Help Me Learn How To Install I-Link Hair Extensions

Learn everything you need to know about installing Donna Bella I-LInk Hair Extensions. Ruben Martinez is here to show you how!

Hey everybody, i'm ruben martinez with donna bella milan. Thank you for joining us with another episode of rubetube live today. What we're going to discuss is the versatility of extensions. Not only can you go from short to long, you can also add peekaboos fashion, color, cha cha call it what you will you're a true artist have fun with it. So what we first want to demonstrate is different pattern techniques for peekaboo, streaks. Okay, you have a couple of options. You can grab your section of hair start away from the hairline you're, going to weave on your micro bead as usual, you're going to grab a little bit of cha-cha and insert it to the side of the head, where the bead is, of course. Now. From this point on, you have a couple of options options you can actually go back to back and that would be considered a panel. You can actually skip a section that would be considered streaks. So what we're going to do is we're going to demonstrate streaks. First, i guess you can call it a bricklaying method but you're just going to go, put an extension you're going to skip a space and then put another extension right. Next to that one and voila there you go we're going to do one more to get you a full effect of what we're shooting for here on the side of the head grab your section and just weave on your micro b people. You can do so much more than just do this, though you can take your client and if she wants fullness, this is also another great technique. You can just match up her hair, color and just kind of bricklay patterns all over the side of the head, even possibly the back of the head, and what that's going to do? It'S going to encounter so much more fullness without overwhelming it making it look unnatural. Now, there's one row of highlights for the side of her head: these would be considered peekaboo streaks now my next step would take would be to take down the next section of hair and, as you can tell they're, peek-a-booing really really nice. Now i want these things to pop, though i want her to feel like. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to take another section of hair, where i skipped a space on the top row so previously on the row underneath where i put an extension on the next row. On top i'm going to put another extension where i skip the space on the bottom. I hope that makes sense people. What i'm going to do is weave on my bead onto her hair strand grab my extension, insert it into the micro bead and crimp it down flat, beautiful beautiful. Can you guys see where this is going? Can you feel me? I love this once again. You'Re going to grab another section pinch it and pull it through that loop weave on that micro, bead, you're, gon na grab your little piece of cha-cha insert it just like that. Now beautiful, look at the way her streaks lay. I love that they're peek-a-booing they're subtle, but at the same time, though, we know that they're there she knows that they're there, not only that, but everyone who's going to be looking is going to be like wow. Look at your streaks now. The cool thing about this is that once you let her hair down, they kind of just pop and shimmer, hence the name peekaboo streaks now for some reason, if she wants to go with more of a panel, which of course is personal preference, where she wants big Chunks and big slices we're going to come to the other side and we're going to demonstrate that now now, basically, what it boils down to is you're not going to skip any strands of hair, so the difference between streaks and panels or the amount of hair. Or i should say the application that you're, using with these extensions you're, going to go side by side instead of skipping a section you're going to weave on your micro bead grab your extension or what i like to call cha-cha, insert it into the micro bead crimping. It flat now my next streak is going to be right next door, not skipping any space, not skipping any hair back to back now these this method, these method can also be done, while you're doing a full head of extensions. Now, if you want to resort to that, you guys can actually check me out on another edition of rubetube live and you can see our application, the proper application of a full head of extensions. But this right here is just a panel. So what we're going to do is we're going to grab our cha-cha insert it, and do you guys get where we're going with this we're going back to back we're not skipping any strands of hair stack extension, after extension, after extension, you can go either two wide. Three three wide, maybe even four wide it's totally up to what her desired end result is: okay, we'll do one more beautiful. I love it. It'S so simple and the cool thing is you're, never jeopardizing the integrity of your client's, hair gosh. I love this you're going to insert your extension and all you're going to do is crimp it flat. Remember. Not only do you want to clip crimp it flat in the middle. You also want to crimp it at your edges, okay, and that's going to also make sure that there's no slipping whatsoever beautiful there you go now that would be considered a panel now. What you would do is if she wants some chunky all the way around the side of her head. You can maybe skip a space now and then do another panel back to back. There'S so many different things you can create and come up with. Remember everybody we're all artists individually with that being said, you can create so much with extensions. Not only are you going from short to long you're, adding color you're, adding flair you're, adding pop pizzazz do what you can and what she allows you to create. It'S amazing. I hope that helps you guys with some insight tips on how to do some cha-cha hair flare and some popping streaks. Thanks, guys see you next time.
