Hey y'all welcome back to my channel, as you can see, I have my coconut oil, my Jamaican black, castor oil, my mint almond oil and my extra virgin olive oil. So what I do is I take about three tablespoons of my coconut oil. Two tablespoons of my olive oil, a teaspoon of the JBC, Oh aka, Jamaican black, castor oil and a teaspoon of the mint almond oil. I go ahead and mix it all together. As we know, the coconut oil isn't going to melt without being heated up in some way. I don't eat up my mixture in the microwave, but I heat it up in hot hot water and I leave it in for about 10 minutes. As you can see, my hair is so dry. I don't know how it's coming off on camera, but it is super dry, so it just really really helps with implementing a hot oil treatment about once a week out sometimes even stretch it to once a month. But I make sure that I go ahead and do how oil treatments during this season I'll go ahead and take my water and my aloe vera juice and I lightly spritz each section. I do about four sections just to make sure that my hair is gon na get fully coated. I might just placed all the oils in this bottle with an applicator. It'S just easy to apply. I go ahead and just wear some old clothes. I don't care about. Getting oil on, and I focused the oil on my ends because those are my problem areas, that's where it's really dry along as my scalp, my stop gets a really really really dry itchy. So doing this and massaging it really kind of helps with just making sure that my hair and my scalp is nourished and hydrated, so I'm gon na go ahead and twist each section and I just up - do the same process on each section pretty much self-explanatory. So I'm gon na go ahead and let you guys can see watching the video now there's no shame in my game. Okay, a good grocery store plastic bag will get the job done. Okay, so I go ahead and place another tap on top just for that extra extra heat. I take my soft hooded dryer I'll leave that information down below and I sit under the dryer for about 30 minutes just to make sure that all that is getting in there. This is how my hair is looking afterwards. I make sure to take a moisturizing shampoo. I chose the Jarrah silky clean, which is an all-natural two-in-one, shampoo and conditioner. I'M is paraben, free, sulfate, free and all that good stuff. I really really like this shampoo, but yeah. I just really really make sure to get a moisturizing shampoo after this step. Now, as you can see, my hair is very shiny and it's moisturize and it's defined, but that is not gon na cut it. So we're gon na go ahead and deep conditioned. Now. I love my garlic magic by nu nut. It'S a very watery like consistency, but it gets the job done because I'm going to be avoiding a whole bunch of moisture. I chose not to use a super super thick deep conditioner now, as you can see my hands just glide right through my hair, and this is really just from implementing a routine and a regimen of just really getting that moisture into your hair. I don't have any issues with detangling my hair whatsoever, so I'm gon na go ahead and do all the sections doing the same process by putting my hair up into the plastic bag. All I did was slip it inside out and I'm gon na go ahead and apply the extra layer of heat on there. I sit under the dryer again for another 30 minutes and, as you can see, my hair is so moisturized and defined, and my hair has grown so much just from my last cut. As you can see, y'all it is moisturized okay. So now, unfortunately, we are not done so. What I'm gon na do is go ahead and start the lco method. You guys already know. I love my pas Mitchell, the conditioner. I love this leaving because it's all moisturizing and a little little goes a long way for the price, because it is a little pricey, but it's worth it because Lee vans are great for protecting your hair. So I just never skip out on using a leave-in and using a really really good one at that. So I do have a video on how I do the LCL method. If you want to see that more in-depth I'll leave that information down below in the description box, now for my cream, I'm using the Karl enhancing smoothie by Shea Moisture, it's an OD. But yet it's a goodie, it's nice and thick and hydrating great to use during the winter months for my hair, to lock in all that to complete the LCL myth and I'm gon na use the wild berry growth oil, which you've seen in a lot of my Videos I'll leave that information down below you can check out it as well. I'M gon na go ahead and lock it all in all this moisture that we have applied that I'm sorry, but me now I've applied to my hair. I really want to make sure that everything is locked in and it's good to go, and this is really really tremendously helped my hair, when the seasons tend to kind of change and it gets more cold and whatnot. So I'm not gon na go ahead and style. My wash and go because you guys have seen it in plenty of videos, so I'm just gon na show you guys how my hair is looking with just doing the LCL method. It'S nice and full shiny, bouncing moisturize and this winter regimen routine. That I have done for myself, you guys every winter just really helps. I do it about once a week. If I can, I may push it to once every two weeks, but it's a worth it it's so so worth it. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and that it was helpful and I'll see you guys next time, peace,
