Aliexpress Horror Story! The Worst Hair Company On Aliexpress!

Hey guys, I'm Brittany, rivers and welcome to my channel so today I'm doing a little story time. Video about my experience with this Aliexpress hair vendor. It was my worst experience ever so just a little background on me, I'm somebody who orders from Aliexpress all the time. I have an ordered hair that didn't come from Aliexpress in like eight years. I don't think I ever pay for here. I didn't get on that express myself, so I think probably my mom or somebody paid for it or something I'm Brittany welcome to my channel. So i'm not gon na waste, you all this time and make you all watch 10 minutes of a video for you all to know who this vendor is because what they did to me was disgusting, so this vendor. So let me just take you all through the story, so my birthday is december, 2nd. So on 1111, if you all have ever been on Aliexpress, you know 11:11. They have a huge sale November 11. So I wanted to find hair for my birthday. I was like so sis's is the 11:11. A lot of people aren't gon na order. So let me order it early because by December it should definitely be there right so um. What I wanted for my birthday was like some 30-inch hair, beautiful hair, that's birthday, hair right, so I found this company sexy hair on Aliexpress s, nope, see II, XXY on Aliexpress, I'm singing it's a bunch of YouTube reviews of this purse of this company. There are like a bunch of reviews, so I'm so I'm like. I took all the precautions and mind you. I am a seasoned Aliexpress shopper. I'Ve been shopping there for like eight years, so um like over a thousand reviews, so this company seemed pretty legit, but I did notice something from the junk there was a little suspicious. So there's this youtuber. I can't remember his name right now, but you all have probably seen him because he's great he installs a lot of wings on his clients and recourse it. I forgot his name. I can't remember it, but I watched that video before and he was reviewing some other company and I looked on the reviews on sexy hair on Aliexpress and they had a picture of his client on their page as a review. So this review must be fake or they uploaded some kind of some fake picture, because that girl obviously got her hair from whoever this guy put on his YouTube channel. So I knew that was fake, so um that was kind of alarming. What is this? Those? I didn't take the tag off my shirt yeah that was kind of alarming, but it was over a thousand reviews on their hair. So it's like you know what all 1000 of these reviews cannot be faked right. So anyway, I ordered the hair. The hair is about 300, something dollars or like. I think it was 319 319 dollars. This was on sale because of the 11:11 sale, so I ordered the hair and it's like, if you've ever ordered from Aliexpress order, their hair. You know they ship quickly right. They ship really fast so like, usually, if you order it during the day, they'll have it shipped by the night and or at least you'll hear something from that vendor correct. So I was a hair in a week would buy. I didn't hear anything from the vendor. They didn't ship or anything and I'll Express like if they don't ship within about or well no, if they don't process your order within a week, your order is automatically cancelled, so it's almost the last day. So now you around this time, it's like almost the 20th of November - and you know it's like Thanksgiving here - I'm in college, so Thanksgiving them going home and then I was going straight to Atlanta for my birthday, so I needed it before Thanksgiving. So, finally, it's the last day they have to ship. So I message them hi. Have you all processed my order? Yeah? Have you all done my order? Bla bla, bla, bla bla right and they say dear. We won't have that hair until like the next week because it isn't made so that means they had the hair on there I'll Express store, but it was out of stock, but you're not supposed to do if it's out of stock is out of stock. Don'T just say you have a thousand pieces of this and you really don't you know and then um it's the last day and I was like well, can you all like? I was like well, you all said you had it. So I'm about to cancel my order. So I can get my money back and at least maybe order some hair that will be there by my birthday and um. They say. Ok, you can cancel your order. You can cancel your order, but you need to cancel it with the reason other now you guys. Don'T fall for this trick, a lot of places. Do this a lot of places? Don'T I'll Express do this too, where they say? Oh yeah, you can cast your order, but choose the reason other, because once you cancel your order, they have to accept your cancellation. So I was like what, because there are certain reasons on there that look like the vendors fault like if the product is out of stock or something like that to where it's the vendors fault. So man they'd, get in trouble by alx press they'd have a lower rating on Aliexpress and stuff, so they always say: um choose to reason other and they try to lie. They try to lies the thing that is sickening about it. It'S sickening, they say um. Well, if you choose the reason, other you'll get your money back faster that doesn't make sense all returns from our Express take like by business days, all refunds. So they try to lie to people, and I know they get some people like that and I'm like. Well. No, that's not the reason, so I just went ahead and tried to cancel with this product. The reason being this product is ever stopped, so they cancel my order. They can't know they canceled my cancellation to where they say so they don't accept it basically and I'd go back and forth doing it like twice and they were like dear we're, not accepting that period and then, since it's the last day, they decided to send out A fake tracking number to Ali's wrist to make it look like they shipped my order. So at this point once they go through that and they ship your order with Aliexpress, you cannot cancel your order. You cannot like dispute your order until you it's delivered, and then it's like ten days after that or something ten days after, like the estimated delivery time, which is like December, was December 1st. So then I wouldn't be able to like really cancel but like dispute, the order until about the 10th or something right so right at that point arm. I try to message. Al Express so L Express has like a check now thing. I'M screenshot, like they don't have the product in stock, there's no way they shipped it to me, like I had the screenshots of the messages a man like because they don't really speak. English they're, like dear the order, has been shipped um. You can dispute the order after the law, whatever right, so I'm like. Obviously I just shows you these messages and then so they messed up at this point. They missed it. So um I'm