Headband Wig Review | Amazon

Hi everybody i'm just coming back with a really quick video, i'm gon na be reviewing this headband wig. I got from amazon a couple days ago, um, so this in this little box here this is the box that comes in um. Just this small box inside of a larger box with you, know some packing. Let me move that out of the way um, but here is the wig in the box, so it says fashion, hair, um, new hair, new, you new life um. So it's supposed to be heat resistant and it's attached to a band. So of course it's not a traditional wig. It has you'll be able to see it when i take it out, but it has a greenish sparkly type headband that goes all around the head and the hair is just like a kinky natural hair at the very top. So here it is in a little plastic bag. Okay, there it is, as you can see, that hair texture um, it's really sort of kinky coiling, more of the natural look and you can see sort of the green shimmery band around it and you can't take that off. So that's permanent! So every time you wear it it's going to have that same band, it does have a net on it. So i'm going to take that off and here's a closer look and it's a really pretty green though so, once i got it, i only wore it once. I wore it out of the house once and it was cute. Usually when you have a fat face like i do. Updos are really flattering because i know sometimes people say that you know really voluminous hair kind of hiding the double jeans and things are more flattering, but updos are actually more flattering for pretty much anybody because they make your face. Look slimmer. So it does have a drawstring, so you can pull it as wide as you want, or you can make it as small as you want. So it's good for all head sizes and that material on the little headband piece is really really soft. Um the inside is breathable, so there is a net that the hair is attached to along with the band, but it wasn't hot or anything. I did have a couple moments where i thought it might slide back. When i was sort of looking up. I thought it was sliding back a bit, but if you have that moment, just grab the little front piece of the headband and pull it back down um and i had it pretty tight. I want to say not super tight with a drawstring, but i had it. Snug and it was still sort of feeling like it was going to come off, but that wasn't really the main problem i had with it um and the description i'll show like a little video of the wig in a sack. Let me let you see that and you'll be able to see more of what amazon says for the wig. So here is the wig as listed on amazon. As you can see, i guess the company is called a said aside. The kinky headband wig. So here is the model and the little mannequin and you can see the headband goes all the way around. So there's just zero of your hair left out. Now you can pull it back as i did and you'll be able to see me in the wig in a sec, but you can put it back a bit to make it look a bit more natural with your sort of edges showing under the wig or showing In front of it, but it is really cute. I didn't try to curl or anything like that. I did just pick it out with the comb. It'S supposed to be able to go up to six inches that hair at the top, but i only picked it out to make it a bit more, even, but i just wonder what it would look like at six inches um but yeah. This is a description of it: um the kinky curly afro wig, puff headband, where it says for black women anytime. You see anything saying for black women. That means that it's made in china and they're targeting a specific demographic, but i'm sure anyone can wear this wig. Even though the texture does denotes black hair - and this is me in the wig here - i don't have any makeup or anything on but um. This is just me with the wig on um. It was pretty cute, pretty flattering um, as you can see. It goes all the way around you can. Of course you know, pull your ears out and you won't have anything in the back showing and of course you guys know i have that alopecia spot in the back. So i really like that it comes with these little clips and it also comes with these sort of weird lashes. I don't really think they're mac lashes, i think they're fakes, but i won't be wearing them anyways, but the little puff is not nappy, so it is a bit malleable and i did look kind of cute. Once i put makeup on and see i wish i have a pic, i just didn't want to go, get it for my bathroom um, but this comb, the rat tail comb. I just use it to make it a bit fuller and a bit more, even, but i actually didn't wind up um keeping the wig, i returned it. I bought it on september 3rd and i wind up returning it last wednesday, which was the 9th. So i didn't keep it long. I bought it, opened it um. I wore that one time for an outing, and i just decided i didn't want to keep it primarily because it's not my hair texture. I'Ve never been natural, at least not for long. It'S a pretty nice wig. I definitely recommend it for people who really have that natural style and who prefer that because it doesn't really look fake um. I didn't um, you know i didn't look at it and say it looks super synthetic or anything like that. Um one of the main issues that i had with it was i was getting in my car and, of course, by me being already big. When i got in the car, the wig hit the top like the very top of the car door, so i would have to adjust it every time i got in the car, so high, ponytails and high anything like that with me. Getting in a car. It just doesn't work out well, um, but and i'll just go ahead and put a picture at the end that i took of me, i'm actually wearing the wig, but yeah like i said i did send it back, not because i didn't like it or anything like That it was a cool wig, but just not my style. I did end up getting another wig from amazon, which i'm still waiting for that i'll. Do a video and show you guys that i'm kind of excited about, i hope i'm not disappointed with it. But this little wig it was super cute, but yeah just not me and i sent it back, but thank you guys so much for watching see you next time. Bye now,
