Let'S review the brand new chroma absolute for color treated hair by kerastase, if you're new to my channel and if you're not welcome back i'm mike um, who i'm a hairdresser, a l'oreal, color specialist, a makeup fan and a skincare lover in today's film. I will be trying out testing out reviewing and talking about the brand new wrench from carousel called chroma absolute for color treated hair. So if you want to find out more about this wrench, whether it's good or it's a hypo dirt, then you better keep on watching. What is this story? Everyone in today's film we are talking about the brand new chroma absolute by caristas, and this is basically a brand new wrench for color treated hair that has replaced the old ban, chromatique and dough shampoo. So i mean we have brand new whole family for color treated, hair chroma absolute is restoring acidic care for all types of color treated hair. So you guys the family is quite large. I have one two three four five products in front of me. So we have a lot to get through so brace yourself for this and you guys we're going to start off with products number one bankrummer, respect and ban rich chroma respect. So you guys with the brand new chroma absolute. We do get two shampoos and first of all, let's talk about packaging and kerastase has never failed us when it comes to packaging. It is beautiful, the color is perfect and you guys i've got this wrench into the shop a few weeks ago and i got to try it on my clients, and this smells absolutely beautiful, every client that i've used this on. They were like, oh my god, this scent is beautiful. It is very overpowering, so i can definitely tell that. Kerastase is going more towards the stronger fragrances. We could see that, especially with coral manifesto, that kind of started off and the descent was a lot stronger, but with this one the scent is beautiful, but it is strong. So it's going to fill up your bathroom. It'S going to fill up the room so like that you guys we have two shampoos. We have ban chroma respect, which is for fine to medium hair, and then we have band rich, chroma respect, which is from medium to thick hair in both of those shampoos. We do get 250 ml of product and those shampoos retail for 25 year and 45 cents. Unlike your genesis, the clear bottle is for tick hair with genesis. The clear bottle was for fine hair and obviously this bottle is for fine hair, so that can be a bit confusing if you're quite familiar with carousels. But let's talk about band chroma, respect like i said this shampoo is for fine to medium hair and it's going to provide your colored hair hydration. This shampoo is lightweight and it's also sulfate free. It'S going to protect your color from fade. It'S going to intensify your color, add shine and it's perfect for normal, sensitive and damaged hair. In this shampoo. We do find amino acid, which is perfect for strengthening our hair, and we also find centella astika, which is a plant that is known for its healing properties. Banned chroma, rich, is for medium to thick hair and like that, it's also a sulfate free shampoo. In this shampoo, we do find lactic acid, which is going to smooth our hair. It'S going to seal the hair fiber and it's perfect for reducing hair porosity. So i like that, you guys, if you have fine, two medium colored hair you're, going to use this shampoo and if you have thick hair you're going to use this shampoo. So you guys what we're going to do is we're going to open this up. I'Ve actually! Never used this shampoo in the shop. I'Ve used this one and it smells absolutely beautiful, but like that, obviously i want to show it to you. So i'm gon na open that up i'm gon na pop a tiny bit on my hand and like that it is nice and creamy. It smells absolutely beautiful. It is on the sweeter side and it is like it's very hard to like name the scent, but it is nice and sweet and we're gon na see if the ban, rich respect actually smells the same, because i haven't. I haven't used that one in the shop. So i'm gon na open this up and obviously this one is clear in texture when the other one isn't and i'm gon na pop a tiny bit on that on my hand, and yet it smells exactly the same as the rest as the other shampoo yeah. They smell very similar, and i must say that bankrumma rich is not thick in consistency, so on today's channel we're going to try this on my hair, even though my hair is not colored, we're going to see what it's going to hydrate my hair, it's gon na, Add shine and all that above, but before we gon na, do that we have a very interesting product from caristas to try out and talk about swan acid chroma gloss. So you guys this is your classic high shine treatment that you apply to your hair after shampooing and before conditioner. So basically you shampoo your hair. You apply the shine, gloss treatment. You rinse that off and then you apply your conditioner or a mask in this product. We do get 210 ml of product and this product retails for 42, euro and 95 cents. So i mean this product is not cheap and basically this is resurfacing