Hey everybody, so this is my hair care routine for long and healthy hair, even if you're using heat. I use a lot of heat on my hair and i think it's really important that you understand how to maintain it and keep it healthy and long. Even if you are using heat um, if you aren't already, please go and follow my instagram, it's at hannah whirling and my tick tock, which is also at hannah whirling and let's get into the video. I got out of the shower not too long ago and i am going to be showing you what i do with my hair care. It can change from time to time, but i get so many questions on my tick tocks about it that i wanted to go through it with you guys so um. While i did my makeup, i just put my hair up into this towel and now i'm just going to take it out, i'm just going to start with my favorite product. So this is the vanilla, nutricare 10 actions in one leave-in spray. I just put a couple spritzes on each side um, because otherwise my hair is like totally unmanageable. I also just think that it provides a lot of extra moisture to your hair. I like to start by brushing at the ends and then go up towards the roots until my hair is all rushed through, and this will also help distribute the product properly. So that side looks pretty good. That'S just what it looks like brushed out. It looks almost straight here once i brush it out, so i'm gon na do the same thing on the other side. Now my hair is pretty well brushed through i'll show you guys the products that i actually use, while i'm in the shower, as well, so for shampoo right now, i'm using the john frieda go wander lightning shampoo. They actually sent this to me, but i've been using it because i dye my hair and because of quarantine. I haven't been able to re-dye it for like like six months, and so i wanted to be able to lighten up the roots. So, apart from using lightening products, because i do like to use them - i've been using them for a lot of years. Um i like to try and use natural shampoos and conditioners. So this one is from ren here it's the whipped, coconut and peony curl and shine conditioner. So i just put this stuff in and i let it sit in my hair, usually while no i'm using my body wash or something like that, so it sits for a couple of minutes to really again make sure that your hair gets as much moisture as possible. So the blow dryer that i'm going to be using today is the revlon uh ceramic 1875w um. It'S been good. I'Ve had it for a lot of years, though so the actually the like high to low switch is broken. So this is what my hair looks like when it's all blow dried out um i just kind of randomly dry it, and i know it looks fluffy and crazy right now, but we're just gon na have to adjust the process. Then what i do is i just brush my hair back out. So next we're going to go with the straightener, and this is when i put the heat protectant on, but i'm going to start by sectioning off my hair into two sections. I just find this helps really create that really nice smooth effect all right. So next i'm going to go in with my aussie total miracle heat protecting spray, and i just spray this all over the bottom layer. The like nozzle is like very pinpoint, so i always make sure that i brush it through after i spray it in so the straightener i use is just whatever i have on hand. This one is the remington, i'm not sure what size it is, but um. I just go in now section by section pull down, and then i like to actually rotate it towards the bottom. As i pull, sometimes it will get stuck just run your straightener back over it. It should be okay, okay, so once you have it pretty well done on that side, you're, just gon na go and you're gon na. Do it on the other side as well. This is what the bottom section looks like now. This is pretty much done um now, i'm going to take out the top section and we're gon na do that. Next again, we're gon na do the same thing, just taking one little section, straightening it out and doing that on both sides. Okay, so once i finish straightening out my hair, this is what it looks like, but usually when i'm done, because there's a lot that my hair has gone through just from blow drying and brushing and straightening or even curling um. If i choose to do that because some days i do, if you guys want to see a curling routine, let me know - and i can show you guys how i do that as well. So this is what i use um as an aftercare product for my hair. It'S also from the nature care line from vanilla. It'S the restructuring, fluid crystals. So this is just like a hair serum. It literally lasts forever, because you don't need very much. So what i do is i just take a little pump once you have that you're just going to rub it together in your hands like this, you want to make sure that you get a really even spread on your hand, so you don't put too much in One place on your hair because again you just want to make sure you don't get any greasy strands so you're just going to brush your hands through your hair like this, then what i like to do is i like take my hair and i like to twist It to make sure that the serum gets all the way around okay, and that is it for my hair care routine. This is what it looked like at the end. Um, it's a very big difference, as you guys can probably tell from the beginning to now um, but this is what i do pretty much every day that i wash my hair, which is every other every other day, sometimes two days. Thank you all so much for watching. I really appreciate it um. You should go and subscribe to my instagram, it's hannah whirling and my tick tock. If you aren't already, which is also at hannah whirling - and i will see you guys in my next video bye, guys
