I'M 37 years old and i started losing my hair when i was 17., and this is not a topic that is easy for me to talk about, but i'm going to share with you today how i not only stopped my hair loss but reversed it and grew Back my hair and i'm gon na show you my before and afters. I did all of this, naturally without any surgery without any medical intervention, and i do believe that this video today is going to help a lot of people who might be experiencing hair loss. Hi guys, my name is ashley salvatore welcome back to my channel, if you're new here hit that subscribe button and be sure to check out my instagram, where i am active every single day with motivation, inspiration and just to help, you live your best life. Today'S topic is one that i struggled with for years to share this, because it's one of those things that is really hard for a female for women to start losing their hair. Now a little bit of a background, my grandmother lost most of her hair. She wore like a cap thing for, like 40 years genetically um, my hair started falling out and getting very thin from the time i was about. 17 is really when i started noticing it. My mom told me that my grandmother felt really bad that she basically gave me this gene and you know whatever the reason for this. You know it's not diet related for me. In my case it may be for you if it is for you diet related. Then you may want to try some other things. You need to kind of work on that specific scenario or situation if you have sudden hair loss, that might be a little bit different, but i do actually think that these methods that i'm going to talk about today that help me grow. My hair back would really help anyone with any sort of hair loss scenario, but i do recommend that you talk to your doctor and consult a physician before you do anything regarding your health or hair, or anything like that. Okay, so let's get into this, i started losing my hair, very young age and it continually progressively got worse and worse, and then i had kids and then it got worse and worse and worse and i'll show you my before photo right here of at my worst And that was just a couple years ago i decided to take it into my own hands. I was, i didn't want to lose at all. You know what i mean. I didn't want to lose all my hair, so i did some research. I started doing some research and i came across some things and the very first thing that i decided to try was red light therapy. You may have heard of red light therapy, it's very, very popular. It'S all over the place. I actually even just got like a sauna blanket for red light therapy to help with, like cellulite and um, to help induce a sweat and sort of that sort of thing, infrared sauna. I have one of those but separately for hair. My first introduction to red light therapy was with this cap. Just let you guys know, i don't sponsor any of the brands that i'm talking about today. I don't even earn a commission from anything if you purchase any of these products, it doesn't impact me in any way. This is literally just the strategy that i was using and everything that i'm saying is just completely my own experience, opinion and that sort of thing i do love these products. They'Ve changed my life they've changed the game for my hair, which leads to more confidence which has led to success in my business too, because without that i lacked confidence to be able to put myself on camera, to be able to put myself forward to be doing Things like this, creating videos which has built and grown my business, so there's a huge ripple that this whole thing has basically led to within my life, but getting back to the topic very first thing that i decided to try. It was a huge investment. I had to take a huge leap of faith that this would work without, knowing that it would actually work. I just had to believe that it would so i invested in this cap now. What this cap is. It has all of these lasers. I got the most expensive one that has the most lasers. I believe it's about 275 red light, lasers. Okay, what i really liked about this cap was that you only have to wear it for six minutes a day, and so with my routine. What i did was, i would take a shower every morning and then i would blow dry my hair and then i would put this cap on and it's got the little button. You push the button, the red lights turn on and it goes for six minutes and while this thing is going, i do my makeup okay, so this has been my my in my routine and i really haven't talked about it on this channel or in my vlogs Or in my what i even date, things because i wasn't sure if this was going to work and so i've kind of kept this part of it kind of secret um. Also, it's embarrassing like it just is like hair loss, for whatever reason is embarrassing. It'S like an embarrassing topic. It'S really actually hard for me to actually create this video. I just know by me sharing, what's working for me and what's helped me, it's gon na help a lot, a lot of people. I just know it, and so i'm gon na put that aside and i'm gon na share it with you guys um with hopes that whatever i share with you today is gon na impact, your life so um six minutes a day and uh off the top of My head, i don't know how long i've used this so far, but i know it's been years, so it's been a couple years. I will put the exact date right here when i can go back and i can actually look up when i started this. How long it's been okay, since i've started using this cap, i've been religious with it. I have not missed. Maybe i missed a day here or there, but every day i do it and it's it's no problem. It'S not painful. It doesn't there's no issues. The biggest thing is time and also money. Okay, so, like i said, is expensive. This is how much mine cost they do have other options that have less lights. I, but i don't have experience with those. I know there are other products as well. There are like light brushes you can use, i don't know how well those work. I wanted something. This was almost like my last ditch effort to try to reverse this myself