high, shine, rinse treatment for sensitize or damage color treated hair. We also find lactic acid in this product, which is going to boost shine and like that this product is going to create a nice sleek surface for our hair and that's going to add softness and shine. Now i've used this at the back wash on my clients and the hair feels amazing, and you only need a tiny bit of it. However, you're gon na ask me be like right, you guys, what's the difference between this and k, water k, water is simply a gloss, so it's a la mer treatment. So this is like a lip gloss for your hair when this is a shine treatment, so you apply that rinse it off and then you go in with your mask or a conditioner, so they're completely different. This is going to be a lot more smooth and shining glossing and hydrating for there when k water is very much like an instant glass that is just like. Let'S put it this way, this is internally so that will work internally on your hair. So it's going to add that shine when k water is external boom. So you guys, what am i going to do? Is i'm going to quickly go off camera? I'M going to shampoo my hair using the brand new band chroma respect. Then i'm going to come back. I'M going to apply the sun acidic chroma gloss on camera, we're going to see how it looks then we're going to come back. We have a few more products to talk about so yeah. We have a lot, so you guys see you in a second right. You guys - and i am back after shampooing, my hair, using ban crow my respect by charis does what can i say. I am not a fan of the scent myself because it is quite overpowering, but i mean it's not for everyone. However, i am happy that curious has has brought out a wider range of sulfate-free shampoos because, like that, some people just prefer using sulfate-free. So i mean it was definitely a need for that. My hair does feel great. I mean it's shampooed really well, and it does not feel way down. So what am i going to do? Is i'm going to grab the son, acidic chroma gloss or just chroma gloves going to be easier and like that? Obviously we have over here. If you can see the different dosages up here, so obviously they'll be like one dose, second dose, etc, etc. So i'm gon na apply this onto my hair. I'M gon na apply it and i'm gon na talk about another product from the range i'm gon na rinse. That off apply the other product and so on. So we have a lot to do right. So i'm going to open that up and like that this product does smell like the rest of the range, and i'm literally just going to pour that so you're meant to pour it onto middle ends and ends you're not meant to pour it onto your scalp. But i mean with my hair: i think it's going to be nearly impossible not to pour it onto my like a voidy scalp. You know what to do: one dose nearly yeah. No, it's definitely getting onto my scalp. I mean it's. My hair is too short to try to avoid it. I'M gon na get it on my lent over here. You know right so you're meant to leave that on for eight seconds, rinse it off and then go in with either conditioner or a mask. So, while that's on for longer than eight seconds, i mean it's not going to do any damage to my hair. Let'S talk about the next product mask chroma filler. Now you guys every time i review a carousel, i tend to usually try fondant, which is a conditioner. So, let's try out a mask and, as we all know, mask is for thicker hair, but let's try it out anyways. I have not tried this product before and in this product we do get 200 ml of product and this product retails for 42, euro and 95 cents. This is a rich anti-porosity, deep, filling hair mask for color treated hair. This is perfect for sensitized damaged, colored hair. This mask is going to provide your hair with strength, resilience, color protection; it will control the hair porosity and like that, we do have amino acid and cintella sticker in this. So basically, this is very good for hair. That is porous and porosity is external damage of the hair. So, as we all know, if the cuticle is going to be close, the hair color is going to stay in better. Also, this is good for sensitized hair, so anything that is color damaged. This is going to be brilliant for and obviously we're going to get strength in our hair and shine and everything, okay, so from work. I haven't used that by the way - let's smell it, so it smells like rest of the range and you guys this mask automatically to me - looks really really taken consistency, so it's definitely better for medium to ticker. So this is not going to be great for my hair, but i mean on this channel. We can do what we want. So, as you can see, this is quite rich and i'm getting that cast on my hand. