Everybody, so I'm just doing a tutorial today on this hair, because my hair obviously is very short. It'S just has like a little a slight angled bob is what I have right now, because I don't like to blow-dry my hair every day. Actually, I'm kind of lazy. I just hate blow-drying, my hair, even though it's pretty quick for me to do um I just like to you know: let it air dry overnight and then my hair gets like all wonky and weird-looking, because I have like a slight wave but not a nice, not Enough to make it like an actual wave, it just looks like kinky and spots and stuff my hairs molds to whatever shape you're, laying on or whatever. So I decided to UM try out this hairstyle and my hair is actually very fun, though usually when I just try to attempt to do my hair without any product or blow drying, or anything like that. It lays pretty flat um. So I have like a couple, a couple of tips for you. If you have that problem, if you have a very fine hair, I, like my hair, to look like big and like voluminous and stuff like that and that's why I rather curl it than straighten it. When my hair gets all messed up, but my hair gets oily very very easily, so I like to use like batiste dry shampoo. If it's like the first day after my like I wash my hair and then I woke up, and then you know, I'm gon na style it because with hair short like this, I can't just put it up in a ponytail. It looks weird um. So the first day after I usually will do either a batiste, but more than likely I would do the batiste dry, shampoo, big and bouncy XXL volume, if you guys haven't tried this. Yet it's awesome. It'S like that um. Where did I show you before? It'S like the it's kind of like a starch for your hair, where you you put it at your roots and it makes it really Volume II. Dry. Shampoo helps with that a lot, but this stuff is very makes it very like khaki and, like I don't know, you can kind of scrunch it up and make it a lot more full. But every day after that, I would use this to control the oil and maybe this to make it more volume um and then that's basically it that's all I'm using for this tutorial and some hairspray afterwards, too um. You know kind of keep the shape and keep it volume II and big and the way I like it and then the curling iron I use thing I'm using is the Conor infinity pro um. It'S just a one-inch, curling iron. You can use any one-inch curling iron. I always heat my curling irons to the highest setting, because I don't really get the point of putting it on a lower setting and then holding it in your hair longer to get that the same effect, basically you're, putting the same amount of heat on your hair. Anyways, so if you like to see how I did my hair like this, then please keep watching I'm gon na start up first by sectioning, my hair in two sections and then I'm going to curl away from my face using the inside of the barrel. So I like to open it to give it a really nice curl and that way, there's no kinks or anything from the clip and then I'm going to do the other side away from my face as well and then for the back of my head. I'M just going to use the barrel like you normally would, because my hair is too short back there and then I'm just going to spray to kind of give it some more volume underneath. So it doesn't have to be perfect. It can be messy. So I'm going to start from the top and I'm just going to take random sections of hair and curl it around the barrel, like I was before again away from my face. Just keep curling it away from your face. These first curls are not going to look very nice just because they're kind of random, I'm just curling it all just to give it an initial curl, and then I'm gon na take some batiste and spray all the batiste um. This is like the really XXXL volume and you spray it on your roots, and it really gives it a nice lift. So that's why I really like this. So, as you can see, my hair is nice and full now so then, I'm just going to go through and kind of make the curls a little bit more dimensional. So I'm going to take smaller pieces and start to curl them just to give some more dimension around my part line and stuff like that, so it doesn't just fall kind of flat around the top of my head. So once I finish that and just to pull apart some of the curls just because I like it kind of messy - I don't like it so perfect and then just can take some hairspray and spray. It all push it up and spray it all. So it stays nice and big nice and full. I haven't an angled bob jus, so it helps to keep some more volume up it's at the top of the back of my head. So that's what it looks like from the side and the other side, and there you go so thank you for watching. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and I'll talk to you guys later bye,

NintendoNerdKim: Just tried this tutorial as I went to the salon to get a few inches off my hair. And it was supposed to be collsr bone length, but my hairstylist layered it a bit too much so now it's more chin length hair. I've been trying to find new creative ways to style my super short hair and your tutorial helped me tackle the difficult job I have avoided for YEARS. Curling always seemed super hard, but I got over the bump today, and it was not so bad!

Angela Kay: That looks gorgeous!!! I just got a haircut today (layered bob) and I wanted to find easy tutorials on curling and styling it. I love the way you curled your hair. Hopefully mine will turn out as nice, thanks...

Paula Castleman: I have a similar cut but shorter.  I attempted my first curling today with a straight iron and it's not too bad.  I've had this style for quite some time now and just tired of straightening it everyday and was wanting to attempt curling it.  Just came across your video and think I'm going to give it a shot tomorrow with a regular 1" Iron.  Thanks :-)

Natasha Omdahl: Hi, I really love the look of your hair in this video. I have hair about your length but definitely not as lovely. I did use the curling iron and follow your video as I did my hair. However, after about 15 minutes, even with lots of hairspray applied, the curls go more straight and it looks ratty and frizzy, without any curl. I can not figure out why but it always does this. Any ideas to help it not go frizzy and straight?

Kingdom Citizen: Your hair looks great!!! mine is too curly sigh...........:(

Amy Lane: gorgeous

tusirwithlove: Adorable!

MimiDidi: I hate Batiste dry shampoo. It has way too much aerosol in it and it's gone after you use it about 4 times. Not your mama's is way better! One can will last a month or longer and I use it about 5 days a week. I tried the other types of not your mama's, but I only like the original. They do have a volumizing hairspray that I adore. It is similar to a dry shampoo, but it doesn't remove oil, and is a little tacky.

Lularoe Nikki Kelly: Where did you find that batiste? I haven't seen that one before

broadhorizons23: I know you dye your hair yourself...every time I try to dye my light brown roots blonde, it turns like golden orange! Would you have any ideas I can try so that doesn't happen?

jhudson721: That looks lovely, just wish I was as talented as you so I could do it with mine but mine is so fine and it just won't hold a curl :-(

Blue_Glam: My hair is super prone to dandruff do u think the batiste might worsen it?

Jolie Fazio: Adorable. Is your hair thick?  It is so cute. :)

Sue Goodin: Adorable!!