before i looked into things like hair transplant surgery and different things like that, because i was desperate like i just don't want to lose all my hair, i just don't. I was really impressed with the results that i got from this now. I added on top of this an extra layer, okay, so with the routine of this, they do sell like different lotions and stuff that you can put on your hair and i've tried them. But the problem is you put it on your scalp and it makes your hair gunky uh different texture. You know what i'm talking about when you put product in your hair. It'S just it's not the same, especially hair loss products. I'Ve tried them all over the years. You know well, i can't really say that, because i haven't tried them all, but you know we know i'm talking about like the rogaine for women all of those things and they definitely make your hair. Doesn'T it doesn't style? Well, i found on the internet this which i was really excited about and i'm bringing it to you guys today because it works, because i i think it was about one year into the cap that i decided to add on these shampoos and this lotion. And so, if you can't afford the cap, i strongly recommend you go out and you get at least this system. Okay, it's going to blow your mind, you guys the results that you get when you do this consistently, but i do believe the cap is accelerating it for me. The results that i'm getting with this. So here's how it comes. First, we'll talk about this. Like solution. All right, so it comes like this, and the little guy is kind of sliding around here i have this delivered monthly, okay and it's called vegamore grow. If you can see that there okay, they have a couple different kinds. I started with the lower efficiency one: it's pink. This one has um additional properties in here. There is cbd in this one and this one is supposed to get the best results, and so i, for the majority of the time i've been using this one. So, like i've been doing this over a year and again, i will give you exact time right here. Once i go back - and i look at my receipts from when i bought it and when i actually started using it, apply once daily for three to four months for visible results, continue use to maintain. I use this every single day and there's no residue. It'S not you, don't even notice it on your head, um. I do fill up like three droppers full and i just like squirt it all over my scalp. I rub it in and i get it in there really really good and then i blow dry my hair, and then i put the cap on and so this stuff. I i really strongly recommend, and the thing is when i first got it, i would i used it and then like i was very infrequent with it and i was like i have to be consistent with this routine. If i want to see results, i got to be consistent with it. You can't just use something every once in a while. You got to do it every single day, so i tried to get it into like my routine every single day after my shower put it on right before i blow dry, my hair, and then i put my cap on so this is made with ingredients clinically shown In some subject to reduce shedding by up to 76 and increase the appearance of the hair density up to 51 percent uh, i will tell you guys: it's amazing cruelty. Free, it's 100 vegan! It'S gluten-free paraben, free hormone-free, toxin-free, dye-free, synthetic fragrance-free, um, a bunch of other things that i can't even pronounce free, castor, oil-free and petroleum free, and so this was really good, okay guys. So i would suggest you guys get this. This made a huge difference in in my hair growth, and i think that it really um supercharged things for me now. In addition to that, once i started seeing results from that, i was like you know what i need to do. I need to get more like i want to get more results, so i added on their shampoo, it's very expensive, like i'm talking um, i believe for the two of these, like 70 or so, for the shampoo i'll, put the price right here. What i actually paid but off the top of my head, i think that's what it is right around there, but it's worth it it's so worth it, i'm very, very sensitive with my hair, because it's so thin, i have to use specific types of shampoos, or else I have issues and these the shampoo and the conditioner i can do it the conditioner all the way up to my root and then it washes out clean and i have no issues at all. It doesn't weigh my hair down. I really really love it: fortified with broad spectrum cbd to bring you visibly thicker fuller, healthier hair made with vegan b silk protein smooth steeply hydrates repairs damaged, hair cuticles. They also have it in the formula that does not have cbd that's another option. I started with that moved on to this, so i kind of like graduated into the more expensive program when i realized that this actually works, and so i have this coming every single month. I have this coming every single month and this has been like my strategy and these these two things are like my one-two punch like i do these things every single day and i believe my results came from that, so you can check out my before and afters. Okay, so this was my before this is what it was like. I got guys i got ta tell you. It was extremely painful, like just in life in general, just feeling, like i'm very young, but it's like aging me rapidly, just losing my hair, like this. The other thing that's really cool about the cap, is it actually gets rid of gray hair and it works like i on the top of my head, i don't have gray hair but like underneath i will. I have gray hair. Like i don't know. If the camera can even see this, but i do and um so that's helped me so like i don't have to dye my hair and like different things like that that you wouldn't even think about, but it is really cool this red light therapy. It helps with gray hair and if you have gray, hair you'll notice, the strand will be gray and then your root will start being brown or whatever color your hair is so i think that's a cool um feature of that cap. That'S definitely worth it. So, let's talk about what i