It'S The Curls For Me! Baby Hair Tutorial & Headband Wig Install- Ruiyu Hair

Hey doll, so i am back so this is going to be a video on this hair. So i showed you how i do my baby hairs and everything for this headband wig super cute, and i also showed you a lot of different headband options of how this wig would look with. You know different kinds of headbands, different, colors and stuff like that. So yeah, if you want to see where this hair is from and how i styled it and installed it and did my baby hairs and everything then keep on watching okay y'all. So this wig is from roya hair. I believe: that's how you say it: it's r-u-i-y-a rulia. So this is the box and it says 100 virgin human hair. Of course they sell bundles and other stuff like that on the website, so the wig came inside of a plastic bag. It had this thing around. It um in a net of course, and then this is the bag that the wig came in so on the bag. It does say that the wig is a 26 inch headband wig and it is the natural color and the curl pattern is deep curly. So it is more curlier than you know like a deep wave kind of texture and that's like what i typically go for um and then also they sent a headband as well, which i think this one is so cute and it almost matches, but not quite because The color on here is more of a teal um and on my shirt it's basically like a baby blue, so this had been what's in i mean i probably still could wear it and get away with it. But you know this came in the bag, but yeah. So this is the hair. It'S really pretty. It'S still kind of drying a bit, but the curl pattern is really really nice, along with some cute baby hairs, and you could do some swirls or whatever you want to do. I just decided to do like my more simple, everyday type: baby hairs that i like to wear um but yeah. I think it turned out so cute, okay. So yes in the video, i also did do a talk through and everything like that. So stay tuned for the video okay y'all, so i'm going to get into laying down my baby hair. So i just have my hair in two plaques, but it's been like this for a little bit, so i can kind of like push this part back a little bit, i'm just going to grab an edge brush and my edge control, i'm going to be using the Edge booster by style factor, this one is actually the extra shine and stronghold with natural, linoleum and castor oil. I like this one i feel like this. One doesn't get as white as like. Sometimes the other ones will. So this is what i'm gon na be using and i'm just gon na kinda brush my baby hairs out and um. Whenever i just had my braids, i actually did trim my baby hairs down um. They grew back and then i trimmed them again so like within me having my braids in for a month. I trimmed them down twice. Some people don't trim their baby hairs down, but like with braids, you know i couldn't put that hair back up into the braids. That was already down and i have trimmed before i feel like it makes your edges um grow in fuller, actually and y'all know. I was trying to get my edges back full anyway, so i don't mind trimming them down if i have to so i'm just going to start kind of laying them down in the middle. I like to do like a little section of short little wispy type hairs, and then i get into my swoops. So i'm just going to kind of lay that just a little bit and then i'll fix it later and then going over here. You can see some long strands, but it's okay, so i'm just going to take this swoop it up into place real, easy peasy. What y'all been up to, though, like i feel like we haven't, talked because i really haven't been able to film like i normally would and most days i like to film several videos at once. Lately, i've only been able to film like one video every time i film. So that's why my content is not pumping out like usual, but i need to figure out my schedule and be able to make this work again. So yeah baby girl is now six months old, just a little update um. If y'all follow me on instagram, you can see her six month. Pictures um did her little birthday party with some gifts and all that kind of stuff, and i did her little photo shoot. So if you want to see her she's on my instagram for y'all, who be asking and most of the time, if she's in a video, it's on my blog channel so yeah because y'all always be asking like yeah, i want her in the videos and stuff. So then, i'm just kind of taking um some edge control and slicking back my hair. That is, you, know, not the actual baby hair. So this could be nice and slick and yeah. I'M so glad like. I don't know if y'all remember, but i had said that i wanted to relax my hair and i think that was like it was while i was pregnant. I know for sure, i'm so glad that i didn't, because my baby has my same kind of curl pattern and stuff, so i've just been like playing around figuring out different products and what works best, because her hair is like mines like, i feel, like our hair Drinks up product um, you know like whenever you're trying to style it in its curly state. So let me know if y'all have dry curly hair. Let me know what is a really good product to put in your hair where it will stay. You know nice and moisturized and not get really dry because, like her hair will look really good like whenever i do it and i put all our oils and leave-ins in and stuff, but at the end of the day baby. When i tell you that hair gets back super dry, especially like in the morning when she wakes up it's so dry and we use the silk pillowcase thing and all of it, but my hair like if i try to wear it curly it just drinks up products. So you can see the baby hairs. I feel like it's making me look orange like what's up with this lighting, so yeah, that's, what's been going on. I really be trying to find the perfect lighting at my vanity, because this lights behind the ring lights and then it's the ring light and then my mirror has a light like i'll, be trying to find a perfect lighting. So i already did the baby. Hairs are pretty much done, but i like to take some gel, especially like for this little part, because it doesn't lay down the best, even with just the edge control so and sometimes even with whatever edge control. I used to always that used to be my thing. Like back in the day it didn't matter what edge control i was using, i would definitely put a gel on top because that was going to guarantee for it to last all day, all day, all day, i'm going to trim trim that little hair. I didn't really have to trim it. Um trim my hair because i had just trimmed it again, so kind of just going over all the areas with a little bit of gel, because it's going to just help it to hold in place better. And since my hair um had oil and like moisturizer and stuff in it, it's a little bit more greasy. You know like when you're laying the baby hair, so this gel is gon na help hold it in place better all right. So now i got my baby hairs. How i want them! I'M gon na take my wig out of the box. I already kind of opened it and looked at it and everything like that, but