Best Affordable 5X5 Closure Wig | Luvme Hair

All right, you guys welcome back to my channel. So, as you can see in today's video, we will be reviewing this wig that i got from love me hair. It came in this beautiful purple packaging, as you guys can see. If you don't know anything about me, my favorite color is purple. I'M giving you guys a brief insight on what you can expect in your box. As you can see, they packaged the weekend. It'S a beautiful purple, organza bag with the gold lettering, love me hair and also it came with two wig caps. They included, and also a pamphlet for care instructions for the week, also return policies, all the things you need to know, and i want to give a big shout out to love me hair for sponsoring me this week to do this review for you guys i so Appreciated those shots out to your, as you number see, this is a 5x5 closure weave they even attached a band in it. So you don't have to worry about that ready for you to wear it glue list. They also include adjustable strap in the back and also a total of four combs one in the back twenty sides and one in the center very full wig. So these are some of the things you're going to need. We have our quick blue bleach and we also have a 40 volume developer now. I do not recommend if you are not used to bleaching your knots that you use a 40 volume developer. I would suggest you even go lower, maybe 20, maybe 30, if you're kind of experienced you feel like you could do it. You won't forget if you're forgetful, please go with the 20.. If you know you're going to be quick to run off and go do something and you're trying to close and you're trying to tend to the kids, get you a 20 okay, because you'll have a longer stint of leaving that bleach on your knives. So please also, you want a thick consistency. Consistency of bleach, you want to make sure it's almost kind of the consistency of toothpaste or just something pasty so make sure you're not doing it too thin, because you don't want it to run through or seep through your lace and get on the hair. And then that's how you end up looking like you got a big old, bald spot, so be very careful of that. So you want to do a big. I normally just add my developer in slowly at a time until i'm happy with the consistency of the bleach. So what i like to do is take a holding spray just to you know kind of push the baby hairs back away from the front of the lace. So that way, when i bleach my knots, i'm not accidentally bleaching my hairs on top of the wig. So that's a good step to do so with this band. I also took two bobby pins because i've never had a wig like this before so to keep that band out of the way. While i bleach my knots, i kind of use two bobby pins to kind of pin it to the size of the wig, so it'll be clear and free for me to be able to bleach so i'm using a silicone applicator to apply my bleach. Normally i use a spoon but because i did not have a plastic spoon on hand. I didn't use a spoon because it's not good to use a dinner spoon or something that you eat with, that is mellow aluminum or just silver. It'S not good to use those things because those disturb the activation process of the bleach, the processing of the bleach. So if you don't have anything plastic on hand, i would not suggest you use a spoon, but for the most part i suggest you use a spoon. So if you are someone who keeps plastic utensils in your household, then definitely use a spoon to bleach your knots on your already constructed wheat trust me. It'S a game changer. If you did not know about it now, you know use a spoon is so of course i wash the wig out, i let it dry overnight, and this is what it is looking like. So far, nice full thick luscious everything i'm going in with the blow dryer to kind of knock some of the waves out of it. This is a bodyweight week, so of course, the head body waves, but i'm just trying to shrink some of it out before i go in and cut now, i'm going to be showing you guys how to put in this video y'all, i'm showing y'all a quick way, But the angling, and because i can't get like a good angle on everything, because i am working in limited space um my place is not big at all. On top of that, it's a big aquarium than behind that curtain. Trust me and it's stuff all up against the wall. It'S just very limited. I'M just gon na be transparent, 100 percent, honest with y'all. I cannot pull it back. I have to have my backdrops up because yeah it's a myth behind now and girl. That'S not gon na be the site y'all gon na be too busy. Looking at all the drunk. That'S behind the curve opposed looking at this video, so girl. I tried to give you guys a good demonstration, but you probably won't get it, but if you kind of see what i'm doing i don't know y'all like i was just not happy with this footage at all. Basically, what i'm doing i lean it back and you come out of hair down you take it, you gather it up and you cut it bluntly. So when you lift it back up, layers will fall in the back. Then you turn around and do the same thing to the front. See i don't know if y'all don't get this, i rather i would have seen it but i'm leaving in the video, because some people might get what i'm doing, but i'm very unsure of it. But just in case you do, i left it in the video because y'all really can't see the most important part of it, but yeah. That'S how i could i want to give y'all an in-depth tutorial on really how i do this, because it's so easy. It'S so much more easy and it's like a foolproof way to get layers in your hair without chopping and butchering your hair and guessing what you have to do. I just went in and cut me some shorter bang pieces for the most part, but that's about it. I mean, if you guys get it, then i mean you get it. If you don't i'll, try it again and next time i do a better job at it, busted girl. So if you guys seen my last video, then you know the routine go in with our wax. Stick we're going to tame those flyaways lay those edges with that hot comb. So this is definitely a step that you want to take. If you want a slayed wig 17, so i'm sectioning off the hair right here, getting ready to prepare it for curling. I always go straight down the middle of my wigs and then i put one side out of the way and then i proceed to section off the other side and begin curling it now, with this curling style, i like to part a large chunk of the hair Horizontal and then i like to go in in a slanted vertical technique and curl the hair away from the face under curling it with the flare iron. As you can see, that skinny open part of the curler is underneath, and then i clamp it underneath. And then i roll it around. I hope you guys get what i'm saying most of you may be. Visual learners, like me, really don't need a aggravating voice in the background trying to tell me how to do it when i could just watch on how to do it so right now i'm going to shut up and let you guys watch you don't have to worry. I'M not going to curl the whole week on camera, i'm just going to show you guys a few rounds of how i am curling the wig and then i'm going to jump onto the next thing so continue to watch. Also, it will be wise to have some type of clam. I like to use double clamps to kind of set the hair. So that way you can continue to curl, you don't have to hold it, so it can cool, so your curls can be fit. So that's also a good tip. Get you some good build clamps, so it can hold the hair for you and you continue to move on, so the curling process won't take as long i'll hear hope about here ho. First of all, let me tell y'all this scene right here is very comical that damn ring light. Oh my god had me sweating, like we didn't used to perform it at arena, like literally my upper lip, was switching so bad yeah. I was so frustrated and aggravated and for some reason i just got a really high scene in front of this light, so girl. This whole part right here is a whole struggle, but you know what i'm leaving in the video, so y'all can look at it. I'M trying to cut the lace off my razor dual.