did while i'm focusing on growing my hair back and how i concealed my thinning hair. Okay. So over the years you've seen me on this channel if you've been watching for a while, you've seen the different stages of my hair thinning. So at first i was using this hair building, fibers um, basically all over my head and then, and it would get really really thick in like the hairline and then it's just not natural to just be completely filled in at the hairline and so like. You would see that in my old videos, because i didn't really know what i was doing - i was just trying to like hide my scalp. So then i figured something out. That'S really cool and i found this stuff. This gray away root touch up magnetic powder from everpro, and i decided to give this a try. Okay and this stuff works so well on the hairline, and you can kind of still see your like. You can build it right. So it's like buildable coverage and give it like a makeup for your hair, and so what i do is i will just like fill in. It comes with this little this little pad and the powder, and i just dip it in here and then i first will fill in my hairline and fill that in and some and what i'll do is i'll pull up my hair a little bit, and i will Just fill it in and i do use this only on like my hairline area and then i use this still to this day to fill in all the other areas. So i'll kind of like lift up my hair in like these larger areas and i'll like dump it on, and especially in, like the back the back of my hair, it's really easy to just kind of like dump this around and have it. You know fill in like the back of my head and some people, you know it might be seeing and experiencing hair loss like on the crown area, and so that's really good to like fill that in the colors i use is medium brown. Okay, medium brown works. Really really well for me, and i even have pretty dark hair. The dark, brown or the black is way too dark for me and it's noticeable, and the other thing is when you doing this, i really had to stop like highlighting my hair and, if i got highlights - and the highlights went too close to the root, this would No longer work and so and i i really need to like still - i still need to use this like. I feel i don't have to use it as often, but i feel better when i use it. You know if that makes sense, and so that's one of the reasons why i really don't highlight my hair and if i do, i would do like the balayage, where it's like, lighter here, but it's like darker at the root. These two things you can get on. Amazon i'll put the link in the description below. If you want to check these out, they come in a bunch of different colors, the color i have on this one uh. Oh, it's kind of faded. I believe it's dark brown, but i will put the exact color in the description below so that you know which one that i use. If you have similar dark brown hair to me. So that's kind of how i conceal it. How i conceal the balding and that's helped me actually put myself out there with my business on social media all of these things, and it's built my confidence it's. This is like one of those examples where, like i knew there was a solution. I knew the solution was out there and i kind of knew that the solution would come to me and it did come to me and i was like open to try it, and i was like i'll give this a try and i'll see what happens and like A couple years down the line, um - and it just keeps getting better too, like my results - keep improving, keep getting better. I'Ve completely stopped the hair loss and i've reversed it, and now i am building and growing new follicles in its place, and so that's extremely exciting, and i don't know how much of that really is the cap, and how much of that is this product? You know again, it depends on budget if you're like, i don't think i have budget for the cap. You know if you have to get the lower lying cap, that's better than nothing, even though it covers less area, that's better than just not doing the cap at all so like. If i could only afford that one, i would totally do it. I would say: go for it um, but if you can go with the cap that has the most lights, i would say that would be ideal and for sure, if you're only having your budget to do. One thing i would say: do this one thing: okay, do this one thing this serum, this hair grow hair serum. If you have in your budget to do the hair, serum plus the shampoos, that would be ideal beyond that for sure covering it up with these methods. Now i'm curious if you've experienced hair loss in your life or thinning hair um. What do you do to conceal it? Let me know below. Are you getting hair extensions? Are you doing you know wigs? Do you use these products? Have you tried these products? I'Ve also there's another one that is like this: that's a little bit less expensive. That is also very good. The downside with this is, i would say, if you're like sleeping on a white pillow, sometimes you know these fibers. They will kind of like rub off on your pillow at first. It kind of annoyed me. Now i don't really care. I mean i wash my pillows all the time um. It doesn't really rub off on other things like like the couch as much or like a car, at least for me. I don't really notice it and it doesn't stain okay. So that's the biggest thing. It does not stain it's fibers they're little fibers, you just wipe them off or in the case of the pillow sheets, you wash them off, they come on. It comes off when you wash your hair, it comes off completely and then you just have to do it. It'S just going to be a part of your routine every single day to just kind of hide the areas that might be thinning a little bit while you are working on growing and building back your hair. So hopefully this video helped. You share it with someone. This is a totally free video, not sponsored by anyone except for amazon. You don't know if these things work and you don't know where to go and also how to like conceal it, so you can move on with your life um. These are all things that, like i wish. You live your best healthiest life.

