Toning Bellami Hair Extensions24" Mixing Purple Shampoo Wella T18 (Ash Blonde)

Hey besties, it's becca in today's video. We are toning, my bellamy extensions. These are brand new. I'Ve never worn them. They still have like like the way they were styled like from the packaging like they are brand new they're. 24 inches. I think they're called bugatti, but we are going to be toning them with shimmer lights. We'Re testing it out. This is the experiment. I don't know if it's going to work and if it doesn't, i have t18 but um. Let'S just get right into the video. I am going to be bleaching, my hair as well guys look look at these roots. This is just a month worth of roots. Like look, i can't keep up with it. These prenatal pills literally are making my hair grow like freaking, sunflowers, okay, they're they're, just like overloading growing, and i there's no stopping it. This is what the color looks like really yellow and i'm hoping that the shimmer lights will take it away. I had a lot of you guys, recommend doing the shimmer lights and just doing like the dip method with um. You know dipping the extensions, so we are going to try that today and hopefully it works and takes out the yellow. I have a thing of hot water here i think you're supposed to use hot water, i'm not sure i'm gon na take the shimmer lights purple shampoo and put it in the water like. How much am i supposed to put in that's the real question. I'M just gon na like mix it with my finger. Oh my gosh, that's really hot! Hopefully it doesn't fry my hair, it's hot! I'M gon na put like a fair amount in here, and hopefully it works the way it should work. Wow. This stuff is strong. It'S choking me up a bit strong, take a lovely strand of it, dunk it in. Oh, my gosh guys. This is scary. If you guys know how much these extensions are. You would be. Oh, my god, that's it's! Turning purple! Okay, don't freak out! Becca! Just relax! Do a couple little dunks, i think, they're turning okay they're turning gray. I try to wash this out. This is what it's looking like. I don't know if i should dip it like one more time, because i feel like it's a bit patchy so like this is what it looks like, maybe one more time. This is some scary, scary, stuff. Okay, that is it. They look a bit green. I think they need one more dipping see like we're just testing out the waters right like i am very terrified of this stuff and i don't want to overtone it with t-18. Like you just don't have any control right, so it will tone too fast. So this way i have more control, and you know it's a process guys, so i'm just gon na like leave it in here for like a couple seconds. The reason why i keep dipping it is because i'm seeing a lot of yellow tones in it still and i'm just washing it with dawn soap, because dawn soap is like really gentle and it you can put it on animals so and then i'm just putting like Lip clean conditioner so don't come for me. Karen'S i mean. Did you spend all that money on these extensions and you're doing this? Probably for the last, like i'm, not even kidding, like probably 10 minutes to like eight minutes, i have been like dipping them washing them. I'M trying to get a feel on how fast, like how fast a purple shampoo works with like toning. So i dip these for a while, and i don't know i don't know if i see a change, i feel, like my eyes are just like seeing colors. Maybe like i'm seeing a reflection from the grass to my hair. I don't so, do you guys see a difference like this one's toned and this one isn't, i feel like there's not much of a difference. These are the toned ones, and these aren't. I don't see much of a difference like i see a slight difference but, like i don't know, if i should just keep it in longer, i have no idea, but they look the same. So i have a bottle of t-18 and i just want to try something, but i don't think it's gon na work, i'm not like any professional. Of course, i just wanna see what this would do. If i pour a little bit in here of the mixture like what is it gon na do just that amount, it was like up to here. I poured mix it with my fingers. It might not do anything and i just wasted t-18, which is like liquid gold, but i just want to try something and see if it works. Okay, don't judge me just want to mix it right in there real good, okay. So far, i've washed these extensions, like probably six times with dawn soap, and they there's no hair loss coming out of them. It still feels like brand new see i cannotice a huge difference, guys um with me, adding that t18. I can see a big difference. I'M just gon na leave it in there a little bit longer because i'm going to link down below of my toning video of what my hair usually looks like after i've toned it with t-18, it's like literally a white platinum like ash color like your typical t18. So i'll link that video down below so you guys can see the color i'm trying to go for, but i need it to be an ashy color, so um we're gon na go rinse this out. I think it's perfect. Now it's like ashy. Do you guys see a difference? This is it's