What'S up youtube, it's your girl, iceland, and i'm here today to do a quick, install on the clip-ins hair extensions and i created the hair extensions myself and uh, which i found was very inexpensive, very easy um to do yourself at home and the hair weave that I chose or the track hair that i chose from my local beauty supply store. Is the kimi yaki weave 12 inch one if you can see that and the hair is very inexpensive. It'S 100 human hair and i find that it was okay. I mean this is my first time making them so i didn't want to spend a you know excessive amount of money on hair and i was doing a trial and error. So this is the hair that i used, and i also um went to my local beauty supply store and i purchased um this kit, which is a sewing kit, and it has a spools of thread and a straight pin needle had buttons in it. Well, it had two uh needles in it actually, and i find that this straight needle is very easy to maneuver through the holes inside of the clips versus the uh sew in needle and um, i use the darker it's full of threads because i used a one Uh color track hair, and these are the clips that i purchased from my local sally beauty. Supply store, and these are the bigger clips and here are the smaller clips. That'S holes in them, um yeah and i've already curled my hair already i've already uh did the clippings already as well um, it's very easy to do the clip-ins i've just sewn in between the combs of the smaller ones, and i went in between the holes on The bigger ones - and i double double weft my tracks because i wanted to add fullness volume and i also wanted to add length, which is why i got the 12 inch um and if you can see, i just put two together and just sewn the tracks. So that's that - and i just wanted to show you guys, my natural hair. Yesterday i went to my mom's hair salon and she put a proclaim relaxer in my hair and also a protein treatment, i'm not really sure um. What'S the name of the protein treatment that she put in my hair, but it turned out very well and i'm satisfied with my natural hair, but sometimes like when i want to go out or if i wanted to change my look or if i wanted something different. I would i would i want something like a sew in something like a quick weave or something like um, the lace fronts and all that, but sometimes it can be harsh and damage your natural hair or it doesn't help to create um. Then you know the naturalness of your hair and so um. That'S why i decided to use the clippings so instead of me showing you how to make the actual clip-ins, i'm just going to show you how to install the clip-ins there's several youtube channels that show you how to make the clip-ins extensions, which are very helpful and Very beneficial and do a great job in showing you how to do it and it's very easy. If you just follow those instructions, you can't go wrong um and, if you, if you're, just tired of going to a hair salon waiting those long hours just to create a look for you, this is something different that you can use to. You know change your look and i'm a mom, so i don't have time to go into a hair salon and to sit and wait and get my hair done. So i thought that this would be a challenge for me to create a different look which will uh help me save some time, so i'm going to go ahead and do my clip in install. So here we go is foreign is here is, is you have to be my people? Oh somebody hey somebody is here is oh, so me today somebody, oh it's like a wider wheel. So this is the final one. The final look, and as you can see it just gives you that extra, oh, like that you're looking for like this, is what i'm looking for. I love it so i hope that this tutorial helped you and i hope that this install will convince you just to go ahead and try it. I know you've checked out several channels on if i should try the clippings or not, and i promise you you're gon na love it. I fell in love with it as soon as i made it and put my clippings in, i was like girl, you doing it. So i love it and i hope you guys enjoy it too. I'M gon na go and fix my baby hairs right, quick, but yeah just try it and i'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'M sure you'll like it. So, thank you for checking me out, see you later bye.

alwaysjanel: Your hair looks so natural! This is the best clip-in tutorial Ive seen yet on YouTube!!! I love it!!!!!!!:)

Iceland331: Thank you, I appreciate that. I add the pieces just to add extra volume and length. I love my natural hair, and I promote healthy hair. When I want to add some personality to my hair, I choose to use hair clip ins, instead of Sow ins and bonding glue methods(with time these methods will damage your natural hair).

Malikah J: Girl! You Doin It!!! This the best clip in tutorial I've found. Thank you for this :)

Iceland331: Great question, I use the bigger clips on every weft now, instead of the smaller clips. I came to the conclusion that the smaller clips easily slide off my hair. I removed all small clips and replaced them with medium clips. I haven't had a slip since. I hope this helped you out.

Iceland331: Thank you so much. Your comment, and others like it, is the reason why I chose to do the hair clip in extensions videos. Enhancing your natural beauty is what I'm all about. Please feel to subscribe and share.

Iceland331: Definitely worth the effort. I've completely done away with sow-ins, glue, and even braids!? I love Clip-ins

VLuvBeauty: Great video! Your natural hair is gorgeous too! I'm gonna be using clip ins for the first time soon to add volume to my thin hair.

Iceland331: I definitely recommend clip ins for thin hair. I guarantee you will get the results you're looking for. Please feel free to post picks, and thanks for your comment. Don't forget to subscribe and like

Iceland331: Clip ins, worn the right way, can be your ticket to getting fuller, thicker, or longer hair in seconds, and with the right styling, you'll no longer be resigned to tacky, obviously fake hair. You can wear believable fake hair -- you just have to know how.

Charlene Henry: I love how it came out... beautifully done....

Iceland331: Yes very inexpensive when you make your own; I can't judge your hair length by sight, but I will say that teasing or new growth will help the clips to not slip. Clip ins are versatile short or long hair.

Catherine Robinson: It looks great! And it looks very natural!!

Iceland331: I totally agree, protein treatments are a must. Keeps your ends healthy for growth. As well as a trim or haircut..

Iceland331: I sleep in them sometimes and I can even wear a pony, the clips don't slip. I wore them today in Hotlanta and I did sweat and no slips. Totally recommend clip ins for any weather

Blueevoy_6000: That looks good!! Not any people post on how to STYLE your hair once the clip in's are installed. Thanks!!

Iceland331: I believe it was $16.99 or $19.99. I used one pack. You can achieve this look with really any brand yaki track hair

rebahawk: It looks nice and natural. Good job!

Iceland331: I only use 4 maybe 5 clip ins total and I use them for volume and length. If your having a hard time with them staying in, try teasing your roots just a bit before you clip them in. Ive seen some even use holding spray on the root before installing the clip ins. Good luck.

efleyn: Wow no bumps at all, & gorgeous. I'm def guna try this !

Jennifer Rucker: This looks so natural u can't even see the clips great job.

VLuvBeauty: Hey, what am I doing wrong?? I been wearing the ones I made for a week. I like them, but I can't seem to wear more than about 4 clip in tracks at a time before they start showing whereas I see you and others put in 5,6+++ tracks...Could it be because my hair is thin?

Jada Franklin: Thats good it was very inexpensive! i have short thick hair so it may be a little harder for me to part it so what should i do?

Iceland331: Thanks a million doll!!

Coco Shirelle: How many clip in tracks did you use? How has the hair brand held up?

bubblesondec: wow looks great!!!

Quentera Bre'a: I love it!

Irocc4life: You have really nice hair already!

jadacoversonful: Could i buy some from you ? im very interested

Iceland331: I focused more on the actual styling of the hair clipins. Your parts should not be completely straight, nor perfect. It's best to part jagged parts, so the clips will stay better in place. There are several other channel showing how to "install" but not too many styling them. Thanks for your comment boo....

Jada Franklin: How much did that yaky track cost because i want it desperately