Rosemary Lavendar: Thank you Ashley for sharing your experience. Just wanted to say you're really beautiful and well spoken! Also, I'm experiencing some weird hair loss as well (25 right now), so I'm gonna give this a try. It's embarrassing, but a lot of people (especially through covid) are apparently in the same boat, so don't feel alone. Can't afford the cap, but hopefully there are some alternatives out there.

Donna Ebra: I can’t believe how similar your story is to mine! My grandmother lost most of her hair. I start loosing my hair since around 13,14 and became worse after having kids and I am 39. On top of that I did have one big spot alopecia that I had to use regaine every day which was the worst thing for my scalp so I stop it. Thank you very much for sharing sometimes it feels like I am facing this alone. And I need to mention that whenever I need motivation in my Keto journey I do watch one of your what I eat in a day video so thank you again!

Serena S: Thank you for sharing your experience. I have had hair thinning since 22, I’m 37 now. I have Hashimotos, passed down from my mom( who doesn’t have hair loss). I also use the hair sprays/ toppik to cover my bald spots. Couple months ago, I got so depressed that my hair was going through a winter shed, and losing more hair, that I finally kicked down and bought the irestore laser helmet. It’s been 2 months but I’m starting to see baby hairs again. So I’m hopeful to get my hair back!

Tex: Great video! I’ve been watching your channel for a while, and I would’ve never guessed you had thinning hair. You conceal it really well! I don’t have a genetic predisposition to thinning hair, but my hair started falling out a couple of years ago. I would say conservatively that I lost 1/3 of my hair if not closer to half. I don’t think I have any sort of thyroid condition, pcos, or any other sort of obvious health concerns that would cause chronic thinning; nonetheless, it was incredibly distressing. In December 2020, I started using nioxin (shampoo, conditioner, and scalp treatment), vivascal (oral supplement), and the ordinary’s hair density serum on my scalp everyday religiously. Like you said, this all requires consistency, time, and patience. So, 14 months later I have a full head of hair again. My hair is all different lengths but I’m completely ok with this. You’re right, having your hair back is such a confidence booster. Thanks for providing such great content! Have a great day!

Y Zhu: Hey Ashley, thanks for sharing, this is exactly what I've going through in the past 4 years (only found out that I have Alopecia last year). I'm currently on laser helmet as well (started about 13 months ago), but the hair growth is very very slow, I'm so happy to find your channel and will definitely try on the Vegamour. I definitely can't use minoxidil as I'm allergic to it, hopefully Vegamour will help. Also, what do you think of dermaroller for hair, have you tried? thanks

Amanie Aboushi: Thank you for sharing ❤️ I can’t imagine how hard it was for you to talk about it. I’m really excited to finally get my hair to grow back to the way it use to be I have hair loss due to a nasty scar. It’s on my hair line so it’s super noticeable and embarrassing. I have fill it in constantly, and it looks so bad

Lani Tsutsui: I am so glad I came across this video. I usually never comment, especially about something that I am so insecure about. I’m 22 and started losing a lot of my hair when I was 19. I feel like I’ve gotten everything including the Red light therapy cap, women’s Rogaine, hair growth oils and everything. I feel like I haven’t gotten results because I often get so discouraged just looking at my hair that I lost the motivation to stay consistent because it just feels like it’s a waste of time and I will never see results. Hair growth is truly a journey. This video motivated me to try again.

