Foxylocks Ponytail Hair Extension Review! Perfect Hair Accessory If You'Re Chronically Sick!

Hello, my loves, welcome back or welcome to my channel if you're new, here or if you're returning hi my name is Shannon and it's either so lovely to meet you, it's lovely, to see, you again might be thinking what the hell is going on. Um, the video isn't filmed like this, basically editing, Shannon, which is me right. Now, I'm sitting on my desk, I deleted the intro to this video and I didn't realize until I started editing this evening. One of those days guys it's one of those days um, but I have still got my hair in so I thought I'd quickly, just filmed the intro. While I look like this uh, so hi, it's lovely, to see you um. So this is the box that it comes in um, it's quite a cute box. We love that, as you can see from the pop box, I have the 22 inch in the shade Brandy um, because I Am Naturally like this color. It'S like a dark um Brown. Also ignore the fact that I look like an absolute pea head right now. I was planning on like putting my hair up with you, but I just couldn't because my hair's so short, I need to do so much to get it like this um. Anyone that's got longer, hair than me, or literally we have to do, is put it into a little bun. That'S all I've done it's just that. I have to hairspray it because otherwise it all falls down, because I have some really short bits. So I didn't do that on camera, but um yeah. That'S why I'm looking like a little peep um. So the hair looks like this. It is the most gorgeous brown with blonde highlights. Like I said this shade is called Brandy um. It basically is literally this amount of hair, which is beautiful, um. It has a strip, so this is good. This is It's velcro, it's not focusing very well. This fits velcro and this bit is to the side, so you can wrap it round like that um. So you keep that aside. The inside looks like this. You have a little clip and like a little bit of lace. So that's like the top of your ponytail um. As you can see, this is a pretty spot-on match for me. Um it couldn't have been any better. You can. If you go on to the foxy locks website, they can color match you either by email or by DM. If you send them a photo of your hair. I didn't do that. Actually, I just guessed because I saw this on the website. I thought that's got to be my color and sure enough. It was so. I was very pleased. This is the fourth length that they have. They have. I think it's 16 inch 20 inch 22 inch, which is this and a 24 inch one. So you can decide on the length of your hair and it is 100 real, Remy human hair. So it feels gorgeous. You can straighten it curl it shampoo it do whatever you want to do to it. You can dye it if you want, although I'm not gon na dye mine, and it just feels gorgeous now the reason I wanted to try. This is simply because I want an easy hairstyle for being chronically sick and I wanted to see how lightweight and how this would feel. So, basically, all I'm gon na do now is pet it in and then we're going to discuss it. So this is a very rambly video. I'M very sorry, you guys know I'm a ramble ramble girl, I'm gon na steal a pillow because you, I always do this in every video, don't I I never think about it before I film, because I'm a there. We are okay anyway, so the hair comes in that box. It also comes in a fishnet, so it's all protected. I'Ve, obviously just taken out the fishnet um, I'm just playing with it as well, because I love the feeling of it. Um mine also came with this beautiful gold padded brush. It is a bit disgusting because, as you can see, I've obviously used it to put my hair up into a bun, but um you can buy this on the website. This was a free gift with the Black Friday sale. I don't know if they're still doing it, um yeah we're literally gon na put the hair in you guys can see what it looks like and then we're gon na discuss. Well, I think it's gon na for the chronically sick or not so literally, all you do is have your hair up like this. I'Ve just realized I've missed, I haven't, got a key ingredient, I'll be right back hold on. What I didn't mention is the hair also comes with um two of these bobby pin grips and two hair bands, but the hair bands are obviously in my hair and that you will need um either one or two also, I feel like. I'M quite does that help. I'Ve turned down the brightness a little bit. I feel like I'm not so blindingly pale again. Okay, I'm literally gon na pop it in so all you do. Is you directly behind where the clip is you pop that into the top of your BUN, and then you wrap it round? So that's literally all I'm gon na do is, as you can see, I'm literally this is quite hard to do without a mirror, uh sliding it into the top of the bun making sure it's in there as you can see, and then I'm wrapping it around the Bun with