going back and forth with them and then maybe three or four days later. Well, maybe like three days later, I checked that fake tracking number and the package was delivered in Chicago and I live in Kentucky. I live in Kentucky, so there's no way. I got that package correct, so at that point I was like um and then it was signed for by somebody, so that made me think they must have somebody in America working for them with this huge scam, because those fake reviews I mentioned earlier, some of them Were from the US, so I think they have like fake people working for them u.s.. So after that I ice cream shot, I decided to message Aliexpress again and Mayu. It'S really hard to give in contact with these Alex press vendors, because it's at night, so I go back and forth for them for a little bit and then I end up falling asleep or something so after that. I message them again: iMessage Aliexpress again and I screenshot it. I live in Kentucky so how this package wasn't delivered to me and then at that point they were like wow we're. So sorry, so that's the only thing they understood it was that oh, this package was somewhere that you, it wasn't supposed to go and then that point like mine, you, if you want to dispute the order that, like with cancellations and stuff the other parent, the seller, Has to approve it, which I mentioned earlier so at that point, and you can't open the dispute till after it's shipped after, like 10 days of shipped to you or whatever. I need to take this up after 2 days is shipped to you. So when Alex pressed all that it went to the wrong person oops sorry, these scissors are really bad. You guys, okay, so when I addressed all that it went to the wrong person, that's when they finally decided. Oh well, open up a dispute for you. So since I couldn't do it, they did it, but disputes are not good, especially if I'll express themselves open the dispute with. So at that point the selling message me like: why did she open others feel like they were pretty upset that the dispute was open and stuff? So I was like well, I don't have my package and you sent it to this fake address in it Illinois. So they're, like okay, we'll PayPal, you the money, just please cancel the dispute and they were like cancel the dispute case and they will PayPal you like. No, that doesn't make sense like that. Doesn'T make sense. So, Oh like no, I'm not Council the dispute, and then we went back and forth. I kept saying dear. We promised so like that. Promises mean anything to me at this point, but I finally got from the PayPal me, so they PayPal me like 298 dollars and for some reason going through PayPal. It like changes the currency to where you lose like, I lost, maybe ten dollars when they change T and I was like they're like okay, we sent you your money. I was like I'm not canceling it like it's missing $ 10. It'S missing a lot of money because I think 3:19 they sent me like 280, something or something like that, so I'm missing out on like $ 30 right, a little bit over 30, so they were like this is all we got from the order. It was 298 because Alex pressed charges Texas now to where I don't know why, but I think that's because of a tariff. The president somebody's president put it on Chinese goods but yeah, so that money didn't go to them or whatever. So then they decide to. I was like well, I'm still not cancelling the order until cancelling the dispute. Until I get my difference and then they sent me like the difference that was converted, so they sent me the fool of 298 to where I still didn't get that 319, the 20. So I was still missing out on about 21 dollars, but it was almost my birthday you guys and I needed to order the hair right man. I knew that we have been here so it could come and chime for my birthday. So I took my ill. I took my Lu guys: it wasn't a real ill back to my ELF, to where I missed out on those $ 20, because I needed that money and I went ahead and cancelled for dispute, but I will be leaving them a bad review on Aliexpress but um. I just like this is really important, because I think you all should know a bit like when those sellers tell you. Okay cancel the order, but with our and you'll get your money faster. That is a bold-faced lie like they really another thing that really made me mad. They said they were like tier. Please understand it's really hard to run a business you're telling me I'm a business owner right now. I would never do my clients, my customers, the casino click like that period. It made me want to say it's very hard. They wanted to trick like they. I don't that's disgusting, that's disgusting and then say it's very hard to run a business, but I think it's important because even if you order lashes or whatever from Aliexpress like technology or whatever from Aliexpress a lot of people, try to pull this a lot of them And they don't think we're smart enough to know that doesn't make sense that doesn't sound right and they only do it. So they look good because, like people are letting it fly, it's a fee. I know like you all were probably like: okay, Brittany, why didn't she just canceled with their or with what they said, so you can get your money back. Faster people are letting it fly, and that's why it happens to me and that's why it could happen to somebody else, because people keep doing just selecting others. So the company still has like this 98 % rating, but, like I said the company is sexy, hair on Aliexpress ce8 X Y do not buy from them. They have a terrible customer service, terrible terrible, terrible and will try to scam. You don't do it, don't do it. It'S just like that was really crazy and it was my birthday, and that was like. I told them. Oh it's my birthday here I needed and they were like happy birthday dear, but we're not getting here money but like basically is what they say so don't ever period. So that's my little spiel, I'm the worst company on how to express like mind you. This happens. A lot like, I would say, oh, I forgot to apply my sentence for every day. This happens a lot, so this is just something to look out for and make sure you stay in contact with them, sailing their butts and always use paint power. If you can use Paypal, please please you guys or I try to use quiet pay. You can use quiet pay on every website. My nose is a little stuffy to where you can split your pavement and pores to where, if you do have dispute the order, then you only pay for like 1/4 of 300 to where you only spent like whatever. So that's pretty good. So that's definitely what I said you should do, but I think PayPal is definitely your best option, because they're, probably gon na give you your money back pretty fast, so yeah and I feel like Alex price, also needs to fix their system a little bit because there's No reason I should have went through all that, but anyway you guys that is it for this video.
