So yeah I use this for my ponytails. I don't wear this as a weight, because I genuinely don't like the density, so yeah be careful when you want to order your hair and stuff be careful of the density. You can either use bobby pins or you can take like one part of the hair at the end and just wrap it around, and then you can start like wrapping the track around your your ponytail you and we're gon na pin it down at the back.