Orite Levy: Thank you!! I have lost so much hair but I am on my way back to great hair health. This vid was very helpful. Thank you brave one. We are not even a little bit alone in this journey!

Meme B: You are a beautiful soul inside out ❤️ no shame in struggles thank you for sharing this. And if I can come forward and talk about another struggle that is seen for so long as shameful.. I am loosing hair due to genetics as well as Trichotillomania I am saying it “loud” for the first time to help me and someone else out there to normalize the amount of shame and guilt associated with it. We are struggling, and it’s ok not to be ok, just don’t give up

Pati Barrera: My hair has been thinning since I was in my mid twenties. I’m now 63. I’ve tried everything. What seems to be working for me is taking Collagen powder every morning and also spraying clove water on my scalp and massaging it in. I have new hairs growing in all over!! The Clove water I make is one cup of boiling water and 2 tbsps of whole cloves. Mix together and pour into glass jar and cover with lid. Let it sit over night and strain it and pour into spray bottle. I use it everyday. I also use Joan River’s Great Hair Day powder. I’ve noticed that I don’t use as much as I used to because my hair is getting thicker…

Sarah Simcock: I’m glad you came up with this. As I’m feeling my hairloss is similar to your story.

Yael Vitner: Thank you for sharing. I am experiencing hair loss also from genetic and age related issues. I used to have a lot of hair my pregnancies made it also worse. So as you said I took control and started taking care of it. There are cheaper options that’s works great consistency is the key as you mentioned. I bought a cheaper version of red light therapy cap on Ebay. The ordinary serum made a huge difference for me. And supplements biotin msm and pumpkin seeds oil are the best. I don’t believe in shampoo. If you want you can use baby shampoo mixed with 2 drops of rosemary oil massaging your sculpt. Just use any delicate shampoo. Don’t put pressure on your hair. Let him air dry. The only thing I have issues is my greys ‍♀️ .

Katie Anquandah: Girl I'm 35, my started calling out at 23. Oh the tears I have cried!!!! You have given me HOPE!!!!!!!! Ty

Maria Akilov: Thanks for this video! I used to have a lot of hair but it started really thinning with hair dye, stress and poor diet. I finally stopped coloring it and am growing my virgin hair out. There is no color in the world that compares to natural, shiny virgin hair! No hair stylist will ever admit it but hair dye really can and does cause hair loss. I have the Kierr red light therapy cap and use rosemary and chamomile hair rinses. I also use biotin, gelatin powder, and iron supplements. which helped me with hair loss.

Zumrut Ertem: Hi, thank you so much for making this video. Just wanted to ask if you had any thoughts on this— do you think that the hair cap is more successful than a series of processes like prp? if one is planning to invest in one or the other, what would you recommend?

Ivy Lynn: Thank you so much for sharing ❤️ hair loss is really embarrassing, I really look up to you and women like you for sharing

Akanksha Rawat: I believe it's not just the products but also the weight loss and good diet / nutrition that actually helped your hair grow

Melena Howard: Thank you sweet girl for sharing this story. I’m losing my hair and any advice is welcome.

Tametha Long: Thank you so much for sharing this!! My hair has been thinning. I'm so grateful to receive this information. ❤❤

Dawn Nash: Hi Ashley, thank you for your help and info. I've been on this hair journey for a long time and still searching for that "miracle" . I never tried the Vegamour brand yet . But, ques, do you think it has minoxidil in it ?

Lilmerm8: Did you have any initial increased shedding with any of these products? Do the topicals work well over the Vegamor Thank u for this video!

Marley Ribeiro: Thank you for sharing your journey through hair loss. I just found out that I have androgenetic alopecia and my dermatologist prescribed rogaine as the only FDA approved treatment for hair loss. Do you think the light therapy really work? I would like to give it a try.

Br Th: Thank you sweetheart for sharing today has been such a hard day for me regardless my hair loss. You are an angel for sharing this ❤️

Tj Allen: I lost my hair after covid. It scared the crap out of me! But after about 2 months of shedding, my hair is finally growing back! I highly recommend Nioxin shampoo and conditioner! And I highly recommend a micro dermabrasion roller for your scalp. And Nuetrafol vitamins!

