Hey gorgeous! In this video, I'm showing how I do crochet goddess box braids on short hair. My daughter did a big chop not long ago and we've been loving crochet hair styles. They save time and money! And I'm all for both of those things.

I hope you enjoyed watching!

Okay, I don't have kids y'all, hey guys, welcome back to my channel if you're new here, hey girl, hey, I am Brittany and in today's video I'm going to be showing how I did these goddess braids on my daughter's hair, using the crochet method, I'm going to Start by laying out her foundation, I'm going to be doing the single rubber band method up top and then braiding the rest of it back start by making a nice clean part. And then I'm going to add some braiding gel to the edges of her hair. The type of braiding gel that I use is in the description box below I'm also going to be using this hair grease by Africa's best, some Supergirl just to put on on her scalp, and I'm also going to be moisturizing her hair. Again as I go foreign thank you, while placing her hair in the rubber band, I'm going to make sure this time that I'm placing it closer to her hairline without damaging her edges. I noticed the last time when I did her hair in a crochet style. The locks looked like they were sliding back of her head and it was in a good look. So I'm going to make sure that this time the rubber bands are closer to her hairline again without damaging her edges. I'M also twisting the ends of her hair and when I'm done with this piece, rubber banding it together, I'm going to take the front piece and connect it with the back and that's how we're going to get that single. Look as if she has this new single braids up top, but in actuality it's crochet. Thank you. Thank you, foreign and I'm going to go through and do it again and show you guys one more time, so I'm going to part a section making sure that the parts aren't too small because the last time they were way too small and she had too many Locks on her head and it made her head heavy and she wanted a nice flatter. Look. So I'm making sure to make bigger sections this time and then I'm going to rubber band each piece. So it can have that individual look and then we're going to connect. It all together and when I'm done we're going to braid it back foreign foreign. So this is how they look, and this is what it should look like when it's all done: here's the top of her head just to get a better View, foreign. So this time I was smart and I got this hair off of Amazon. This is what it looks like. I didn't pay any more than maybe 20 something dollars for it. 23.24 um. I can't remember, but it wasn't much at all um. I'M definitely going to put the link for these down in the description box below, and this is the company that made the hair, so the hair also came with a crochet hook. This is what it looks like and when crocheting all I do is make sure that the hook is open. I put the hook through her hair grab the loop on the braid, pull it through and then make a knot to secure the braid on her hair. Doing the actual crocheting card shouldn't take any longer than an hour. I think it took us, maybe about 40 minutes to get this all done, which is why we're loving crochet hairstyles right now, um they're, quick, they're, easy. She loves them and they look nice on her. So I'm going to be doing a whole lot more of these in the future and it's a nice protective style for her as she's growing her hair back out after her big chop, um yeah and we're both loving it. So this is what they are looking like. So far, I'm gon na pull these back, so you guys can see and it does give that individual look up top all right. So this is what it looks like when this side is all done. I'M going to start the back when I do the back. I like to make sure that I don't put too many of those braids um back there by putting them close together, I like to spread them out that way. I won't have so many and her head won't be heavy she'll still have a nice lightweight to her head um when the hairstyle is all completed, and a nice flat look that she was going for foreign foreign. She has her goddess braids that she's been begging for. She wanted this hairstyle to go back to school, wait after winter breaks. Being Brittany Bee: The cost of the hair was actually a little bit more than mentioned in the video BUT for 8 packs you're still saving your coins. If you're looking to save a few more $$, it's currently listed on Amazon at a lower price than what I originally paid for it.

noname5905: Super cute! Thanks for providing the link to the hair ❤
