Alright guys so welcome to the third video in my week, making 101 series and if you guys, have not gotten a chance to see the last two videos in the series. Just click on the picture and the links will be below. And if you want to know how to get your wig hair to fit your head size perfectly, you can click on this or the link below as well. Now the first step is, you want to lay your tracks in a u-shaped pattern from Nate all the way to maybe above your ear or how much space you want to leave above is totally up to you. I would say you also want to fold your tracks so that you can avoid shedding now, if you're wondering how far apart, you want to lay your tracks when you sew or hot glue or whatever method you're using if you want less hair, just do about two Fingers apart, but if you want it really fool, maybe about an inch or an inch and a half apart. It'S totally up to you, don't make it too hard on yourself, but you can definitely do about two fingers apart. If you want less hair on your wigs step, two, you want to make a u-shape vein in the front of your wig. You just want to cut two wefts or two tracks and just sew it in the front of your wig in a u-shape. Make sure you overlap the tracks on the edges as well out cutting any of your tracks just so the rest of the way in a circular pattern until you come to a small hole at the top of your wig, and this works only for when you're creating Your own circular closure or you're going to use a purchase circular closure. This method does not work for lace, closures or silk based links, closures. Last step, pretty simple, just apply your circular closure. I like to use a hot glue, gun cuz it it lasts just as long, but you can definitely sew it down or you can use hair glue if you like. You just want to make sure if you're gon na use any kind of glue make sure you let it dry first setting it sets, but I find it a lot easier to just use a hot glue gun. That'S pretty much it so you'll have a finished wig in the top, which is awesome if you're, using or making a circular closure and the reason why you want to lay your tracks. That way is, as you can see, the fold method and that they're in a u-shape you can be able to stretch your wig so that it fits over your head, even if you're using a wig head. That is your exact head size. So that's pretty much. It guys, if you guys, are interested in how I cut in style this particular wig that will be coming up very soon. Make sure you click on the wig making playlist. If you are looking for more subscribe, if you have it - and I hope this helps you guys out I'll - see you in the next video

Missy Jaye: Thank you very much...your instructions are so clear and concise that I know I can do it. I'm going to get supplies this coming weekend and do this with some curly hair. Your videos are the best ones!

Hmmm Shmmm: This is honestly one of the best tutorials I've found. I ordered a wig thinking it was all put together and immediately got overwhelmed when I opened the package to pieces of hair. This video really helped understand the process better thank you so much

dohair6000: Thank you for your time, patience and humbleness to share your information with us!!

IWantThatHair: Awesome videos! Very helpful, and the turn outs are gorgeous!

Beverly D.: Love your videos.....I was able to make myself two wigs just from watching your videos

Western Goddess: I Have recently started making my own Kinky curly wigs ( not yet professional) & the 2 finger spacing between wefts on the wig cap was very helpful advice for me Thank you +Beautycutright.

Caisha Frierson: First I'd like to say thank you for making this series and actually explaining what your doing! Yaaaaaay! If you for mind my asking will doing the bang/front area in a U or circular pattern prevent the tracks from showing off you want to lay your hair to the side? Thanks Sis!

soniablaid: Ok, thank you so much, but one more question! Do you start with the shortest length from the nape first & work your way up, or vice versa? Or depending on the style your are trying to achieve?

Shareda Jackson-Safford: OMG......I LOVE IT!!! SUPER SMART!! I'VE SEEN A MILLION VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE ABOUT HOW TO MAKE A WIG BUT THIS IS THE ABSOLUTELY BEST ESPECIALLY THE MEASURING!!!

WhatSheThinks: LOVE LOVE LOVE how this turned out.

SleepyKitty: this is great with this I'll be able to make my own cosplay wigs awesome

Ashley Cunliffe: OH MY goodnesss thank you so much for making this video it helped so much!!!

Ugochi Nnamdi: Thanks for this video. It really helped. Please how do we maintain the stretchiness of the wig cap?

Mrs. Mirror: Beautiful wig !

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: You are welcome. Even if you use glue it will stretch the same way if you space the tracks and install each track in a u pattern =)

soniablaid: When making your wigs, do you use different length wefts? If so, why? What is the difference in using the same length wefts?

