This was sent to me by Halo for review consideration however all opinions, thoughts and words from my mouth are my own! I also did a review on the clip ins which I bought and paid for myself.

Enjoy!

Hi guys so today I want to talk about the halo, hair extensions and this time the actual halo rather than the clip-ins. It comes. It'S basically one left it's very thick and it comes just on this wire here. The miracle wire. Oh, it's like see-through, very thin, but sturdy. So I'm going to talk about my hair again. I did this in the previous video for the clippings, but just for anyone who's not seen it I'm going to do it again. I have hair that is shorter than the recommended length for extensions on this side. It'S about ear links on this side. It'S almost shoulder length and at the back, it's kind of mr. Mathis long here and short here, it's at the horrible growing out stage where it's got no real style. I can't wear it down because it does just looks ridiculous, so I sometimes go in a ponytail trying to grab it it's taking forever. So it's nice to have certain extensions to try and help, whilst it's growing out, okay, so first of all putting it in it takes five minutes. All you need is. Ideally you want a like a parting comb with the long thin handle I've lost mine. So I'm using just a tiny makeup brush, but you can use a pencil, maybe even your little finger, so you just get the wire place it. Wherever is comfortable. I place mine about here and push the hair down and then using the brush. You want to pull your hair over the wire to hide it just do it quite quickly at first and then just go around neaten it up a bit and then just brush over a little now with having shorter hair. It'S not going to be as easy to blend it in as if we had longer hair, so you have to sort of try it out, try and find ways to make it fit. For me, I have found the best way to make the halo work with my shorter hair is to put it in as more and then what I will need to do is to style it properly. I would need to really straighten the top, so it kind of curves round and then I'm going to curly extensions and curl this side of my hair. Bring it round to the side - maybe put a few pins around here and have it sitting like this. So, to make the halo work in my shorter hair, I think the best thing to do is to curl the extensions before putting them in and then curling my own hair to blend in with the curls that you can see that I've already killed the extensions. Now I just need to apply over my longer areas and curl. Those two, the good thing about this is, it doesn't have to be exact. You can just sort of messily curl them only hair straighteners. I don't have kind of ones which would probably be much easier and there you go. That is how you make the halo work if you have slightly shorter hair. I think this is a great great idea. It takes literally a few moments if I'm not filming, things are usually curled. I just quickly whiz over my hair curls pop it in to the side, and it makes such a difference. This is going to be a staple, whilst my hair is growing out now. The one thing that I worried about a little bit was stability, but it's staying places. It can just fall off or snap. So I'm going to show you me wearing it to my day to day life, tidying as I need to right now, going out for a meal going out for drinks and how it fares. You

OtherSideofCool: I have the clip ins too (and also did a video on them!) and I love them just as much. I tend to wear the halo more in the evening and the clip ins day to day. I hope you get on with them xx

Cate: Nicely done, well matched, and I'll bet your hair has grown out considerably since you filmed this. I just had a thought for you and others watching though. I've worn extensions of all sorts including falls and wigs, bonded individual strand extensions and sewn in braided extensions.  I always always had my extensions cut to fit - which you could do yourself but its tricky and recommended since once cut its cut, that you take the Halo into an extension artist for cutting in place. Then your shorter hair will blend right into a layered extension piece  :-)  It looks fabulous when you do this. I'm going to purchase one of these as it will be easier on my hair than the ones attached to my hair.  I hope to get a color match as good as yours! Cheers

Jessica Grantham: Thank you so much for this video! I have been looking for someone with my length hair using these type of extensions! you gave me great ideas :) I cant wait to get mine in the mail. :)

Butterfly 9: Windy, I wanted to tell you. I was told by the lady that colors my hair to start taking Biotin. It's natural and can be bought anywhere very cheap. My hair was 22 inches long until this new lady trimmed my hair. I only wanted 1' taken off. She cut a 22' gap in the middle and fucked the rest of it up. I bought the Halo 22' layered. It's very heavy. It has 3 wafts. Anyway just try the Biotin. You'll see a difference in 2 months.

Barbara Joyce Martin-Dowell: You matched the color of your hair with the extension perfectly!

Butterfly 9: Windy, I love what you did to your hair with your hidden crown. I think on the short side if you wore a wide headband you wouldn't have to worry about curling the short side to come over to the other side . Just my opinion.

Celine Cardoso: Thank you so much this helps a lot because i have short hair just like you and im searching for extensions to blend in my hair

Hayley C: Very useful review; finally decided to buy myself a Halo :) Also, what song is it you use? I absolutely love it! xx

OtherSideofCool: Hi! The colours are shown pretty true to life on the halo website however if you're unsure which colour would be best you can email or tweet them with some clear pics of your hair and they will recommend the best colour match :)

Lola Kamilien: What is the color that you're using? My hair color is just like yours and your halo extension matches perfectly ;) so what color did you use?

Sheren A.: u pull off ur real hair really well i love it on you!

OtherSideofCool: Sorry to hear you feel this way. I mean real hair is real hair, not sure how it can feel fake but maybe it would be worth actually emailing them to let them know if you feel it's not up to standard? As for packaging- not sure what you expected really- it comes in a Halo Hair box, then in a brown parcel box...

Pammy M H: they look great. ☺

PurpleHaze: How do you manage to get the right colour?

passionist: like it but i think you could use 2 halo s, one that is a bit more lower and one that is more higher, then you have thicker hair :) with short hair you have to fill up more for the natural look hope that help xoxo.

Vegas_Born88 Gaming: you should try putting it an inch or 2 from the front of your head, I have a halo short hair, damaged and it helps a lot.

Proper Heaux: 5 years later... I come across your video & I think your accent is awesome !1! (I'm American) #stillcool :)

Olivia Faith: We have the same leather studded jacket

Pristine Persians: There's a ton of extensions called halo. Not sure which ones are the best.

Ellie: What is the comfort level? I don't want to spend this kind of money if I don't like it. Can you feel it during the day does it slip off?

Jade Amy: Ok thanks, mine are synthetic :( Your so pretty btw :)

RLI-ART: so cute with long hair....

Heaven Comiskey: I just got my halo today.I'm really dissapointed the hair looks really fake barbie like.It was packaged cheaply. it looks like it should have cost around 10-15 dollars. very sad

eunises ruiz: but war happens is the string snaps......