hard to see on camera because the light - but i swear this one - that i just toned - is more ashy white and this one's really yellow, like the yellow of this, doesn't even justify how yellow it is a little bit more tea tea. I'M gon na take the other extension and dip it in there. I'M just gon na put like a bunch of them in there um i'll do two, because time is running out. I'M going to post a picture guys of what the extensions look like from being toned from not being toned. So you guys can see like the full, true color, because i feel like you guys, aren't really seeing like the full color of like it being toned. And it's hard to see so i'll post a photo right here, so i did those two that i dunked in and i am so impressed how well they turned out with me using the t18 in the mixture they are very ashy white and not overtoned. I left them in the mixture probably a minute, and i just kept checking them to see if they were overtoning or just watching them, and also guys they're, also wet so um. They are turning out fabulous. I'M loving the color. If you guys want to know what i did was i just added the purple shampoo, like i just added a ton of pumps of this purple shampoo in the mixture and i added the t-18, which i added almost above half a bottle to the mixture. And then you just dip it. I just feel like the purple. Shampoo isn't strong enough. So um! That'S why i added t18 - and i know a lot of people are going to cringe at it like, oh, my god, she she added t18 with purple shampoo like i know, a bunch of people are just going to freak out about it, but there's a lot of Hair here i think it's like 200 250 grams or 260 grams of hair. When i reviewed this, i was so impressed on how much um how much hair you get like. They do not cheap you out on the hair, but there's a downer to it. It is pretty pricey but you're paying for good quality hair versus, like amazon like i am never doing, amazon hair ever again like i will swear over a bible, i'm never doing amazon here um. But, of course, if you are on a budget, then it is, it will work fine. Basically, i'm like a washer machine. Okay, we're just like mixing we're washing we're checking yeah, i'm gon na go rinse them out right now. Basically, i left them in for 30 seconds. I want to say it all depends on how yellow your extensions are. Mine were, i want to say they were yellow, but not so like bleaching, yellow, like you guys, know that yellow they weren't that yellow, but they were pretty, yellow and um. They'Re really wet right. Now, but here are the original ones that i did they're turning out beautiful. These are going to take forever to dry. So this is what they look like wet, but i know that these are going to match my hair so well, um like i just can't tell you guys how much better they look now after being toned. I feel like it wasn't such a fast toning process. I'M sure i'm gon na have some hairstylists say in my comments: that's not called toning or whatever. In my eyes, it's toning, okay, we're toning, the brassiness out of my hair, okay and we use t18. So i didn't use that much t-18. This was a complete experiment and we did it guys. Another thing is: do not brush these while they are wet, because you will just destroy the hair after just like ripping through it, because it's just gon na snap um, just like our own human hair. It'S not good to brush it while it's wet um, especially with all the tangles in it, be super careful when dealing with these when they are wet. That is all the fallout i got out of the hair um once i have washed it and going through it and in my sink, so it's not that much guys like considering like you know, amazon would have been like the whole thing. You know what i mean. I will be posting like them dry and styled, probably in my toning video once i have bleached my hair and toned my hair, i will put these bad boys in and have them all styled for you. So look out for my toning video. That will be coming. Probably most likely next week, it's like an ashy white t-18 color and it turned out fabulous. I love it. I can't wait for it to be dry and styled, and my hair done because, as you guys know, i'm 24 weeks pregnant and let me tell you some days: you just feel like a bag of potatoes and you just want to be peeled. So you can see the true color i literally just made that up on the spot. I have the bellamy, hair crimper as well, and i haven't tried it out yet um. I'M super excited to try those out so look out for that. Video too guys. I have and then i also have like the hair pencils that i want to install into my hair. I just have a ton of videos to film guys. I will be bleaching my hair this weekend, um and then i'll be posting. The bleaching video next week, along with my toning video next week and at the end of my toning video i will put these in so you guys, can see the true results of the hair, extensions, all nice and dry styled and we'll see if it truly matches. My hair, once i have it all done, but that will be all posted next week, um, so stay tuned for those two videos.
