My First Straight Wig From Eva Wigs | Sleek Middle Part! Using The Stocking Cap Method

What'S up girl Armani be back with another video and today I'm gon na be showing you how I apply my first straight wig ever from evil wigs. Also, today, I'm gon na be trying out the stocking cap method, so I'm just gon na go ahead and put on a stocking cap that matches the color of my scalp and then I'm gon na go in with a little bit of God to be blue right Before my hairline, I actually watched this method from another youtuber and I'm gon na put her link in the description box below so you can watch it too. Maybe she would be more helpful, but she did mention to have this docking cap over your ears and then she used a little brush like this. This is like the brush that I use to bleach my knots and I'm just gon na use that to push the product all the way back and get it nice and you know into the stocking cap. This also makes the process less messy, because got to be glue can be very messy and then I'm just gon na go in with the blow-dryer. The key to the stocking cap method. That I heard is that the stocking cap should be nice and crispy, and I know it's funny to hear that. But it should be hard before you even cut back that first piece and I'm not even gon na sit here and lie to you guys. This did take me like 15 to 20 minutes. I know I speed my videos up for YouTube purposes, but it did take me that long because you need to have the gel completely dry. Some people use got to be the ultra blast spray or whatever it's called, but I did not have that, so I actually had to use the gel and it takes way longer to dry. So the next thing I'm gon na do. Obviously, it's just cut that first piece of the stocking cap all the way back to my hairline and you have to be very careful. I do not cut your edges, but you need to get as close to the stocking cap as possible. Get to the point to where, like it's all the way pushed back, and you cut like every last piece that sticking up and then I'm just gon na go in with a little bit more of that got to be Jill just to make sure it doesn't roll Back and instead of using my fingers, I'm gon na use the back of my brush to lay down a cap. A little bit more because got to be is very sticky and you don't want it to turn white next. I'M gon na be going in with my Maybelline fit me foundation in spicy Brown. 33. 8. I don't really know much about makeup because I don't wear it. I don't know how to apply it. I wish I did, but this is the foundation that matches my skin tone. The best like I said before you need this stocking cap to be nice and firm in place. It'S not gon na go anywhere, so just make sure it's nice and dry. Now. The next thing I'm gon na do is go in with a little bit of rubbing alcohol to clean up my hairline. You don't want any residue from the makeup or the God to be glued. The hair details will be in the description box below. This is my first ever straight hair review, but I have done a review for evil wigs on a curly wig and it's the same consistent. You know good stuff, the wig comes with a sturdy wig cap with built-in combs and an adjustable strap. So I just went ahead and put the wig on now. The next thing I'm gon na do is just use duckbill clips to pull back the baby hairs on each side and then put my hair in a ponytail. The reason why I'm putting my hair in a ponytail is because this is a 360 lace, so a lace does come in the back, but I do not have plans on wearing this hair in a ponytail. So I'm just gon na go ahead and cut that off and obviously it's much more easy to cut the lace off of the back when their hair is in a ponytail and not in the way. The next step I'm gon na take is cutting the lease off of the front, and this is pretty much the easiest part ever. I'M just gon na go ahead and match it up with my regular hair line, but just a little bit before it. I'M just gon na go ahead and pull the wig back after cutting the lace off using the duckbill clips, of course, to keep it pulled back and then I'm just gon na take a little bit more of that got to be Jo and apply it to the Front of my hairline right where the stocking cap begins and I'm gon na, let it get a little bit tacky. Of course, using the blow-dryer to you know, make the process more easy, and this is gon na get it nice and sticky kind of like a glue. I'M not a pro at applying wig so got to be it's the best thing that works for me. I wouldn't want to use a glue and then you know have my edges all ripped out and, like I said, I'm just using the blow dryer to speed up the process. I'M not gon na. Let the Joe completely dry. I just wanted to get nice and tacky and now, for the fun part, I'm just gon na go ahead and pull the lace down and stick it in place. Of course, after getting it in place, I'm just going to go ahead and take my blow dryer and make sure the Jill is coming to you dry and I'm gon na do that on the other side as well. Next, I'm gon na keep it very simple and just flat iron, my hair, especially at the top, because I want to lay nice and flat after flat ironing my hair, I'm gon na use a boar, bristle brush and then pull it into a ponytail to keep it Out of the way, and then I'm gon na use a little bit of Garnier food, see sleek and shine hair spray. This hair spray is gon na make sure all of the flyaways are laid down, and my hair is extremely smooth and sleek and after I'm done applying the hair spray. I'M just gon na tie my hair using a satin scarf. This satin scarf is actually kinda like a do-rag, but I really like it because anytime, I have a style where I need the top to be extremely flat. It does wonders so I'm actually gon na keep this on for the entire night and I'll be back in the morning with the results. Thank you so much for watching.
