A quick demonstration on how to plop using a cotton shirt and a plopping towel to preserve your curls during the drying process.

Hey guys, I just wanted to jump on and show you how I plot a lot of you than asking me this. So I figured I would just show you I'm going to show you the two ways that I plop one is using their risotto that I receive. This is a microfiber plopping towel. I prefer to use this one over a t-shirt because it's very plush and absorbent and it helps me dry, my hair, faster. However, a lot of people do prefer cotton shirts they work great as well, so I'm gon na start with this shirt. I think the most confusing part is how to tie it, so I always start with a long-sleeve shirt, because it's easier to tie with the sleeves sleeves are longer, so you just lay it flat. I lay the neck toward me and then I'm going to take my hair right into the center of the shirt and let me see if you need to move this, you can see it better. Okay, so I'm gon na take my hair to the center of the shirt and then I'm gon na start rolling. This back line the front up as well. So you stick it on like this. I'M gon na take the back over and then roll the front up to your forehead and wrap the sleeves around like this. Okay, and you see what I mean why I like this needs to be longer they're easier to tie. I tie like this and then I took the sleeves in cut themselves and then I pinched these down. So that's how I plop with this shirt again, I prefer using this cuz. It'S a lot easier, so I'm gon na show you how to do that. I'M probably disrupting my curl pattern and making some frezz by doing this, but that's totally okay for the sake of Education right, take it off carefully. Okay, now, essentially the same thing here, so I want the hook of the button to be in the back. You can turn it around if you want and have the button be in the front, but I want it in the back, so I'm gon na put it towards the front and then, in the deepest part of my tumble same thing gather my hair. Bring this up twist, I'm gon na take this loop. That'S it if you guys have any other questions. Let me know Thanks.

Alexis Johnston: This was VERY helpful! Thank you! :)

Riley Paige MC: I don’t have a plopping towel but I do have a turbie twist and I’m REALLY hoping this works ! I used to put it in a turbie and then add products after if dried a bit but now I found that my hair prefers products while soaking wet ! So need to put products on right away and then put my hair up in something

Breezy12: Do you brush your hair when getting out of the shower? Or do you just go right into plopping?

GoDdEsStOtHePeOpLe: Omfg I've literally been using my hair towels wrong for years.

Breathing deep soul meditation: what kind of towel did you use? can I get it on amazon