Savana Zeeb: My hair started thinning at 13 years old, I am now 23 with over 80% of my hair lost forever

H. V. Keledjian: Thanks for the video. It felt good just knowing I’m not alone. You’re explanations were genuine and I can relate. Question for you. What do you use to color your hair? I have lots of greys and need to dye my roots every 4 weeks and I think it’s leading to more hair loss (currently using Madison Reed). Any suggestions?

Nikita Dcruz: so brave for doing this!

Sabriny A: Great video, but for people that are young like me (I’m 17) or for people that don’t have the means to afford these products I definitely recommend making a tonic for your hair, I made a really good tonic and it has definitely helped stopping the hair loss. It’s really easy to make it you will need Rosemary, garlic and ground clove, first you will need to boil 150ml of water (not from the tap) get the rosemary and put it inside a container pour the boiling water on it put the lid on the container and leave it resting for 4 hours, after 4 hours pour the rosemary water in a spray bottle or whatever you have and add a tsp of ground cloves and add a 1 crushed garlic clove and you’re done if you want to you can also add 3 drops of castor oil. To use it you just have to put the recipe on your scalp and massage it, do this on the day that you’re going to wash your hair or do it at night and wash your hair the next day. ONE LAST TIP: if your hair is dirty please just wash it, leaving your hair dirty for too long can lead to build up resulting in more hair loss, try detoxing your scalp once a month with green clay (search up on YouTube how to do it) or exfoliate your scalp with chia seed and honey.

womanwithtoolbelt: Thank you for sharing. I started losing my hair rapidly in the past 1.5 years. I’m so scared. I know it’s visible.

Lakshmi Rao: Thanks for sharing your reviews. Hereditary hairfall is very difficult to go through.

Kerli: Thank you so much for the video! I have thought about the red light therapy for some time, so will do some research and find the perfect product for me :)

iiAMnina: So frustrating that everything has to be expensive. Basically eff all the people experiencing poverty and hair loss.

Jen: Thank you so much for sharing! My hair started thinning when I was in my 20’s. My hair at the age of 44 looked just like your picture on top and my length broke off and was only to the end of my neck. I have had many tests checking for thyroid issues, it was finally recommended to me two years ago to see a dermatologist. She believes I have an autoimmune disease called trichorrexus nodosa. She started me on spirinolactone which is a potassium sparing diuretic but it blocks androgens. I have been using hair crowns for two years. I tried the hair fibers brand, strands. My hair got worse and the dermatologist thought it was from strands. I quit using that and she doubled my spirinolactone so I take it at night and have it in my system 24/7, I also started rogaine for men since it’s stronger than the women’s strength. I use garnier sulfate free shampoo. I am happy to say that my dr and family have noticed a huge difference. My hair is filling in on top and I have a lot of new growth. I am finally to the point where I am ready to take off the crowns and have my hair cut and styled. Thank you again for sharing your journey having hair gloss really hurt my confidence.

Karen’s Krazy Keto Life: Great video!! I am suffering with post covid hairloss and it sucks. I just did a video on it. So devastating. Thank you for all of these great tips!!

vladimbogdanov: Thank you, thank you, thank you! for sharing. Really need this information. Thank you for choosing to be vulnerable in order to help us. Have a good day.

Kristina: I heard the serum is amazing. If using the shampoo and conditioner make you feel good, definitely use them. I know there are shampoos I like. I lost 50% of my hair in 1 year. When I did research, professionals say hair growth and health is at the scalp. Actual hair is dead. So I was told to focus on scalp. Hair doctors say do not use extensions, because they'll make hair loss worse. So I don't do that. I think I'm going to save for a cap. I'm going to check out serum. I heard great things about it. Thank you!

Cindy Eyler: Spiritual Mentor - Healer - Travel: Most likely the cap grew your hair. I used vegamour for 6 months. It didn’t grow hair it just gives the illusion it has a little volume. Thanks for the video

Lindsey Benaissa: Well done for sharing. Don’t be embarrassed. Plus you look fab seriously.