then i kind of stuck it back in this is a i think. It'S a 26 inch, yeah 26 inch deep curly, so the wig does have this strap and it is velcro and then on the inside. You have three combs, so one in the center and two on the sides at the top and then another comb in the back. So four combs, all together it just um it stretches, but it does not have adjustable straps on it. You just have this basically to tighten it up as tight as you want and i'm gon na get a wig cap. It didn't come with any in the box. I have to go and get one because i have one right here, so i'm just gon na put a wig cap on you don't have to do this, but i find that the wig stays in place better. When i do this, so i'm gon na tuck, my braids up in the back and crisscross them. That is what i like to do so now you can see this is the back. So this is how it looks. So everything is looking good. So, for this little part needs to be smooth okay, so this is the wig. Let me show y'all the curl pattern, so it's really pretty and i'm just gon na pop her on and my hair hasn't been done this week really well. I did do a wig after my braids, but i took that wig off and y'all. I don't know. What'S going on, but lace wigs have been damaging my skin, so i don't know i have to figure something out or i'm not going to be able to wear them at all because uh, you keep doing the same thing. Every time like if y'all watched one of my other videos, then you would have seen what it did to my skin and right before i got my braids. Whenever i took my wig off that i had only had on for like a couple of days. It did it again, so i don't know what's going on, so i just put the strap on in the back and then i'm gon na pull the wig down. It fits nice and snug to say that it doesn't have any adjustable straps, and i put it up too close, so i definitely need to push it back a bit okay, because i don't want it to be covered up all the way to the front which you Can do if you don't want baby hairs or any hair left out. You can put the wig all the way up to the front and then just tie a scarf or a band or whatever around it, that you want, and i like to also flip this part back where it's like in half. So that way, whenever i put my headband on, i don't have to worry about that black band really showing because it makes the band smaller. When you flip it, and then i'm just going to take my gel and edge brush again and make sure that everything is still slick and smooth, how i want it to be this side got a little messed up. Okay, but it looks nice and smooth and if y'all could see like even this middle part area um, i didn't have to go in and take my little two ponytails out because it was already kind of loose. So i was able to manipulate it to be how i wanted it. So this is how everything is looking okay, so the headband is on and everything looks good, let's see, okay, so this is how the hair is looking. I have not wet it at all. It looks good like nice and defined and everything, but the bottom is a little dry, so i'm definitely going to with it i'm going to grab my spray bottle and a conditioner to put into the hair so um. Lately in curly hair i've been liking the hawaiian silky, so this is a 14 in one and it's like a conditioner type spray. So i have that to use as well. So i'm just going to try to kind of wet the ends down and stuff because i feel like the rest of the curls, look pretty good already. It'S just the bottom that looks a little dry or not defined so i'll, just put a little water, and then i'm going to do a couple of sprays or a little bit more than a couple. But some sprays of the um conditioner in the hair on the ends and yeah, i feel like i need to wet with the rest of it a little bit, because i kind of feel like the ends. Look different. Then the top part does, although i'm not going to comb it out completely, because i feel like i'm just going to be sitting here too long waiting. But you can see the difference. So i'm going to do this side spray, some water on the ends mostly and a little bit up here at the top and then just a bit of conditioner, okay. So for the ends, i'm just going to grab a brush and kind of comb them into place. The ends look kind of different like is it just me, or does the hair look kind of looser, maybe once it curls, you know it dries and it curls back up, but i'm gon na wet this and kind of stretch it out. So i'm gon na try to make it look the same. All the way throughout. This is how the hair is looking and then, of course, you just want to let it dry, it's actually thundering right now, but yeah. You just want to let the hair dry and then you'll be good to go out the door other than putting your headband on. I did get one headband in the package, but it doesn't match my outfit. It was almost a match. This is it, but the color is kind of more of a teal than a baby. Boo like what i have one. So i have um a powder headband. This one is still kind of a little off, but it's closer. So i have this one in blue that pretty much matches um or, if not, i would probably put my black prada one on, but this is how it looks with the headband yeah. It'S definitely like a deeper blue. I could see on camera, but just to show y'all. This is it with the blue headband. This is how far the hair comes down and then, of course, you know you could do a sparkly hair band or a different option. Let me grab a couple, so this is the blue one. Take it off. I also have white which would match you know. White goes with whatever and it has the prada logo on it. So this is how the white one looks really cute. I really like the curly type pepe and wigs for summer time, plus it's easy, you don't have to curl it or anything um, but you know having some cute headbands on hand is always a must with these. Unless you want to do a method where you don't leave the headband out, so this is the black one. The black one looks really cute and sleek. I like the black one. I'Ve only really worn the black in, like my green one, i think i showed y'all the pink one in a video too, but this is the black and then i brought over a chanel headband. This one is really cute. Also. I could wear this one today with like my jellies, my chanel jellies, so super cute and then a crystal one, because i know a lot of y'all love these and these just dress up your hair, like i love the crystal ones. So this is with a crystal one, so cute, and it just like goes with my jewelry, so it pretty much matches you know like whatever i put on, but sometimes it might be too dressy. You know, depending on what you got on, but this is like a simple comfy fit so yeah, okay dog. So this is the completed look of the hair i feel like on camera. Today i look so tan and i'm really not like. I guess it's like my highlight in bronzer and stuff, but yeah. I think the hair turned out super cute for the summer time, and this is probably definitely going to be the hair that i'm going to be rocking for the week, because i need a break from like lace, wigs and stuff like period.
