Hey naturalist is welcome back to my Channel today, I'm starting off on freshly washed hair, and I want you to get a good look at my hair right now. There is no product in it whatsoever, no definition, but we're about to change all that so backtracking a bit. I did wash my hair with a Jamaican black, castor oil, shampoo and conditioner from Shea Moisture, but I washed my hair about like 40 minutes prior to filming this, so it's completely dry, so I'm gon na go ahead and get my hair wet with this DIY aloe Vera juice and rosemary tea, lead and conditioner that I made, if you guys, would like for me to make a video about how I make this just leave a comment below I'd be more than happy to do so. So you always act like a t-shirt on hand for all the drips and stuff when you're using stuff like this. So let's get to this goodness right here. This is magic in a bottle. This frizz-free curls mousse from Shea Moisture. I have never in my life thought to myself: hey Mia, why don't you use a mousse to define your curls for a wash and go like it's literally, never crossed my mind and I randomly decided to try this the other day, and I was shook you guys, Like immediate results, and not only that, like there's, absolutely zero crunch when it dries, it's actually super super soft, and I'm doing this in real time. So you guys can see just how this like snatches up all of my curls like do you see them popping already in like a matter of 10 seconds? They all just become super defined like look at this, like God, is literally gorgeous, and it's so quick and easy to do so after that, while my hair is still wet. I used my hair growth and dry Scout serum and I'm putting that in my problem areas and, of course, I'm gon na massage that into my scalp for about two minutes and then I'm gon na go in with a little bit of castor oil. I'M only using this because I was out of jojoba oil, but just use a little little bit cuz. You guys know this is a thick heavy oil and I'm going to lightly run this over. Basically, my ends just to seal in all of the mousse okay. So earlier I used Shea moistures jamaican black, castor oil, shampoo and conditioners, and now I'm using the same line jamaican black, castor oil from Shea Moisture, but this is their grow and restore edge treatment and I'm gon na use this to kind of lay down my edges. This was not my favorite thing, because the hold is weak and it's super duper greasy, so I won't be using this very frequently, but what I will be using from here on out is this mousse like if you've watched my other wash and gold videos, you guys Know I've been obsessed with kinky curly, curling custard for my wash and gos, it's like my go-to, but this might be my new favorite thing just because it's so easy. The definition is out of this world and it leaves your hair feeling super soft and moisturize, and I can't believe, I'm just now discovering that this works in my hair as a beautiful products for washing go like it literally is just stellar like look at these results. Right here I'm so I'm shook, like that's crazy, and this will last me, probably until tomorrow I might refresh it a little bit and to squirt some more of my hand, but that's it. Thank you so much for watching this video make sure you're subscribed and stay tuned for my next one. Bye,

Christin Latrice: Although I became a fan of yours just recently, I want you to know that you gave me the courage to do something that I've been desiring to do for a very long time and that was to cut my hair. I finally did the big chop day before yesterday and I'm loving it! Everyone loves my new look! Thank you for all of your beautiful videos!! I love them. You have an amazing personality. Keep up the awesome work. Be blessed, Queen. <3

KeAndrea Burroughs: I just cut my hair to about this length yesterday and I absolutely LOVE it. I’ve been rewatching these short hair videos over and over again just looking at how confident you were during this time. My hair was about the length that yours is now, but I felt like I needed to start over! I just want to thank you for being such an awesome inspiration!

Lavendar Ladybug Travels: My twa is growing out but I LOVED the fresh cut twa stage, everytime I see one of your videos I'm tempted to cut it again. It's so so easy!

Rewa Cooper: Your videos have been so inspiring. I absolutely love them! You introduced me to kinky curly and my short hair is poppin!! I also purchased the hair growth serum and in the 3 weeks I’ve been using it I definitely see a difference. I need more information on the thinning of my sides, those ponytails as a kid definitely left their impact. Thanks again for being so Awesome!!

Quintana R: Just big chopped in January. Everything I've been using leaves my hair crunchy. Never thought about a mousse. Will definitely try this!

Ammari Bourgeois: Thank you for trying all the products out for us!!! I’m so lost when I get to the store. I’m gonna give this moose a try!

WarriYah Princess Nkem Yael: Lil Sis you are gorgeous! Your hair turned out quite lovely. I'm natural 6 years and my hair never got right from the start. It was beautiful before the big chop but it was relaxed and pretty healthy, now it's dry and breaking full strands in my hands. So I'm going to choose it again and then try this. I'll let you know how it goes after I order the serum.

Dominique Devereux: I was just thinking the other day about using this for a wash 'n' go!! Although originally, I was trying to imagine how it would do on a wash and go on hair that is about 3 inches or longer, but still I'm glad I found somebody who did this. I have this same mousse, but I used it for roller sets and twists outs on my locs, and it has great hold, and as you mentioned, no crunch or flaking and long-lasting hold. I'm gonna chop my hair within the next month or two ( maybe sooner if I get too antsy), and I have almost a whole bottle left because I bought this one right after my last one ran out, but I used this bottle one time and haven't done a roller set since, so it's just been sitting there. But now that I"m going to chop my locs off & was interested in wash 'n' gos, I wanted to find a simple regimen to achieve curl without doing the two hours of washing and conditioning and layering of at least 3 different leav-ins, and creams, and gels, and shingling . . . and I looked up and say my bottle of mousse and thought if it held and conditioned my locs, maybe it'll work as a one-stop shop product for wash n gos. Well, thanks to you, now I know it'll work on short natural hair. I'll just have to wait to my hair grows to see how it does on longer natural hair. Hopefully, it'll almost as simple and quick, cuz ain't nobody got time to be shingling a full head of hair every three days for 2hrs at a time!!!

Rolanda Williams: Would love to see your recipe, just shaved mine again about 3 weeks ago. You and your curls are gorgeous.

Carollee Greene: I just Big Chopped on 2/8/18! Yay me!!! Thank you for being a great inspiration in this new journey. ❤️❤️..... I would love for you to do a video of your DIY leave in conditioner. Thanks Love❤️❤️ Keep Inspiring

Kay Rock: I always saw that product whenever I go into the stores but slept on it for real. Must try it out thanks Nina and please show the DIY leave in it looks good for the hair.

Anniezi Okike: Loved this video. Hoping it’ll help me on my journey. Have you tried Shea Moisture’s low porosity line? It’s been super helpful to me and would love for you to review

tājanottaja: I’ve been using mousse on my 3b-3c curls for definition for months now, I think this is the first video I’ve seen of someone else finally using it on their natural hair! I use the Lottabody Foam Mousse and the Elasta QP Design Foam but I’ll give Shea Moisture a try next! Tfs

Darcey DeRosa: You look beautiful! I am definitely going to be trying this

WordsAreSpirits: I definitely have to try for my curls! Thanks for sharing!

UNRULY MARSHA: After watching your video yesterday i used the creme of nature style and shine foaming mousse this morning and my curls are popping even after 45 minutes of cardio at the gym. I usually sweat my curls out during my workout so I will definitely be using this mousse. By the way, my hair is a little longer than yours and it still worked for me

Cheri Claggett: I am going to try this!!!! You are gorgeous! Keep your hair short!!!

Antanique Williams: Definitely in favor of the leave in conditioner tutorial :)

Ms Virgo317: Mousse was the only thing I could use on my hair that wouldn't weigh it down! I cant use gels, puddings, etc. Before I decided to loc my hair, i used water, leave in conditioner and mousse and my coworkers swore I put a S-curl or chemicals in my hair I loved the soft hold and i never tied my hair up at night, just spritzed with water the next morning.