the velcro and that little bit of extra hair to secure it, you want to do this quite tight. Otherwise I found it does come loose and then might come undone and then you have this bit of hair free, oh see, I haven't quite done. It tight enough hold on okay, it's quite difficult to do without a mirror, and then you literally just wrap this top bit around. So I'm just going to do that. The only thing is, is I can't see what I'm doing right now, which makes this a little bit harder. Also, do you do you guys, like my um, my top, I feel like it's very Slytherin and I am actually in House of Slytherin for those that are wondering so I've wrapped it the whole way around. I'M now going to pin it in place, pin and then I'll show you what it looks like. Don'T you worry guys? This might look quite messy, because I obviously cannot see what I'm doing. Okay and there we go. That'S literally it the hair is in. You could have it Ariana Grande style, um high up or you could have it low, which sometimes I do so. Let me just what it looks like face on it's the most beautiful, shiny hair. If that isn't the perfect color match for me as well I'll do a little turn for you guys. You can see what it looks like from behind. So as you can see, this is it from the side and then this is it messy? I'M sorry! I can you see what it looks like with it looped around. I hope you can. It is the easiest like prettiest hair ever done the most complicated hold on. I need to sit with my spine again. The most complicated bit about this hair for me is actually putting it all back into a bun if you've got longer hair. That really will not be a problem. It'S just that my hair is so short. I have to literally hair spray it and sort it out in order to get it back properly. Um, especially the underneath bit. You probably saw I have Bobby pinned. It probably looks like a mess like I said I can't see so I don't know um. I hope it looks alright but yeah how and it's the most beautiful hair. It feels lovely, and it gives me my long hair back because when I first got chronically sick, I used to have long, hair um. Well, I say long hair. It wasn't as long as this it was probably down to about here. Um I used to have fairly long hair, and then I had to cut it all off, because the feeling of it the weight of it, I couldn't cope with it every day. So I had to Lop it all off. This is perfect because when it is in my hair, it's off my face. It'S off my face and it's out of the way, first of all, which is just really lovely, because I still struggle with the weight of it. On my head, the second thing, because this is just the ponytail so literally a clip in ponytail - it's so lightweight - it's not like normal extensions, where they're literally clip to your head. You know how they clip all the way around your head. I struggle with my other extensions doing that, because it still feels really heavy, because I can literally feel the clips and when I'm feeling really unwell, it makes my face feel like it's burn. If that makes sense, but because this is literally clipped into a bun in on the back of my head like at the top, cannot feel it um, it just feels like a normal ponytail. I cannot feel it it's not too heavy. It'S very lightweight um. It looks really natural really pretty like. I don't think you look at me and go. Oh my God. She'S got an extension in which I absolutely love. Little. Oh I've realized I've got the pillow there Shannon well done ruining the thumbnail um running the thumbnail, Shannon um yeah. So what do we think? Basically, My overall review is, if you want treat yourself and sometimes you like to have long hair. I really highly recommend foxy loves. I just feel like they look stunning um they'll color match you, it feels beautiful and the fact that it's so lightweight it can clip in your hair. You know if I have like I just heard my mum on the phone. So if you can hear mum, I'm sorry if I want to change up my appearance, it's the perfect way to do it because it's real hair, It's Gon na Last me forever. So I feel like it's an investment, but if I have a party and I'm well enough, I think I don't have any Christmas parties this year. Don'T worry, but I for Christmas day, I'm gon na wear this and I'm gon na be like yeah. I have my long hair back, it's part of gaining so part of my identity. Back, like I said when I first got chronically sick. I lost this part of me. I lost this long hair part of me that I really strongly identified with I really strongly identified with, and I didn't have it anymore, whereas I feel like I have that part of me back and I can choose when I have it. If I feel well enough - and I want to play - and I want to change up my style and I want to have long hair - I can and easily I just clip it in, but if I'm like, I can't do that. I need short hair.
