Shag/Mullet Synthetic Wig Try On + Review | Itsbrandyncross

If you are a returning viewer, then welcome back, and if you are new, my name is brandon cross and today we are going to be stepping into a new hairdo. We got a synthetic wig. This time did, i i don't even know. Did i do a wig review on this channel, but i don't think that i've done a synthetic hair review. The funds are real, tight right now, so baby girl's not really rolling around with human hair right now. Okay, so we've gone. Synthetic synthetic is a great option. You know, especially because the wig that i wanted to get was more of a specific style, so i would rather, if it was gon na look that way and stay that way. I don't want to have to worry about like hairspray and the hair falling and keeping it, and it's just too much this wig right here when i was looking up. I was looking up mullet, wigs and shag wigs, and this will happen to me, the shag wig. All the mullet wigs i was looking up were either sorry all the mullet wigs i was looking up were either very like party city costumey, not like at all real, realistic, looking or very expensive, like custom, wigs that would they would make that, and so, when i Looked up online, i found that they had this shag wig. We had to give it a try. So this is what the bag looks like. Let'S see, we got the wig inside there's like nothing else. Besides the wig in a net, it is not a lace wig. So there's no lace to be had. There is no scalp to be seen so hold on before i show you the wig right um. This is this is what uh it looked like when i was going through and looking at these different hair pieces on there. Okay, um, i didn't really see anyone buying this wig that at all, looked like me, so i was like okay, let's see what i could do with this 20.99 later here she is. This is wig. It'S called emily shaggy layered wig for women ab607 or pound. Oh, my god, i sound like i'm young, but i have no. I don't sound young. I sound like i'm so old. That'S alcohol! I'M like an elephant! Okay! If i walk into a room, it's like okay he's in there already. I can see that these highlights. I'M happy with them. I can see that they look like looks like a little bit of a real toupee. What do you think of that? It'S like a choppy messy shag, mullet cut and i'm very into this uh, as you can see in the front here. If you lift up the bangs, it's just where, like the tracks start so you're not going to have any lace at all. If you go to the back of the wig, let's see: oh well, there's a l. What is that is that lace is that? No, that doesn't make sense, that's just the netting, or is it some type of lace? No, this. What is this? That'S, not like lace that you would lay down. This is just like holding in the tracks that are right underneath it, but without further ado i think we should put this on right. I already put my hair in a low bun so that, hopefully the back would grip onto it. There are, unfortunately, no um combs in this wig, but i mean for 20.99, like i'm planning on just getting maybe like two or three clips, and i want to place a clip in the front so that when i place the wig on it'll like snag and hold Also, like peep, these nails, philip at wonder, nails amazing, didn't touch it. I didn't do anything to it did not style it in any type of way. So you're gon na see we're gon na see. Okay, this is wild. Let'S see if i can maybe pull it back a little bit more all right here we go here, we go all right, so this is. This is how it would be just shaking. Oh, you know what it looks even better than when i tried it on yesterday when i tried it on yesterday. It just looked like a helmet. I mean it still kind of looks helmety, but you know this could easily just be a shake and go situation. I mean yeah. This part for me would need to be a little bit flatter. I don't love that, like i mean, let me give you a 360 before i go padding around the wig okay, let me get a little higher next one ready. It doesn't need to look like this is real real, but it looks so good, not bad at it trying to catch my reflection off guard there, you there i didn't catch it. Let'S see what this realistic looks like when you just lift this up, because you know wind might be blowing, you might be outside wearing this wig. You want to know you have some some liberty to move around. So if you brush the hair up, you can see my hair starts right there. As you can see, my hair starts right there, but that's like a little far back. You know so once those are down, you really don't notice. Any of that, if i went out in public, i honestly wouldn't mind if someone saw like my sideburns, because i mean my beard is black. Look at this. What if i tuck it, would anyone even care? Would it just look like i have shaved? Oh, oh, i think it just got even more mullet for me. Oh it's! Oh that sound! I'M sorry guys that i got a little bit overzealous, but i did see uh my roomie river was steaming her wig over there in the corner like we have. We share our studio space, so she was steaming her wig and i thought she left the room. So i like wanted to use the steam really quick just to see what it'd be like. I don't know i would love it, but yes, the steamer, like i just showed you in that clip before really like it. It'S flattened out that area. There was a little bit of a bump up here and, like the steamer just made this like sit like almost completely flat to my head. So now it like doesn't have like that bulk all the way up here and also yeah, like i said, bef like i i think i mentioned when i tuck this behind my ears. You can see like my natural hair, but like really like, i don't care about that um and it just ends up looking more like a mullet which is like really cute again i'll. Give you a little 360. bom. Can you take a message? I'M in a meeting people are so extra you guys this wig doesn't have any lace. It is not human hair um, but it is a five out of five. For me, it's like this is the style that i wanted. I mean look at this, like you, can't even see those tracks that are right. Underneath i mean i definitely have to. I could feel like i need to put those clips in. I feel like i made this like maybe a little too straight, but that's fine. At least i can now fluff it up where i want it to which is like, maybe like shaking towel slit on the sides like a little bit lower, but i wanted it to be like flat on the top there, but i still i didn't. I didn't put the steamer at all in the bangs, because i wanted the bangs to like keep their volume and their bounce, because i think it's actually very pretty okay, i can't see backwards. Okay, it goes one of these ways. This way, all right, i can't figure this out in the viewfinder. I feel like the hair as it does like the color does suit me the tone itself, pops on my skin tone, if that makes any sense, because if i felt like i had a warm toned brown, i felt like that would be really uniform. With my look - and i just like that, this pops - even more - if you like this wig, i will have the link down below again. This is the wig that is 20.99, so a 20 wig. We could say it's 21 if we want to really pull hairs here. There is some minimal shedding when i run my hands through the hair um. Now i do have some like new acrylics on, so it's getting snagged in it, but for the most part it is minimal shedding. I would say that this isn't the kind of wig that you're i'm not going to be like running my fingers through this little wispy ends of hair, so it's probably just going to get locked in with some hairspray, so let's actually grab something right now. So this is my eva nyc city, grit, matte, texture, hairspray and okay. I got i got the new nails, so let me show it off. You see that okay, so let's tone it down a little bit and give it some more texture. I actually just spray it in and then i go with my fingers and i'll like piece it up. But if you're getting on the zoom calls. If you're going to you know your digital happy hour, if you're getting into a work meeting or an interview, and you want to slap on a little bit of a hair, this looks great. I mean, i think it looks great if it's the look that you're going for, i would say, get this wig. It definitely is one that i'm gon na get in a different color. I have it now in this blonde color, which is like pound ab607. I forgot which one that was, but if i i know the name i'll like put it up somewhere here so you'll know.