Texas Gina: I had Covid in November and about a month ago my hair started falling out. I had really pretty thick hair I always got compliments on my hair and then all of a sudden it started falling out in the shower and every time I would brush it the brush should be full of hair now my hair is so thin I feel really uncomfortable. I’m just worried it’s going to keep falling out and I’m gonna end up bald. I don’t know if it’s my hormones or my thyroid or if it’s from Covid. My Daughters friend had her hair start falling out after Covid and now she has to wear a wig I’ve been taking biotin every day.

carrie garman: After they removed half my thyroid inlost so much hair. I ended up dreadlocking mine 7 yrs ago so I could feel like I still have thick long hair. I feel for anyone going through these things.

Celiac Revelation: Have you been tested for gluten sensitivity?

Kim Martinez: Thanks for sharing! It’s so relatable.

Shanti s: Thank you for this video. ❤❤❤

Home 360 With Raheela: Thank you for sharing this experience

Kycha Hoppe: Thank you for sharing! I have thinning hair and it really shows on my videos. I have been searching for an answer. This is very helpful

Amy Rutherford-Close: Hair is our Crown. I have battled Alopecia for 12 years. I have Hashimotos, and it's a battle.

Cute and Fluffy Pikachu: Since I hit my 40s my hair definitely felt finer after washing are there side effects hemp oil on the hair as THC makes you high and I suffer from anxiety

Stacie Grosso: I've been using Vegamour GRO Serum for 2 years now. The stuff is amazing, non-greasy and it works!

Sunny Elizabeth: Excellent informative heartfelt video..thank you! Do you put the serum on your scalp wet or dry? Thx

Prachi: Yes ,I used vegamour serum too..its effective.. Now I am using teatree oil and its effective too

Noelle Diak: Thank you for sharing this!!

Carla Schlesinger: Thanks for sharing! Great info.

Evelyne: Omgosh. I just got this. My husband surprised me with it. So far I did like 5 treatment. Every other days. I also have been using Topix medium brown for a very long time now. Thanks for sharing.

xoxobell7: I like the vegamour hair drops, but the vegamour shampoo I hate!!!! It made my hair fall out even more. I love the Grande cosmetics shampoo and conditioner. Also the Ordinary hair serum is amazing.

Prince Valiant: Finally something that works.

phuong: have you tried to use it more than once a day?

Flossie Leung: I used Nutrafol supplement and the hair serum. I did looked into the red light cap but didn’t purchase it because I am not sure if it works. But thank you for your video. I think I will get one from Amazon.

Anne Klein: How long does the shampoo/conditioner last you? A month? two months?

Sathvika Mayilswami: Can I use the cap on when hair fibres are on the scalp?

Celiac Revelation: I suffer from Celiac Disease and what worked for me was taking Vital Earth minerals, Methylcobalimin and Methyfolate and a grain free diet with lots of organic greens.

Lisa: I'm 42 and my hair started thinning at 22 in crown top center of my head and has never grown back it's very embarrassing I've tried so many vitamins, minoxidil etc nothing has worked.

GlitterKillah187: Have you used vitamins? Hair growth ones?

Kit Driscoll: How long do you leave the cap on? I have a red light therapy belt that was recommended by my chiropractor. It was only about $250. And I have hair follicle serum from Dr Berg, and another organic hair booster serum from Amazon. Both are fairly inexpensive ....something like $15-$25. I'm trying these, as well as DHT blocking shampoo/conditioner, and an oral DHT blocker.

Kristen Martinez: Thank you for sharing! I almost bought the Vegamour program but decided on Virtue. I’ll give them a fair shot but will order Vegamour if it doesn’t work since your experience was so positive.

Michelle Clarke: Another little-known culprit of hair loss and thinning is the Mirena IUD. Research this device carefully if you are considering it. If you have it and are experiencing hair loss and thinning, consider having it removed ASAP.

MaryJo DeBlasis: THANKS SO MUCH~!!! I HAVE A "RESTORE" HELMET THING. NOT SURE ABOUT IT BUT SINCE THIS VIDEO, I WILL GIVE IT A TRY AS WELL AS THE VEGAMORE GROW. GOD BLESS YOU!

Cicely B: Do you think your hair would fall back out if you stopped wearing the cap?

Evelyn Huerta: Do you wash your hair everyday to apply? Or can you apply it daily if you was your hair every 3 days?

