Note: The key to long and healthy hair is a good haircare regiment and maintaining a low manipulation hair regime. That means I wash, deep condition, detangle, moisturize and style her hair once a week.Other than that, I don't manipulate her hair for the rest of the week. We also reduce the amount of heat usage plus we avoid hairstyles and tools that cause breakage. Low manipulation minimizes breakage and maximizes length retention

Products used:

step 1: Palmer's Coconut oil moisturizing shampoo

step 2: Shea Moisture jamaican black castor oil strengthen grow & restore treatment masque

step 3: Andrelon Keratine Repair Conditioner

step 4: Andrelon Oil&Care Conditioner

step 5: African Pride Sheabutter Miracle Leave-in Conditioner.

Nine months ago I started posting pictures of camellias hairdo and Instagram, and I got a lot of positive feedback about the length of her hair and the help of her hair. Everyone wanted to know what her hair regimen was well here. It is first step is to shampoo her hair using Palmer's, coconut oil formula. Conditioning shampoo next step is to deep condition your hair with a shea moisture black, castor oil treatment mask after deep conditioning your hair. It'S time to detangle, I always do tangle her hair, using the Android on keratin repair, conditioner, followed by the oil and caramelizing conditioner to balance out the protein. You should know that and radon is a Dutch brand which you can make it hard to get the products. If you cannot get the products just use any carotene conditioner enough step and make sure you use a moisturizing conditioner afterwards to prevent a protein overload which can make your hair feel dry and brittle after wash, they always use. My favorite leave-in conditioner from African pride called shea butter miracle. I absolutely love this product. It keeps your hair, soft, shiny and moisturize for at least a week. Last but not least, my favorite tools, clips to section the hair, my detangling brush and my shears to cut out any knots. I try a new wash day every week or every weekend ahead, but this time of the year is always super busy because it's birthday season in our family. So this is the first wash day in two and a half weeks. I only applied a shampoo on our scalp because I want to remove any product build-up, but I also want to make sure that her hair doesn't get completely stripped from essential oils that keep your hair moisturized. You next step is to depletion her hair to restore her hair's, moisture balance and vitamins that the shampoo previously Street, I'm using a plastic bag to cover her hair, and then I put her under a hooded dryer for 15 to 20 minutes. That'S enough time for the heat to lift her cuticles and for the product to penetrate hair strands properly after having deep condition her hair, I Section it in six parts using the slip of the conditioner to make the job easier. I always begin with finger detangling, our hair before I used to brush through the tangle the smaller Nets, but I like most about the detangling brush is that it doesn't snack making detangling a famous experience for the both of us. Like I said before it, one strand not to get cut out, it's better to cut the nuts out, because ripping them out will allow the damage to travel up the strand, destroying it completely. When I'm done, Irene saw the carotene conditioner and follow it up with the moisturizing conditioner to prevent a protein over, though last fish steps are to dry your head and apply the leave-in conditioner, while the hair is still done. I let her hair air dry and I'll sell it the next day. That was it. Thank you for watching. I hope you liked the video. If you have any questions or comments, please comment below and I hope to see you next time.

TWDJT: Your daughters are so lucky to have a mother with enough knowledge and patience to deal with their natural type 4 hair.....and not only deal with it without relaxing... but have it beautifully styled and thriving. Only if more mothers would go this route instead of applying crack-cream to the head of their children so early. No judgement on mothers who are frustrated and give in to relaxers. I don't know their schedules or life or relationship with/view on natural hair..... but you're proof that this CAN be done & it is entirely possible for more and more afro-textured girls to grow up knowing and loving their natural textures with the help of moms like you or moms who care to learn to keep it kinky with the help of these videos.

DIANE JOHNSON: Thank you for embracing, loving, supporting and promoting healthy natural (kinky) hair. You are truly a role model in the natural hair community, and beyond. The seeds you plant today will reap a bountiful harvest in future healthy haircare. God bless you! ☺

Cali Brooklyn1: You’re an amazing mother! Raising two Queens! It helps so much when we learn to care for our own natural hair, it helps us teach our children how to take care of theirs. You’ve done an amazing job!!❤️

Nadou Love: wow bless your heart for taking the time to wash her hair I wish back then our parents would have the patience to do so

Sonya Eucalyptus: Conditioning with both a protein & moisturizing product is such a good tip. My daughter's hair was always dry, then I realized it was because I was using too much protein.

vivivincenza: I am Caucasian, and from Australia. I was born in a small town, and even now where I live, there are almost no African Americans/African people/Any people similar who lived there. So I have never really seen natural, afro hair. You have to put so much care into it! I can't even begin to understand. And it can get so large! I have thick, curly hair that when I brush frizzes up to about three times the size but not like this. I hope you don't mind my comment, I'm just so curious and intrigued. :) I am not sure why this video was in my recommended list but I clicked on it anyway, hehe!

Ruru: Do you still use those same products weekly? It's been a year, a I am wondering if you have found better hair care products. I struggle with split ends from swimming in chlorine water with permed hair 20yrs ago. I've been natural for 7 years, but I still get split ends even though I'm moisturizing as much as I can. I have the same hair type as your daughter in the video with a little more spirals at the ends of my hair. What do I do? I dance a lot, so i wash my hair weekly. Have not deep conditioned as much (not sure how often i should do it). Ido wear weave to protect my hair as I'm not good with doing hair and don't have a lot of time to dedicate to different styles. So the weave is my protective style. I use Shea moisture conditioner and Cantu conditioning shampoo. I have the Shea deep conditioning masque, but am not sure how often i should use it. I also have Cantu leave in conditioning cream that I put om my scalp. I sometimes use organic coconut oil too. I'm srill learning about natural hair care, so any tips to help achieve more length and to retain moisture would be appreciated!

Arianna: How long does it take?

KatRod21: So helpful mamas

Erica Johnson: do you still use these same products? Thanks!

Chanelle Wilson: Do you deep condition every week?

Richonda Fegins: I might have missed it, but when did the keratin conditioner go in her hair? I only saw the deep conditioner and then the detangling and then the moisture conditioner

gmcmim1: Nice video. I like that you have patie've that you have with your girls hair. Their hair and yours is beautiful. So are you guys. Beautiful black women with healthy hair. I'm loving it.

MoXi Gaming: Hello, i have a question i got frizz hair aswell i'm a guy and i bought all the products you showed in the video so i can let my hair grow and take care of it, but since i'm used to put gel daily in my hair is there something else i could use to keep my hair mostirized. greetings Mitch
