Rubber Band Ponytail Tutorial Ft Kriyya Hair | Eva Williams

Hey welcome back to my channel, as you can tell from the title of this video. This video is going to be about me and this hair. So if y'all want to see and know how i got this hair, then just keep on watching, hey you guys so before we get into the video i'm gon na show you guys what i use to achieve this hairstyle. I use my eco styler gel my edge booster pomade stuff, a combinator brush a edge brush, some rubber bands and some hair ties and you're gon na want to use some water. Well, if your hair is already wet no matter so we're going to go ahead and get into this, so what you want to do is you want to part your hair, like half of half down type of thing, y'all, the part to be honest, this hairstyle don't Take long, it's just a parting that takes a long time like i was really kind of struggling during the part and all that stuff. But you know it came together in the end. You know it wasn't it wasn't too, too bad, because you want your part to be straight, so i'm just trying to um get this part straight. I'M gon na get it in a minute, hopefully see it's coming together kind of now. My part was a little tricky. A little bit, but you know hell, i can't i can't make everything perfect so yeah. Nobody really sees the part anyways once i uh put that put it all up in a ponytail, so you know that's like the plus. So what you want to do is you want to part your hair down the middle? Well, you don't have to do this. One thing i will say is that um, when you're part of if you're gon na, do this hairstyle make sure you part your rose. First see i didn't do that, i just parted it in sections and then i started rubber banding and i shouldn't have did that because some of my boxes were bigger and they were the. How can i put it? The parts were big, some were small. Some are big, but it still turned out pretty cute. You know like it didn't really bother me. I didn't really care so um right here. I slowed it. I didn't slow it down yet, but i'm going to slow it down, so y'all can see, and so it won't be moving so fast. So we want to party i'll put some pomade on it, so i can make sure my party's perfect the whole key to this hairstyle is making sure you have perfect parting right now, i'm just pulling out all my edges and all that stuff yeah. You know making sure none of that's in there because you know i don't want. I don't want my edges and rubber bands, so i slowed it down y'all. So this is the part where you need to pay attention. It'S really self-explanatory. You'Re, going to take some gel. Some pomade i use pomade because pomade makes the hair look very sleek you're going to rubber band it. You see rubber band in it. Y'All. Yes: yes! Yes! Yes! Yes, yes, after rubber band that you're going to attach it to the next section, but you're going to you, know gel it up, do all that stuff and attach it to the next section and what you're going to do you're going to rub in that section. So if you, if you understand this you're, going to understand the rest of it, so i'm going to shut up and let's so y'all can just see me rubbing so so once i finish the other side off camera, i'm gon na go out with some foam and You know, i don't know why i put the phone on there. I just seen other like youtubers do foam when they do their box braids, but i feel, like the foam, makes the hair like hold down and molded and all that so right now what i'm doing? I'M just going in sorry. If i stand out of breath, i just bleach some knots on some wig - oh my god y'all. So what i'm doing is just you know, wetting the hair up, getting it ready to be up in a ponytail. So this is really self-explanatory. You know i thought this is the easy hairstyle. The easiest go-to hairstyle is quick and easy. It don't take long as long as you know what you're doing it's only gon na be complicated if you may complicate it, but um, i'm putting my hair in a bun and i'm gon na put another hair tie on i'm also gon na put a band on It so i can make it like really really really small, even though it's already kind of small, so i'm gon na make it really really really really small. So when i get ready to do the um, you know when i put the weave on there. It'Ll, look nice and all that stuff, so that's a plus so um yeah y'all, i'm out of breath. I don't know why i'm gon na rip like but yeah, oh my god. So what i'm doing now, i'm just going in and you know, brushing the hair up with that little um edge brush, make sure i got everything because i don't know about y'all, but i like myself to be sleek. It has to be sleek right now, i'm going to do these edges because you know they have to be perfect. You know, i think i did my edges really good. Give this video a thumbs up. If you think i slayed my edges, you know i did a different type of style of my edges and i think i did really really really really good. So if y'all, like my edges and how i did it, oh you also don't want me to do an edit tutorial, but i never came around to doing an edge tutorial because to me it depends on the hairstyle, like that, i'm doing the edges look different. Every hairstyle, something like this, my edges are going to look more dramatic. You know cute and all that stuff, but not too too too dramatic. You know what i'm saying so. I'M gon na tie this down and you know mold this, because you don't want my edit to be laid and slayed. So, while that's tied down, i'm gon na be wrapping my hair with this weave, i used two bundles um. If y'all didn't know already, this is kyra hair. I love the hair like y'all, i really love the hair. I normally don't do like hairstyles like this, with the um but like with the ponytail i'll, do it with the bun, but i actually did with a ponytail, but i made a bubble ponytail and i actually really really really really liked it. I was going to use one, but then i realized you could see my hair at the top, so i went in with another bundle, so i just have one bundle left and you know, like i said, look at the curl pattern: you're not going to babysit the Curl pattern really really good until i um wet it and you know just make it look so so good, because this hair is really nice and i liked it a lot. I was so excited when it was like. You want to try some bundles and i was like yes because you know sometimes i get tired of doing weeks y'all. I want to try something different, at least when i do bundles. I can do natural hair videos, for you guys, and i know that y'all will like that so um right here. This is self-explanatory. If you don't know how to do hair at all, i'm just going to let y'all know so. Basically, you want to wrap the hair around it, so you can um cover up those tracks and i'm just combing this out and all of that and i'm going to go in with some gossipy spray in a blow dryer and um. Basically, you know mold that together mold it and hold it yeah see it looks good. I just can't wait till i get to a pot where i'm like um see i'm wetting the hair up now and i'm gon na go in with some um mousse as well, but first i'm wetting it up. You know brushing it and all that stuff. It was kind of tricky because i would have left the hair like this, but i kept seeing my hair peek through at the top, because the ball was not as small as it could be so um yeah, i'm gon na hush and just let y'all you know, Watch me detangle, my hair, well detangle and you know bring it to life, make it look good. You know all that stuff. Okay, guys! This is how it turned out um. I wouldn't even did a little bubble ponytail if y'all can see. For some reason. Okay, the only reason i did my lip glosses doing nasty stuff. The only reason i did a ballpoint top because i kept i could not keep the hair over my little ball, so i just did a bubble ponytail. This is a up close and personal. I really think i slayed it um if you're going to do this, make sure you parse your robes first, because i don't know if you can tell, but some are big. Some are small, but you know i feel like i have like. I have a head: that's not shaped regular, so you know it's going to be uneven because i got a cone head, but um yeah.
