To swap hair in photoshop place both of your layers in the same document with the quick selection tool. Select this hair and part of his forehead then make a layer mask from the selection and click on the select and mask button from here. Click on the refine, hair button and press. Ok next convert the layer into a smart object. Press ctrl t to transform right click and select warp, then use these handles to distort the hair and match it to your subject's head, commit the changes and create a new selective color adjustment layer from the properties panel. Click on this icon to clip it to the layer below and from the drop down, select the reds and yellows and use these sliders to match the skin tones then select the blacks and darken the hair. Now you can create a layer mask and with the brush tool paint with black to blend the pixels