Chioma Otisi: This might be a dumb question, but when sewing a wig with different lengths, do you sew the shortest length from the bottom-up? Or do you start sewing with the longest bundle length from the bottom first?

kayyybeee: You know I've been on pins and needles waiting to hear you say that! lol. Stay beautiful and blessed!

Phoenix Wings: It looks so good!

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Awww cool! I'm glad you like this video =) Thanks so much for watching =D

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Definitely sewing too close together does not allow for the cap to stay in its natural stretch. Your sewing method is causing it to shrink. Check out my most recent video on Wig Making Step by Step! It shows all of the major tips to help with perfect fit =) Also, try not to stretch the wefts so that they are extremely flush to the cap or head as you sew. That makes the wig hard to fit on your head as well =)

LacyInTheCity: Hi you are awesome. I just subscribed,  I have a question. I'm using a weaving cap but I'm not sure how far to bring the wefts to the edges of the cap when sewing. I'm concerned that I will disturb the elasticity or stretch of the cap.

BossLady: I wish I could have found this video before I even started....I think I may be able to save it ....my very first wig ever and I’m trying not to get discouraged!

Jalena Daeshanae: Tut was very helpful !! You've got a new subscriber

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Hey! The first question I am a bit unsure of what you are asking =( However for the second question the easiest way to do a wig for a client is to have a wig head that fits thier head size. If you do not have any wig heads that fit your clients head size then the tape method on foam is the easiest and actually the cheapest way =)

Angelica Garcia Saavedra: Have you ever split the weft? Will the hair start to shed if you split the weft? Do I have to do anything to the weft after splitting and before I see them? Thank you.

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Hey! The first question that mrzrollins asked I was a bit unsure of what she was asking...lol. However for the second question the easiest way to do a wig for a client is to have a wig head that fits thier head size. If you do not have any wig heads that fit your clients head size then the tape method on foam is the easiest and actually the cheapest way =)

Cornelia: Aww ok I will attempt it again with Ur method tonight thanks so much for responding really appreciate it

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: You welcome! It actually depends upon the style I'm tryna achieve. =)

msmcnabb25: Very helpful thanks

meka1079: Thnx. it sure did! I just experienced a 27 piece, won't be doing that again any time soon

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Dont cut the tracks, just keep sewing, review the video =)

Lil This N That: Question when doing the u shape bang does the tracks need to be cut or can I take the track from the previous layer and sew my layers for the u shape bang? Idk if I continue sewing in a u without the track being cut if I would run into a problem of the wig possibly not fitting. Thanks for ur great videos very helpful. Oh another queation if Im sewing wigs for others is the another way other than using tape to make the head the clients size? Im asking because idk if there was an easier method

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: You fold them over at the edge of the cap then continue to sew or glue. Check out my wig making playlist on my channel. =)

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: There is a link in the description box of how this wig looks. I did not have to add combs to it cause it fill well for me. However, if I needed to, I would use a very long one in the back nap and two small ones at each temple =)

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Oh yeah!....for curly hair you can do the same thing =)

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Thanks! I just purchased a ready made u part wig that i will be doing a review on soon. I think they are really worth it if you don't mind leaving your own hair out. Try Adrianna Thomas Channel here on yourube, I believe she has a video review on a ready made u part wig. I just can remeber the name of the wig =)

Shanelle Bradley: do you cut the band in the front? if not how close do you sew the two tracks in front to band

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: YAY! You are so welcome and thanks for watching =)

NaturallyCoily4u: when you first start making the wig is it okay to lay the the tracks at the very bottom of the wig an is it okay to double my tracks with a hot glue gun doing the fold over method because i wanna try to fit almost 5 bundles on my wig but they will be long lengths of hair thanks :] awesome video very helpful

Elizabeth Appiah-Frimpong: Love your vids!

BeautyMadeEasy: Question? I've measured my head and used the method you showed with the foam head, measuring tape, and packing tape. However its still does not fit. I might be doing it incorrectly. I think its because of the sewing method I use. Could this be why? I sew close together hole by hole just the basic.

Kdulce: I know I'm late but I'm so happy to come across ur page. question I'm gonna attempt to make a micro braid wig. I'm using micro braid tracks in the back and a 13 x 4 lace closer ill b attempting to braid my self. the braid tracks are thin . do the same rules apply to the laying of tracks? also when I sew on tracks to the band part of a dome cape the band circumference turnes out super tight. should I not sew the tracks so low on the cape .?

