hair pin into the bun and then you're gon na. Take the hair and you're just gon na wrap it all around that bun you're gon na wrap it around that bun until you feel like you have enough hair like enough, so so that it covers that bun. But you also want to make sure that you are not adding too much hair to her head just because you don't want it to weigh down her head. So what you want to do is just you know. I guess you got to kind of guesstimate, but also once you're finished. Let her walk around for a bit make sure it's not hurting her neck or her head, and but if it is, then you can go back. Take one of the bobby pins out twist. Some of that hair off cut it and then secure it back in foreign. I also want to mention that when you are putting this weave in her ponytail, you want to make sure that it's in securely, you don't want it to be in too tight, and you don't want. Definitely don't want it to be too loose. Just because you don't want it to be too tight because of course it's going to hurt her head, probably in the middle of the day, but also you don't want to put it in too loose because then you'll end up seeing this part of the weave. And you definitely do not want to see that, so what I would suggest and what I did was before they had the dance recital I did it in their hair a couple of times just so. I knew how much hair I needed and how tight was too tight of a grip around their ponytail. I let them just you know, have it around the house for the day and it did help me. I did have to take some off of Sakura's hair because it was um too much and but safaris was fine. I was able to get it perfect, the first time but yeah. I would suggest, if you haven't done it before, try doing that foreign and then here at the end, I'm just going to take the hairpin and I'm going to pin it into the bun foreign. So here, as you can see, this is what it looks like with the bun. So if she was like to say, move her hair, a bit you're gon na be able to see that bun. So what I did was, I just tried to place the hair, so it looks naturally and then I just took some of the hair pins and I just pinned the hair so that in the bun, so that it would stay and I try to pin it so That I won't be able to see those pins. Luckily, the hair is black and so are the pins and it worked out perfectly it's crazy because some of the moms even thought that this was Sakura's real hair but um yeah. So it did look pretty natural. I know some of you might be asking: why are you putting curly hair into a curly-haired kid anyways? I just wanted to do this like I, don't really have any reason. I just thought that it would be cute for just because it is a dance recital and I do want to let Sakura and Safari know that you know there are other things they can do in their hair. I just really I pray that they don't straighten their hair or put any chemicals in their hair, but I just do want to let them know that they can wear wigs. They can put like weave like this as a ponytail in their hair, as long as they are taking care of their beautiful, naturally curly hair. I mean why not but anyways yeah, just in case any of you were wondering why. Why is this mom doing that, and then I just want to show you quickly that you can also do it in pigtails um. This is just the first time. I'Ve done it on Safari's hair. I'Ve never done it before, but I just wanted to show you guys that you can totally do it. I do feel like I had a little too much hair in her head, but um yeah that could be easily fixed by taking some out so yeah. You just want to make sure that you have two cute little pigtails buns in her hair and then you're, just placing that pin at the end of that weave and then you're just gon na take that hair pin and you're gon na place it in that bun And then you're just going to take the weave and wrap it all around her bun foreign, and then I did the exact same thing on the other side and there we have it two cute little curly, pigtails and yeah. Like I said, I do feel like there's a little bit too much hair. I could take some off and it probably would look a little bit more natural, but yeah foreign
