Amazon Ponytail Extension Try On & Review! | Isaichairstyle

Hi guys welcome back to my channel, so in today's video i'm going to be showing you another ponytail extension. So i've done a couple on my channel before one was from ebay. It was pretty cheap, it wasn't great quality and another one was from zala hair that i actually bought secondhand off of the app depop. It was a lot better quality, but it was a bit heavy and i just don't think it was really worth the price. The one i'm reviewing today was actually sent to me by an amazon seller. I'Ve linked them in the description below. So i chose the hair color that best suited my hair, which is brown. I have got a little highlights in it since i ordered it, but it's nothing too noticeable. So this is the ponytail. It'S super bouncy. It'S already got curls in it, which is really handy because i've got straight hair and it does not curl whatsoever. So it's nice. I can just put this on and have curly hair. It'S super soft. It has no shine to it. It just looks like healthy hair. It'S also just got this little velcro and then it comes with obviously this bit of hair to wrap around your hair tie. Then it's just got a little clip which you stick into the base of your bun i'll. Show you how to do that and then this little weft just goes over your bun and conceals it. So it's really really nice. It'S soft, it's great quality and it did come with some bobby pins and a couple of hair ties, which is great because i don't have any bobby pins and i lose on my hair ties. So that's really handy. It also did just come in a hair net, which is a great way to keep the hair from getting all messy and it did come in plastic, and it was straight it wasn't all bent, so it didn't come crinkled, so that was really handy as well. So in this video i'm going to show you how to actually install it, and i'm also going to talk about the quality of the ponytail and tell you if it's right for you, so what i'm going to do. First, is i'm actually going to put my hair up into a ponytail and then we're going to go from there, so i'm just going to put it in a bit of a larry ponytail excuse my tan lines. By the way i was at the beach on the weekend and i got a little bit sunburned, i'm going to start off with this clip and i'm sort of just going to flip it over i'm going to stick it into the base of my bun. So that's stuck in there and that's not going anywhere, then what i'm going to do is i'm going to take this bit of velcro and i'm just going to wrap this around. So now that that's stuck, i can hear that stuck it's safe for me to wrap this all the way around my hair, and i'm just doing this to conceal my hair tie, and you want to do this quite tight as well to make sure it doesn't go Anywhere so now that that's wrapped around all the way, i'm just going to grab one of the bobby pins they gave me and i'm just going to make sure that hair stays in place. So i've only used one and it already feels really secure. So i'm just going to give this a brush all right, so that is in, and i love it. I just love how bouncy it is. It'S got so much more volume than my normal hair. Does i'm not sure if you can see it on camera, but this has no shine whatsoever like obviously it's got shine, but it just looks like i've washed, my hair, it looks like my hair. I'Ve had synthetic wigs before and they do not look as realistic as this, and i don't need to brush it because it's not tangling, i just it's very soft and i like brushing it i'll, show you what it looks like a 360 zoom around. Look how bouncy it is. So that's it on the front. That'S it on the side, that's it from behind i'll turn around a bit more. So that's it from behind and the one thing i did find about my zala hair extension, which everyone raves about is that it was so heavy like. I constantly felt like my head was tilted like that all night, but this does not feel heavy at all. I think i put it in a little off-center, that's on me, but that's okay, yeah it just it, doesn't feel heavy. It feels like my hair and it doesn't feel like it's slipping. That'S another thing about the heavy extensions is that you just think you're going to lose your ponytail at the end of the night, but this just doesn't feel heavy and if you do have any concerns, you've got bobby pins. You can pop one around the whole thing and it's just not going to go anywhere. It does blend in really nicely with my hair. As i said, i did get some highlights, but because this is all dark and the root of my hair is dark as well as the under part. It just looks really really nice and natural i'll just stand up a little bit, so you can just see how long it is. So that's it from behind! It'S actually a lot longer than i thought it was i'm going on holiday soon, and i'm bringing this with me, because i cannot be bothered to do my hair when i'm going out for dinner. So this is just gon na save. So much time it just it looks very put together, especially with the sleekness of this hair and then a little bit of craziness with the curls. It really looks like i made an effort with my appearance when i didn't this took me less than a minute to do and another thing about my zala hair extension. Is it takes me a lot of time to wrap it around? I