MyClassyCreations91: Can you make a wig using a 10 piece quick weave?

Ce Ce: are those tracks single or double drawn ?

Lil This N That: Love ur videos

kayyybeee: I was about to send you a message saying that I missed you. As always, LOVE you and your vids!

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Awwww Thanks =) Let me know if you got any questions or videos you would love to see =)

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Hey Mimi! sorry for the delayed response. I am not sure if I will be doing a u-part wig at all. Mainly cause I am natural and prefer that my own hair is not out. However, I am open to it; just not sure how when or how soon. Hope you understand. Just stay posted thou =D

mary lum: Very Beautiful

soniablaid: Ty again for taking the time to respond back! I appreciate that!

prettynpraise: How do you go from one level to yhe next without cutting tracks

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: All you can do is try =) I like it because it is better on my natural hair than the net wig caps. I am tryna find a lace wig cap that I have seen fabulasityisme channel use =)

Unapologetically A Problem: How do you lay the tracks at the top so it doesn't show when you're doing a side upart wig?. I'm so stressed about the tracks showing at the top back when the wind blows and no matter how i lay it  or how many tracks I have to be very careful when styling cos the tracks show

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: If you use different length hair wefts more than likely there will be less cuting and layering that you will have to do as oppose to same length hair. I do both cause I can cut and layered. Different length makes it a bit easier for beginner cutter cause all you have to do is cut to even off the hair layers if that makes sense...lol. =)

meka1079: I know you folded your tracks. How would you do this if you are gluing the tracks, I liked how the wig stretched at the end of the video

AngelicKiwi: can i sew my wefts in upside down? im making a wig for Pearl on su and i feel if they were sewn upside down it would make it easier? would it work?

Nikki Lynn: you are honestly a saint, like, a blessing

Angelica Garcia Saavedra: Why will laying the tracks in a U line not work if using a lace frontal?

nina51680: Which method is better hot glue or sewing?

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: If you are using a hot glue gun or hair glue it is best to cut the tracks. The fold method is better for if you are sewing the tracks on. =)

Tracy S.: Thank you!!!

iamKeliB: Very Nice.. and detail

Donna Marie: what is the tape for?

Tiara Johnson: Hunny that end result was LAID!!!!!!!

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Welcome! Thanks for watching =)

IAMUNIQUE UNIQUEIAM: where would u add combs to this type of wig?

Mrs. Hudson: How long does a hot glue wig lasted and can you wash it ?

meka1079: thnx. i'll get there one day with the sewing, i know it will take time.

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Thanks you =)

Mikah Martin: Would yyou be able to make a step by step tutorial on u part wigs?

Adesjola Tucker: What do you mean by "fold your tracks down to avoid shedding"? How do you do that? Have you made a video demonstrating that?

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Awww Thanks =)

Q Boo: How any packs of hair did you use

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Awww! Miss you too! I checked up on that fingercomber website you where talking about. I got something in the making for you soon....lol =)

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Thanks Kelz =)

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: lol...thanks! I'm all about helping people =)

Fabrise88: Can I glue the hair in a circle if I'm using the same length & color hair? & will I be able to put it on my head when I take off my wig head w/o doing the u technique? I love the videos i'm ready to try it myself.

shanece64: Wow you are really good

Cornelia: I made a full cap wig glued it all te way around but now it's too small how can I fix it? Plz help

Nkechi Enwereji: I jus love your videos

latieshabrwn: can you use just the black glue for your wigs?

Mxchi Txca: Thanks

mingwilliams: I think she said she ordered those lace wig caps from aliexpress.

SunnyWares: That's a good question below, from mrzrollins about the client. I'd too like to know

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Oh and thanks for watching....lol.

Onique Augustine: What kinda of hair do you use

Shiro: Oh my gosh, you're really pretty!

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: YAY! I'm glad =)....lol

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: lol....thanks =)

BeautyCutright - Beauty . Fashion . Lifestyle: Awww mannnn!!! You are going to have to redo the wig. The method in this video is the best way so that the wig is not too small or too tight. The way you tried it the wig will not be able to stretch at all =(

Simone Cheree: I wish you could have started at the bottom... It's hard to grasp