Sarah Simcock: I was going to buy the light cap. But due to cost I didn’t want to buy something expensive that wouldn’t work. But I will look into the lotions you recommend.

Sarah Simcock: Does the company for the lotions send to Australia?

just jen: Never would guess u had this problem. I have androgenic alopecia...this is cause because I have too high male hormones in fact if I let it grow out. I would have a full beard along with severe acne. On top of this in have hypothyroidism and pcos and am in perimenopause....thankfully I saw a dermatologist and there was something to help. I have to take spironolactone a diuretic that reduces the androgens and now I have no acne and the hair fall is under control...unless my thyroid acts out. I have to take alot of vitamin supplements to support my thyroid and because I have had gastric bypass in the past. Im grateful for the help. I still have thin spots at the crown and the temple ares...i use 5% minoxidil for this...it is tough being a woman with hair loss...if I dont get all of my hair back it will be Ok.....i just am trying to hold onto the hair I have left. Inhave naturally curly hair and always wished I had strait hair...now im grateful for the curls to try to disguise the thinning....i also use dry shampoo....not as a shampoo but as a volumizer. It helps alot to give lift and the illusion of thicker hair.

Hannah Mote: It’s hereditary for me too… I have seen awesome results by taking a supplement. Derma Repair Complex by Beverly Hills MD

Tj Allen: Taking Pumpkin oil as a oral supplement helps to block DHT

Janet Smith: I've loss my hair; it isn't diet related and appreciative of the information. Meanwhile, I like the cap your grandmother wore...where can I purchase one?

Olivia Gutierrez: what is cbd? :) never heard of this before thanks for the tip!! :)

Sunny Elizabeth: I dont wash my hair everyday..have you used serum on dry hair for everyday use...thx

Elena Darling: Thank u cutie!!!! Thanks so much!!!

Charlie .B.: Unfortunately I started using Nioxin minoxidle, then started Rogaine for men like my dermatologist suggested but so far no growth, it's just getting worse and worse. I was wondering HOW u stopped using the Rogaine and your experience with that, like how much grew and mainly how much fell out when u stopped using it? Because I want to stop it even though I started a month ago, and try natural things and red light ECT

Nanette Atienza: Not cheap to look beautiful and young again. I was thinking about the vegamour hair serum. Just have to think hard about it because of the cost.

Destiny Romero: Thank you for this beautiful video ❤

Wanda’s World & Hair Care Journey: Do you have to wash your hair everyday with the shampoo the reason I ask I am African American and I only wash my hair once a week washing my hair everyday will dry my hair out so will the shampoo work using it once a week

Beauty Neytiri: why would you think about hair transplantation ? that can only be done using your own hair and if you don't have much already, it will not be much better. i'm 36 and i'm slowly gowing bald myself... lace wigs genuinely are the only option. they are very affordable and look 100% realistic. you do have to take time to get to know lace wigs... making them yourself is the best way to go, and once you also know how to completely install and style them by yourself, you will be better than any hair stylist !

Best Weight On You-Melita the health doula: Do you know the cool thing a CBD has been written to do this so this is inspired me I have the only product in my hands that has 94% absorption I am going to utilize that I’ll keep giving you guys update I’m sure this is gonna work don’t need to buy the expensive products I’m pretty sure

Oana Damian: The same brand has a new product which is a hair band that you can move around on your head.

Austyn Velasco: My fiancé showed me your video and we decided to proceed with this product. I’m quite impressed honestly. I’m a 25 year old guy who started loosing hair at 21. I remember getting a haircut a the barber telling me I was going to be bald by 25. He was not lying. Yesterday was my first day and I will continue to take pics and show before and afters hopefully this works. Because it’s not an easy subject at a young age to talk about. Hopefully I can take the hats off and be more confident about how I feel about my crown

Lynn a2: If you use the serum that you rub into your scalp, is it a MUST that you wash your hair everyday? I typically don't because of thin hair, so just wanted to ask.

Clarita Rojas: I lost my hair cause if hospital mixed take of Covid-19! The sadness it’s hospital don’t wanted to be responsible for errors! I need my beautiful hair back and a Lawyer’s for this terrible place in San Diego California! Please help thank you