don't know if it's because the strand is really long or i'm not sure what it is, but it just takes me a long time to get it into place. This was really quick and the hair tie is completely covered. So it's great if you're worried about the hair tie, showing, of course you can wear a smaller one but, as i said with my hair, it's nice to have a thick hair tie like the ones they supplied me and you can't see it, and it just gives Me a little bit more support. I don't feel like my bun's going anywhere. You can't even see my bum too. That'S great! I don't feel cautious wearing this. I don't feel like i'm gon na, be you know, trying to cover my bun or anything all night, everything's. Hidden, it's really really great. I do love it at this length. I think it looks very sleek. You know just very put together, but i might just try it high and just see what that looks like, because i might like that too, and if you're watching this and you like you, know the ariana grande high ponytails, then it's good to see how that would Look all i got ta do to take it out is just remove my one bobby pin and then just unwrap that strand that i put around undo the velcro and then just unclip it. It didn't even get stuck in my hair as well. I honestly just cannot get over how soft it is. I did not expect it to be so soft, it's really nice. So for my high ponytail, what i'm going to do is i'm just going to undo my current bun and i'm going to do a higher up button and see how i go. I think for this, what i might do is brush my hair like that and see how i go so i'm thinking this is a good length for my other bun and i'm going to do the same thing. This is how i doing my buns i just twist, and then i wrap again. If i was wearing this out, i would sleek my hair back with just some mousse or hairspray. Just for a more seamless look, maybe just sort this out. I did lose a little bit of hair here once in a glue accident and i'm going to do the exact same thing, except on the top of my head, because you've seen it from the back, i'm going to show you what it looks like from the front. Doing it so i'm going to stick that in the base. That'S not going anywhere and i just need to make sure this is separated. I don't want anything getting stuck in the velcro and then you can hear the velcro stick together. That'S how you know you've done it again be pretty tight when you wrap this around again, i'm just going to use my bobby pin and tuck in the last little hair that is cute as well. This might be a little bit too high for how i normally have my hair, just because i love my hair in a low sleek ponytail. I just think it suits me a lot better, but i know lots of people that, like their hair like this, i think this is very cute as well. Actually, it's a lot cuter with this bouncy curly hair, because you can see the hair. When i have my straight hair, you can't see it and i just look like i've got short hair. I just can't believe how realistic it looks. It looks like i have curly hair i've never had curly hair when i curl my hair like this, it doesn't even look that good. So that's what it looks like on the side. It is very cute and it's it's a lot more supportive up on the top of my head. It wasn't heavy before, but it's definitely not. I can't even feel i'm wearing it now a lot of the time with hair extensions, especially the ponytails. I get just headaches in my temples and this feels so light. I can definitely see myself going out dancing with this on because i would just not be worried about it going anywhere. I think once you put it on it's just there for the night, that's what it looks like up close. I could have done this a little bit tighter. I didn't grab all the hair when i put it around, so that's on me i'll show you again just the whole angle, all right, so that's it from the front. That'S it from the side! That'S it from behind and i love how it sits shoulder length here. It'S kind of fun having shorter hair just for the day. It'S really cute, i don't know which one i prefer. I thought i preferred the lower ponytail, but the more i look at this on. I think i prefer the higher it's really hard to tell. I think it's great because you definitely couldn't see the bun before, but this time it's impossible to find the bun, unless you purposely lift my hair up and look and even so you'd have to pull all the way. So i think this would be great for clubbing or somewhere windy, because you're not worried about anything showing whatsoever, but yeah i'm really impressed with just how real this looks, but yeah i'm really impressed with this. I'Ve been raving on about it for a while sorry, this video, so i'm gon na wrap this video up. My final thoughts are, i'm so impressed with this extension. If i'm honest it's better than the ebay ones, i've tried and it's better than the zara human hair extension. I'Ve tried. I know it's crazy because zal is meant to be the it brand, but it's just so heavy. This is not heavy at all. It'S not going to give me headaches if i wear it for a whole day at work or go out on it. So i'm just really impressed i'm definitely going to be looking at what else they have on offer again. Thank you so much to this brand for pairing with me, i was so excited to test your product.