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to rinse that off i'm going to go off camera, i'm going to apply the mask, leave it on for about five minutes, rinse that off look at my hair and we've one more product to try out. So you guys don't go anywhere right, you guys, my hair is shampooed, it's glossed and it's masked using the chroma absolute by carousel. What can i tell you now when i was rinsing this product out, which is the chroma gloss, the hair felt absolutely lovely. It felt really really soft. Now i could say you're not supposed to bo for some people like if your hair is really really fine, you don't like conditioner. This could be enough. Now the mask i was a bit worried. The mask is going to weigh down my hair, but, however, like the hair feels ground now, i can definitely feel a bit of product on it, because this whole range is just not made for my hair, like my hair is not colored and it's not damaged or Sensitized, but what we're going to do is we've one more product to try before we go and dry my hair and that product is serum, chromatare meek by keristas. So you guys this is your classic thermique. However, this is more of a serum tear me. So this is an anti-frizz antioxidant, thermique serum, which is obviously going to give us heat protection for up to 230 degrees celsius in this product we do get 150 mils of product and it reaches for 31 year and 45 cents. I am a big fan of termix by carousels i love them on my clients. I think they are the best and like that. This is basically an anti-frizz termique for color treated hair. This protects the hair by shielding it from uv, humidity, heat and oxidizes stress. So i mean this is basically an anti-frizz treatment for your hair that is going to protect it from heat. So you apply this to your hair before blow-drying to get heat protection, so i haven't used that so, let's just pop that on my hand and like that it smells like the rest of the rain. So what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na spray that, on my hair now i must say it does feel light in my hair. It does not feel heavy and i'd say, be brilliant for blow drying it into the hair, whether your hair is frizzy or not, but it will definitely help to control the frizz and that shine. So you guys, what am i going to do? Is i'm going to quickly go off camera once more, i'm going to dry off my hair, we're going to look at it and we're going to conclude the whole new chroma absolute by kerastase. So don't go anywhere right! You guys - and i am finally back for the last time after using the nearly hall range of chroma absolute. So let's take a look at my hair and now i was a bit afraid that the chrome option was gon na weigh down my hair. It did not now did we get high shine now you guys when i'm looking at my hair, can you see how the light literally reflects of my hair? Can you see that? Can you see all that moving there? So i mean we do have really really high shine, so i mean if there was any porosity in my hair, that was sealed. So i mean the cuticle is as soft and as smooth. So if i run my fingers to it, the hair is a smooth which means it. It did work right. So let's talk about everything starting off with the two shampoos. Now, if we do get that as a backwash in the salon, i will try it out in clients with thicker hair. However, i must say that the bang chroma respect it is a lovely product i do like that is a sulfate free, and i do like that. It not only protects the hair from color fade, but it also outshine and treats or hair condition like sensitivity, damage and porosity. However, what will i tell you is, i am not fan of the scent, i'm sorry characters. The packaging is beautiful and everything, but descent is not for me, it might be for you, it may not be for me. I just find it very, very strong and overpowering when it comes to the acidic chroma glass. I think this is actually a very, very cool product now. Do i think it's necessary? No, i do not, but what can i tell you about is a lot of people that have tinted hair, whether it's copper, hair, brunette, hair or any other hair color. They do find that, let's say after that four week mark the hair starts losing its shine and glossiness. So i definitely. This is something very good that you could use once a week. Boom boom boom apply to your hair before you go out or whatever, and just add that high shine, because i mean sealing the cuticle, lowering the porosity of the hair add in the shine boom or hair will be beautiful and shiny. So i definitely think this product is good. I do like the idea that there is the lactic acid and sentella sina, so it's not only gloss, but it also smooth softens and hydrates our hair when it comes to the mask. So, let's talk about the mask, the mask is definitely heavy and creamy. So i mean if you fine, hair. This is not good for you go for the fondant, but overall the mask is beautiful. It didn't weigh down my hair, but it made my hair feel very. Very soft and when it comes to the serum termi, this is very different than me to any other turmeric that i've used for carousels when it comes to it consistency. It is very much like a serum. However, i do like this product is it for me? No, it's not because now my my hair is not frizzy, so this could be good for anyone with frizzy colored hair that wants heat protection and wants to control the frizz, and i do love a good term me so, overall guys when it comes to the chroma.
