Hey guys, so we just gon na get right into the video, but the things that you're going to use for this look is got to be gel, some eco styler and then just the express uh brush. And then i don't even know what you call that other brush, but yeah. Those are the things you're gon na need and i'm just gon na start off from the back of my um head. My hair is freshly washed. That'S why i put them in like a little twist. Just so, um it'll be easier for me and it doesn't like tangle and stuff, so i'm just gon na start off from the back and as you can see, it's not like parted evenly or anything like that. Just put them in a twist and just took out the twists in the back so yeah, you don't have to do anything special here and now i'm just going to brush out my hair just so it can have a sleeker look and now i'm just going to Take some of that eco styler and just apply that generously to my hair you're, going to need a lot of um gel for this style so be prepared. I usually do um these styles like this, when my hair is dirty, so i don't have to put and then you're just gon na take scrunchie or whatever and just secure that back part and now we're gon na move to the front, and i'm just gon na, Be fixing my part because it's not straight so after i take these out, i'm just gon na fix the part up just so you have a straight part and guys, please excuse the breakouts on my face. I started using this new product and it broke me out. So bad, that's honestly why i haven't been recording, but it's clearing up so so the part is straight. So once you got, you got the apart right, i'm gon na section that part again and just put some gel and slip that part down. You want to do it in as many sections as you can, because you want the style to be very sleek um. I don't have patience, so i just did it in big bites, but when you're doing this, you want to do it in like smaller sections, so it could be sleek, especially if you have a natural hair because, as you can see, i'm putting the gel on and My hair is just curling up, but it's not going to look like that um when i'm done so, then i'm going to go to the top part and just add some gel there and just sleep all of that together and then now i'm just brushing my edges Out because we're going to do our edges later and then i'm going to take the rubber band from the back part out and just add that section to the rubber band and then move on to the other side of my head. So, now that all my hair is secured inside the elastic band, i'm going to take that got to be - and this is what really um smooths out my hair and makes everything stay down. And i'm gon na apply that to the surface of my head and just smooth everything out with my brush and as you can see, it's just making everything much more flat and then now i'm just going to take a um scarf and just tie that around my Head just to secure my hair a little bit more and then we're going to move on to doing the um the braid. So this is the hair that i'm using um. I forget where i got this from, but um i'm pretty sure. If you search it. If you can find it, this is what i had on me. If i had a choice, i probably wouldn't have used this because it actually doesn't really match my hair color. This is 1b and i dyed my hair black, so i probably should have got it on one or one, but i didn't have that. So i just used this and it wasn't that bad um. You can't really tell a difference, but the texture was also kind of different. I would have got a different texture, so yeah. I just cut that in half and then i'm gon na section some off because i'm not going to use the whole thing because it was a lot and then i'm going to go to the bottom of the hair and then start picking at the bottom. Just because um i cut the hair. So it's really blunt, and i don't want it to be that blunt. So i'm just gon na pick, all of that out until it looks natural and not cut, and i just put the rubber band around my ponytail and i'm just gon na proceed to sectioning off the hair into three pieces. So i can start braiding and if you guys see me laughing, i was watching um a show. That'S why i was laughing so yeah, so i'm just gon na section off the hair into three sections and then start braiding and guys. You could really tell a difference between the hair and my hair um. This is my first time actually doing this, so it wasn't, it didn't come out the best. If i had a choice, obviously i would have used a different hair, but it didn't look that bad. Once i've got the braids done and i um bobby pin the top a little bit. It actually looks pretty good, so i'm just gon na start braiding here and the part where you see the green um rubber band. I'M gon na go back in later and take some of the hair and wrap it around, and now i'm done with the braids i'm going to go in and loosen the braid a little bit just so it could be more cohesive with the top part, because the Top part was a little bulky and, like i said before, i'm going to go in and cover that green. So yeah don't worry about that and guys that's pretty much it after i put the hair in some hot water just so it wouldn't be so stiff, and then it matched my hair texture a little bit more after. I did that so yeah, that's it! For this. Look um. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and this hair look. Thank you so much for tuning in don't forget to like comment and subscribe.
