Once Papaji crew, what is up it's your girl, graceful chechi back with another banger, and today i'm gon na, be showing you guys how i get my side swoop, part with my high bun. This look is so cute like it is so cute yeah did. I mention that it's so cute, like. I think this look is awesome, so just stay tuned and i'ma break it down, step by step for your gal, alright, y'all. So first things: first, we are going to grab our cold, make sure it's a good cone that you can make very, very clean crisp parts with whoo that was a tongue twister clean crisp parts, okay, so next we're gon na do our side part. So what I did was I made a little side part and then I parted some hair for the bang. I didn't use a lot of hair. I used a medium amount. You can look in the video and see um the way that I did my part. I just didn't want to use too much here, because I feel like too much hair makes it a little bit harder for the side tube to really really lay down, feel free to go back in and clean up any of the parts that you feel like aren't. As crisp, you know, like I remember what I said like a crisp part, looks so nice next, we're gon na grab a clip and just clip away the side bag for now, like we're, not gon na. Do anything to the big right now. Next, we're gon na go in with our eco styler and use that to slick our hair and see the ponytail. Okay, hey. Let me know if you guys know any good hair gel, because eco styler is good, but I know that there's, like some bomb hair gels out there. So if you know a good one that I should try and use in my next video, please comment down below and put this on. Okay, so I'm gon na be putting my hair into a mini bun, because I'm gon na be using a fake ponytail. In this look, if your hair is long enough or you don't want to use a fake ponytail here is where you could make the regular puffy curly ponytail with your hair. If you want to use a fake ponytail, throw it in a bun like what I'm doing. Alright, now that our ponytail is super super slick, we are going to bring our attention back to the swoop, bang that we're doing so. For me personally, my hair stretch, just is not long enough, like my hair is short like y'all, I just cut my hair off like three years ago. My hair is short. It'S not long at all. Well, oh, no, oh ho! What I'm gon na need to do? Just to make sure that my swoop bang is really a small flick. Bang I'm gon na have to flat iron my hair, I'm gon na Flatiron it on medium heat stole. I'M not done. I'M gon na make sure that I just do a quick run-through. Nothing crazy! Not gon na burn my hair off, like they do with in a dominican salon and also I'm gon na make sure I use heat protectant as well. I'M I know I know I know different outfit. It'S light outside completely different day. You caught me. I got tired. Last night, so I just knocked out: okay, oh, but we're gon na pick up right where we left off and I'm back with my bang being straightened next, we're coming in with the edge booster, which is definitely one of my favorite favorite edge controls. I love this edge control like I use it for, like my heavy-duty Styles like if I know I want a style to last all day, all night all week I'll go with my style pack, the edge booster, ok! So now we're gon na do our slick down. So, first things: first, what I found that has helped me is splitting up the areas that I sleep intersection. So, instead of doing my entire side, bang all at once, I would section off a little piece of hair and then flick that part down first, as soon as I know, that part is slick, I section off another piece of hair and then I slick that part Down so that just helps you know, keep it really really nice keep it sleek make sure that you've got every single piece. I don't know doing it all at once. It just doesn't work for me like I've redid, this bank piece like this, the side swoop, portions, I've redone it twice. This is the third time I'm doing it so the first two times that I actually attempted it. I didn't section it off, so I feel like sectioning. It definitely made it a lot easier for me, okay, so um. When I'm on the last piece, I'm just gon na make sure that I keep my bank a little bit. It won't be like a crazy swoop, but I want to make sure that it's not just a straight side slit. I want it a little bit swooped out to the front at this point. Wherever we can, we are adding bobby pins, so I usually add them to the bottom of my stool, just so that they're super concealed okay and when we're done with our salute portion, we're gon na move on to the other side. Don'T forget about the other side of your hair y'all we're just gon na make sure that our edges are late on the other side. Lay that woulda T it doesn't have to be the most amazing like exaggerated edges, but I think, like a really calm natural edge. Look since this look is already a lot, I think natural arches outside are gon na be perfect. Here you can kind of see them on a bobby, pin, soda use as well as how I used it to keep my sweet bang to the side. Almost there almost there yeah how you holdin up since how you open up Larry, so next we're gon na go in with the wrapping strips, and these are I love these strips because sometimes when you have like a hairstyle that requires a lot of gel. If you don't want to use your bonnet to sleek it down, like you, don't want to use like your regular scarf to sleek it down, because then it gets it all messy, and then you got ta wash it and then, like the next time you use it. You can't use it cause, it got gel on it. You see it's just a ripple effect like you. Just don't want that. So I love these wraps trips. It comes with like 200 in a pack. One pack is like $ 5, and these you can throw away when you're done using so they're great. They help keep your looks slick. They help keep your look, they help dry, your look and you can just throw it away when you're done using it alright. So next I'm going in with my fake ponytail, I love a good fake ponytail. I feel like a fake ponytail is like the Holy Grail when it comes to protective hairstyles, like you can fake any type of ponytail by just going to the beauty supply store. Like I love the ponytail that I'm using for this look is called quasi doll. It'S in the color one it's by made beauty I'll leave all the details below I purchased it from the beauty supply store. Mine was about like twelve dollars, but the curly ponytail is optional. If you want to use a different kind of curly ponytail, you can, if you want to use a straight ponytail, go ahead, sit if you want to use your real ponytail more power to use this like this look can be switched up in so many ways like Use mine for the basics, but then really switch it up. You know, and this ponytail is a drawstring ponytail. So what that means is that there is gon na be two combs included in the ponytail and there's also gon na be a string you attach on the two cones to the front and back of your bun, and then you use that drawstring to basically cinch the Actual ponytail to your hair, to make it tighter around your bun for security. So that's awesome. Okay and after 20 to 25 minutes has passed. We'Re gon na remove the rap from her head all right awesome. We are almost there y'all almost there's, so our next step is gon na, be to basically get the curly ponytail to the shape that we want it. So um this ponytail came a little bit. You know not perfect on our team, better ponytails. So what I'm gon na do is just shape it a little bit just so that it can look the way that I want it. I'M just gon na be using pins to kind of just like tuck some parts tuck some curls like make some curls longer stretch. Some curls out things like that, so you can just watch that process and, yes, we're done with the style. So now is the optional part. These are the clips that I'm gon na be using to basically give my bang that pop I got these clips from Amazon. I want to say it's like a pack of 50 for like six dollars, I'm gon na leave the link below and what I'm gon na do is just pick. My favorite, colors and kind of just flip them on super super super self-explanatory. Have you liked this video? Yet hold up hold up hold up. I'M gon na need you to go hit that, like button real quick, though I'm gon na, need you to hit that like button real quick, though hi guys, what's up thanks so much for watching this video. I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial as much as I enjoyed making this look, even though the swoop took me three times guys, like I'd, have to do the swoop over three times, and you guys yeah. I mean I to make it into it, but even though I had to do the swoop over three times, I still think this look is super cute like in the clips, though the clips. Don'T the clips really make it like pop and really stand out, so I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial thanks so much for riding with your girl. I really appreciate it and I love you guys so much like. I really do. I I'll see you guys in the next video peace
